Great gym in Solana Beach. It’s very clean and has a hip crowd. I wish they had more equipment but they have limited space. The locker rooms are very nice with a sauna and towels provided along with creams and mouthwash.

Not cool. I canceled my membership on March 12, 2020 and received an email confirmation that my membership was canceled and I would no longer be charged per my agreement. On July 7th, 2020 Fit charged my card for a full month membership. I emailed them and received a notice that the email has been discontinued and the phones are not being answered. I understand that times are tough and gyms are being affected more than most businesses but charging past members is pretty unbelievable.

Best gym in North County but I think I saw Nancy Pelosi there without a mask.😂😂

Awesome gym. We are from Chicago and love this boutique gym. Not too large. Lots of locals. Outdoor workout area. Very cool. $20 for day pass.

I love how clean they keep this gym. That’s my number one priority. They always have an active cleaning staff. Furthermore, the layout of this facility is super efficient and roomy. Even during busy times, it doesn’t feel suffocating and crowded. The decor is super pleasant too. I go to the gym for fitness and not to socialize. And for that I’m absolutely thrilled that I’ve found fit.

Been going here for over 2 years...have seen it bought and renovated from Frogs fitness to Fit. Theyve done a great job renovating the place and keeping it modern. Mens locker room could still use some modernizing for the showers, have done a good job updating the rest. Id give it 4.5.stars if I could.

I have been going to FIt for over 3 years and I the equipment is great and the environment is more intimate unlike the cavernous bigger gyms. The biggest gift has been training with Chassidy. She is both super knowledgeable and a genuinely beautiful person. I Love the changes I am seeing in my body!

Since the renovation this place looks way better than before. Super classy, they even have a kids area for my 4 year old while I work out. Kinda helps with the, I dont have time excuse. :)

When I first moved to Carmel Valley in January, I was looking for a well appointed, high quality gym with great classes, down to earth trainers and clients and an affordable monthly rate. Even in a fitness focused community like San Diego - It wasnt easy to find...until I looked into Frogs Fitness. Its worth the (one) exit up from me on the 5 to be comfortable enough with my gym to go (almost) every day. The staff are helpful and friendly and the childcare is great (my kids actually ASK to go!) In the past 5 months since joining I have increased in endurance, lost a few pounds and am training for my first 5K. I even got my husband to join and he has lost 20 lbs in 5 months and actually going to the gym regularly for the first time in years. Frogs has helped improve my whole familys fitness and well being!

The gym is in a great location and I think the value is fairly priced considering the number of classes and variety of equipment offered. With that said, the equipment is dated and only in decent condition. The weights are standard but everything else feels like it is a few years past their maintenance date especially the ellipticals. I would recommend going there since the options are limited.

Right on the beach and newly renovated, Fit Solana is a beautiful gym! The state of the art machinery and the convenient cafe with meals and snacks to grab on the go sets Fit apart from all other gyms.

Great gym wasnt busy everything I needed

Since Fit bought this club over 6 months ago, they have been promising a major renovation.Not much seems to happening on that front, and in the meanwhile equipment is not being maintained and the ambiance continues to degrade.And the folks that run Fit are arrogant, and unresponsive to other viewpoints. I have never seen a company in recent times that does not have a way to provide feedback or suggestions, either on their web site, or a box.

Very boring and mostly a geriatric crowd. Nothing compared to the downtown location.

Horrible customer service and rude managerial staff. Avoid this place and save your money!
