Says they close at 9. But they turn everything off at 830 even if you’re still working out they just stare at you when they walk by and turn everything off. Would be nice if they actually stayed open until 9

The club provides what you need to get a good workout in... nothing to write home about. Ive suggested a few things to upper management but they never acted on it and only responded with the usual..thank you for feedback we will look into it have a great day.

I had a terrible experience with James at the front desk. I got a three day pass and he did not honor it and said I was being disrespectful because I walked by but he was sitting there playing on his phone and dozing off. One out of 10 stars, totally disrespectful and not professional. Would not recommend this 24 hour fitness.

18-hour or less fitness. Located incognito within the Lomas Plaza. Have you ever been on a cruise ship gym? This is that only slightly larger. No studio classes or showers.Pros: clean, equipment looks new including weight plates, great for quickie full body workouts with assisted weight machines and bare minimum free weights. Several cardio machines.Not a socializing or looky loo scene. No grunting, flatulence or bravado. You get a quick workout and deuces. Think of it this way... If you were to have your own home gym and money was no obstacle, it will likely look this one.

Great experience today! Dont understand the negative reviews at all. The place was extremely well run, clean, and very covid conscious. Todd at front desk was over the top helpful. Perfect safe gym.

I cant say I enjoy going for a hard workout and having to leave gross and sweaty. I wanted to go shopping after but there are no showers.

Super awesome staff and people who greet you and are willing to help with anything! Never have to wait for equipment and they have everything you need! No showers but not a big deal to me! Super convenient location as well! Very positive environment and i never have felt insecure or intimidated by anyone there unlike some other gyms i’ve been to! They also offer great classes and personal trainers!

Staff do not greeting guests, they don’t even say good bye. If they are not on their phones they are busy In private conversations with other workers. I feel like I am not welcome with other guests. I am not a fan of this location.

Tiny gym without showers/locker room. Not open 24 hr . Closes at 7 pm on the weekends which is ridiculous). At least all the equipment works. The place is clean and cozy.

I was in town for work and had to be somewhere important immediately after my morning workout. Imagine my surprise when I walked in to learn that there are no showers. The front desk person informed me that there are no locker rooms and no showers. Just a restroom and lockers located in the gym space. Your best bet for cleaning up is a bird bath in the sink. No other options here. The gym is stocked with most of the equipment at other gyms. They really pack it into a small space. There was no A/C either which worsens the fact that there are no showers. It’s still a good gym despite the downfalls.

Small, no showers or locker room. Good staff. Always have to ask someone to show you how to use machines though. Also, classes always run over so your always waiting for the prior one to end which puts yours behind schedule. Dont plan any appointments around their schedule. A really important thing is cleanliness. You have to clean the equipment yourself.Theres a lot in a small space.

I had a very bad first impression of this gym when I first visited (also left a pretty nasty review). I wasnt pleased with the equipment and gym hours. However given its location and average age of the patrons its understandable. I just wish they had a squat rack. They do have treadmills that go up to 15mph though, awesome for sprints! The staff is outstanding too. Extremely helpful and friendly.

Friendly, quiet, quaint but has everything you need for a workout. Never have to wait for equipment.

I wouldnt go out of my way to come here, but its a gym!Everyone is crying about lack of showers and shorter hours, well, there is another 24 hour within 10 mins up the street!Maybe knock a star off but this place certainly isnt a 1 star or even 2 star. Ya want premier gym, pay premier prices. This place is like 300$ for 2 years from Costco. What other club can you get for $15/mo.As for me, Ill come in, sweat it out, and get in shape with a smile 😁 and the whiners will probably stay chubby. 😳

Plays only lefty CNN and MSNBC on every TV on repeat. Should put on something more neutral like ESPN. Never play Fox News on the main TV. Makes doing cardio much more difficult than it already is.Cleaning staff comes in the middle of the day for the members to breathe all of the cleaning chemicals. Smart.

Phone announcement says State of the art equipment! No. Its prehistoric equipment - junk youd find at garage sales. This gym needs a total makeover. New equipment. And a real locker room. I will give the staff credit for being friendly, though.

Small but mighty. This gym really isnt for anyone needing a lot of free weight space, but fits requirements for anyone needing quality cardio, weight machines, HIIT and basic free weight area. There is a smallish room where classes are held, but is usually empty for stretching. No showers, but clean bathrooms. Small selection of drinks and snacks.

Its a smaller gym, but its a nice place. The vibe is very chill and non-intrusive. Might not be great for a more extreme gym-goer, but it was great for a more casual one like myself.

This place has no showers! Thats right, no real locker room and no showers! Unbelievable. What are we supposed to do after a cardio workout? Drive home soaking wet with sweat to take a shower? All the cardio machines should be removed from the club until some proper showers can be installed.

Low marks for the lack of a squat rack, dumbbells only up to 75#, and no pull up bar. Yes, you read that correctly, this gym does not have a squat rack. A smith machine does not qualify as an acceptable substitute and the assisted pull up/dip machine is weak.Am I being too picky? Perhaps I just have higher expectations for a 24 Hour Fitness. It would not take a substantial investment to remedy these short comings. Maybe this particular location has fallen off the 24 Hour Fitness corporate radar.As others have stated, 90% of the cliental are senior folks who use the machines. Props to them for being active.I rated 2 stars instead of 1 star because they do have an Olympic bar available for deadlifts and a single 50# kettle bell.

Nice, clean, quaint gym with a cordial, knowledgeable staff. But, so small that it has no locker room (ie- shower).

Limited equipments... dumbell only go up to 75lbs.. many people do not know the simple gym etiquette..
