What can I say? They complimented my truck. I had gone to Jiffy lube in town but they gave me the wrong oil and wrong filter size. I dont expect everyone to know what oil filter goes on a 30 year old truck but I really appreciate them either knowing or looking it up. Ive been there multiple times and they have always been friendly.

I have been going here off and on for years. They are always quick, considerate, I feel go above and beyond.

Worst oil service i have ever got, will never come back to this place, and i hope you dont eather they are ripping peoele off, my wife took her car in there and charged her 50 bucks. He didnt even change the filter or reset the oil light, as far as i know he just added oil and called it a oil change and charged her 50 bucks, so i called him on the phone and a asian man explained how experienced he is and hung up on me.

This place sketched me out. The guys were nice enough, but as soon as I pulled up, one of the two working asked if I wanted to do my oil change off the books for $50. I didnt have any cash, so I paid full price. The other guy went down in the pit, but Im not convinced they actually changed my oil. They definitely didnt check much else if anything at all.I will be avoiding this place and I suggest everyone else avoid it too.

These guys keep customers well informed and are knowledgeable about their work. The staff never tries to trick customers into buying services which arent necessary, and the work which is done, is done thoroughly and correctly every time. Everything is documented and done efficiently. :)

This was the best service I have received in a long time. There is new ownership and I heard they cleaned house. Service seems to be the #1 priority. What a change. I will be back. You all need to try them again if you had a bad experience before. I will go on record and say, Best oil change in Snohomish.

I went for an oil change on my truck. drop it off with guy and walk to the hardware store.when i get back and get in the car the check engine light is on. I let the guy know and he say it was on when you got here.....the light was not on! as the car was just recently serviced.. he say ill look up the code for you he opens the hood and some one forgot to plug back in the the air filter wiring.so the code and check engine light was clearly all their fault.here cleared the code, but the fact he lied about the light and didnt own up to there mistake clearly makes me angry. these liars will not be getting my service again any time soon.

Havoline Xpress Lube512 2nd St, Snohomish, WA 98290DONT GO HERE EVER! The ownership has changed nothing, same 💩 service and scam artist. I have driven my vehicle into this place twice now to have my oil changed and gotten different attendants but, same results. Im not able to drive out. Both times I went in I said I just need simple oil change nothing more. They continue to monkey with things under the hood and I tell them again please just the oil I am fine. And then when its time to go, I pay and they always ask how long has it been since your transmissions been serviced. But they asked at different times. The first time was after I tried driving out and my transmission slipped and launched me into traffic on 2nd Ave. Today the attendant Bugsy ask as I was paying and guess what I wasnt able to drive out today again. I have driven the vehicle for 41/2 years without any issues other than needing a new battery and tires. They drain just enough transmission fluid from the transmission to get it to slip and not drive when you press on gas pedal and then it just slams into gear launching you so you have them work on it and charge more money. Well Im not so stupid and I refuse to leave until they replenish my fluids to transmission without charging me. I drove in with a dash cam this time so I thought things would be different but I was wrong. I caught them red handed. Today I looked up the reports online yellow page, Yelp etc.... They seem to support this issue and more.

Worse service I have ever had. The guy did not fill the oil up to the full mark, he didnt check my differential, he checked my transmission fluid level with the engine not running, he didnt top off my windshield washer fluid, he did not grease my front end, he did not reset my change oil Alert, and.... he got oil all over my trucks leather interior. PLUS, he had the balls to charge me $102.00 I will NEVER be back and if youre smart, you wont either. Unbelievably BAD!!!!!!!!!

My wife went in to get a standard oil change for our 4runner, and instead of getting a standard oil change they over slod her on a $70 oil change. By the way, not even the dealership charges me that much to change my oil. I find it digusting that they take advantage of people that way. I will never get an oil change from these thiefs again

Awful service. Said on my Billing receipt that they had checked fluids and filters. When I went under the hood later that night my air filter was crushed and all fluids were low. I will never go back.
