Problem: Constant running of motor in the deep freezer. Repair person checked the freezer and stated that the freezer was fine as is. No charge.Freezer still running the same, constantly.
Awful service, had to call 4 different#s, double charged for the parts.
Technician replaced all the parts needed from my ice maker but still could not get it to work. Right now we are waiting for a second visit to see if they can finally resolve the problem.
Representative was very professional, diagnosed problem quickly and repaired.
