Gets the job done! Some distracted personnel... Have to remind them to do basic checks that they should do but is not done. Best to keep an eye on what gets done to your vehicle while there...

Good friendly service. But it seems as there lift to do tire rotations is always broken.

Staff is nice and professional but I came in with no check engine light on and left with my check engine light on. My engine started fine and smooth but now my car is saying there is something wrong with the engine and making horrible sounds. Paid for an oil change and engine flush. Now I have to take it to my mechanic and have them check everything and redo the oil change to be on the safe side.

This was my second time there. The staff were very nice and informative. And yes, the music in the waiting room is awesome!

Price was suppose to be $60 less a $10 coupon for $50 total. During the oil change the price magically raise to $70 less the $10 coupon. Resulting in no discount

If I could give zero stars I would. I came early and got in line for oil change. I’ve been a regular customer for 2 years. I’m waiting for them to open, 10 min late they finally do. And the mechanic calls a car that got in line after me to get into the mechanics garage right in front of me. I ask why and he tells me because they were there before me. Well they weren’t in line though, and I was.Last time I ever went there.

My favorite kind of service...efficient, fast and friendly. Oh, and the good music in the waiting room helped time fly by.

Very neat and clean premises. Loved to have a coffee in Waiting Room. As such it is first come first serve / no appointment. I was lucky. No sooner I reached, my car was attended immediately. Seems a bit more $ cost though. Overall, I am happy and may come back for next service :-)

This place use to be great. Not sure what happened. Lack of management today maybe? The guy told me my car was running hot. I drove less then a mile to get here. Instead they used that excuse to do a friends car first that got in line 30 minutes after me. Will be going elsewhere from now on

I needed an oil change and decided to give Jiffy Lube a try. I had a coupon which made their price very competitive. I didnt have to wait very long for them to get started. During the process one of the employees came out to show me my air filter which was dirty. They did a good job of checking my car over for potential problems and didnt pressure me hard for added work. I eventually got a filter on Amazon and was thankful for the advice. I will definitely go back for my next oil change.

Staff is super here and they answer every question. I felt educated and good about my experience. I had a part break,( not their fault ) and they did everything to make it right even upgrading the part. Very professional as well.

First I would like to say this is the best Jiffy lube Ive ever been to. The receptionist Maya is awesome. Her attitude is so warm and always make me feel welcome. She always greet me with smile and always say Hi its been awhile always make me feel missed lol shes a type of employee that shows that she wants to be there and shows care to the employees. Awesome customer service! I appreciate that. And Robert the manager is awesome and always show kindness and care towards the customers . Very polite and courteous staff. They do not guilt-trip you in to purchasing any services that you dont want to. Very nice folks! I recommend calling ahead to ask how many other cars are already on line so you have an idea of how long youll be waiting.

Quick and courteous. They asked to change the air filter and cabin air filter and I opted out. There wasnt any hassle and they were quick with the oil change.

I bring my work van here due to the height of my van, many places will not change my oil. Havent had any problems at this location. Real friendly and down to earth employees. Helps to pass the time when dealing with good customer service. I will be back every 5,000 miles :) Believe it!

Slow employees, 5 of them spent more time walking around the bay area drinking coffee and eating their donuts than working on the cars. Lots of conversations among themselves. If they were my employees, I would replace them ASAP. Go anywhere else !!!!!

Messy and cold waiting room. EXTREMELY slow service. Two out of three employees eating food while Im waiting. Took over an hour for an oil change......you guys cant be serious? They are priced competitively, however, I see why. Do yourself a favor, save time and money and go to mobil or valvoline. I can see this place going out of business if another decent oil change place opens anywhere near them. Im not even sure how they are still open with this level of poor service. Unbelievable. AVOID!

Service here was fine and I was in and out pretty quick. Im giving this place 1 star because the guy servicing my car didnt tighten my oil cap enough. While driving home I heard my oil filler cap fall out of the engine compartment, and then it bounced off the pavement and out into the road. Thankfully there was a parts store near where I was.

As an automotive professional I am very aware of how important customer service is to any service business. I arrived late to the Jiffy Lube in Somerset and immediately encountered a young man who assured me that they would be able to change my oil. It only got better as I was waited on by a young man named Zaheer who I later learned was training for management.Zaheer advised on the services he felt were needed, listened to what I desired and then ensured everything was done expeditiously. He let me know how long my wait would be and offered me a cup of coffee he said he had just made fresh. This young man told me later about his training and that he was 18. Kudos to the manager who recognized this young mans potential. He has the proper temperament and attitude to serve this establishment well. Thank you Zaheer, I will be back with my other vehicle next week....probably late again....I am confident you guys will get it done.

Shockingly great service. I dont expect a ton out of Jiffy Lube as I usually do my own oil changes but I came here in a pinch and the person helping me was respectful, informative and helpful. Would recommend this specific Jiffy Lube to anyone.

Rarely come here because its always a gamble with wait times. Can wait anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours just to get into the bay and the least they can do is make one aware of the wait time when you pull up. They mean well but when cars are piling up in the line just turn around and save your time.

They did a good job, no complaints about the the way my car was treated. I wasnt totally happy with how I was treated but Im sure they deal with a lot of guys who look like me and who are rude to them so I dont hold it against them. I appreciated the quickness.

Employees cursing and yo yo yo etc a less than professional demeanor... they allow a guy to attempt to bring my car onto the Jacks who had no idea how to operate a manual transmission thus stalling out and potentially causing damage to my transmission Ill never go here again...

Recommended I change my rear and front doffierential fluids every 24k miles. Stupidly I accepted. I discovered after researching that Jeep recommends CHECKING after 24k miles ONLY IF you do extensive off-road, towing, or use the vehicle for police purposes, AND THEN replacing IF NECESSARY. $100 gone.I added two stars. When I complained, they refunded the $100, and said the guy was new or something. For all I know, they fleece as many people as they can, and apologize/refund those who get wise. But they did give me a refund, and they dont try to up sell me anymore. Maybe Im wrong. Maybe theyre really good now.

They forgot to put my provided oil filter. I happened to notice and questioned then they replaced their brand with my high quality AMS/OIL filter. They thought oil was full after adding 4 quarts and slightly more from 1 quart bottle but the van holds 4.7 quarts. Also I lost a little AMS/OIL Synthetic oil in replacing their brand oil filter. I checked level at home after cooling the engine and it was low. They make mistakes so customers have to watch.

Horrible. Went in for an oil change. They tried to upsell me by taking out and showing me my airfilter which caused some acorns in my engine to fall I to the blower motor. My A/C was making a horrible noise every time I turned it on and they didnt want to fix it. Luckily there was one guy there who knew what he was doing and helped me. But the rest of them seem lazy.

Used to go here all the time but stopped after a really bad experience.I had a broken drivers side mirror that the guy changing my oil knocked off. Had he talked to me, I could have told him it was already broken and not to worry. Instead, he tried to fix it by screwing it back on. As a result, my window no longer closed all of the way. Understand he was trying to help, but this is not a body shop and I didnt ask for or authorize this type of work. When I spoke to manager, he was confrontational and argumentative with me over it. Never been back since and wont... wouldnt recommend to my friends or family.

I bought my car in here for service, my car had not given me any issues whatsoever at all then when I bought it in and drove it home it stopped running and the check engine and oil light came on . Never will I bring another vehicle there again !

Disappointing experience. Arrived with three vehicles in the bays and three ahead of me. Over an hour later, cars not even on site when I arrived being serviced ahead me. Manager on site lied about taking cars in order then tried to appease by offering a free oil change. Discourteous and yelled at me for being upset about lying to me. Does not deserve anyones patronage. Four vehicles in our family and will not return. And thats the truth!

I am a jiffy lube employee at another location. I constantly have to clean up messes that #1226 leave behind. Cabin air filters not being changed, cabin air filter cover left off, refusal for top off service, incorrect oil used on vehicles, telling customer you are closed early, the list goes on. Please get it together, this location gives other Jiffy lube a bad rep.
