This was my 1st visit and Im very skeptical of anyone touching my eyebrows because I dont have a arch and its really hard to do mine. Reema made me feel very comfortable and I was impressed. I got the threading and tint of my eyebrows and lashes. Good quality and they are quick

Yesterday was my first time at this facility and I have to say I had an amazinggggg experience! From the moment I sat down, Alexa was sweet and very professional. I expressed to her that wanted to wax my eyebrow and would like my lashes done. She convinced me that threading would give me a better shape me she was right! I explained to Alexa how I’m allergic to eyelash glue so to please me careful. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She cleaned up lash line area so that the lash glue was on my skin and she gave me a natural look. I previously had a horrible experience with having my lashes done at another facility and I have to say Alexa is my new go to girl! I would definitely recommend Wink Threading and Waxing and ask for Alexa, you won’t regret it!!

Had a very comfortable and professional intimate waxing done here, with the sugar wax service. I felt taken care of and put at ease, even though I called minutes before closing to be seen before a trip! After my second visit, I decided to take the plunge and buy the multiple visit package because the service is consistently so good. Highly recommend!

I had been here a few times and was satisfied w the services until my last visit. I had called after trying set up an appointment online. I spoke with a female who told me to come around 11:30 am. Once I arrived it was three women and a man there. They acted clueless when I told them that whomever I spoke with over the phone had told me to come at that particular time for a thread and tint. I even showed them in my call log where I called and where it showed the time being around four minutes long. The older lady came from the back and she was very rude. She was acting like I had committed some crime. They all denied talking to me over the phone although I had called the correct number and proved that I had spoken to someone. I also had traveled from Dekalb County and was confused because of how they were behaving. They wasnt professional at all. After being a regular client I know that they should have remembered me. They threaded and waxed me eyebrows and I can say that it was the worst they had ever been done before. I would not recommend this shop to anyone because they dont have very good customer service skills and they seemed like they dont appreciate their customers.its also one technician that does a good job while the other one isnt very experienced at all. The price doesnt match with the quality you will receive. They was very rude and was acting like weird. I said that day was going to be my last time there and it was. Not to mention, once I went to the counter to pay. The one girl asked asked for my phone number that was already in there system because like I said I had been there a few times before and did something in there systemI didnt care because I made up in my mind that it was going to be my last time there anyway. I guest they dont realize that customers are basically the foundation of their business and without them they could go out of business!

Ive been here a few times but this time I cant go without acknowledging Naaz. She is so pleasant did an excellent job! Theres no such thing as perfect. But this is the best Brazilian Ive ever had.

This place is very clean, I always get my eyebrows done here, they have a good deal of 5 eyebrow threads for 20$ & other good deals. They have never left my eyebrows with bruises or marks, they leave them clean. They are nice & very professional. I recommend going here for any service.

It was my first time getting a Brazilian sugar wax and it wasnt bad. The pain was bearable and 2 weeks out it still looks good. Friendly and beautiful atmosphere. I even got a henna tattoo which was pretty dope.

I just move back to GA and was nervous to try a new threading place, since I have only done eyebrow threading/tinting once in the past. The ladies at Wink are very polite and patient when it comes to making their customers feel comfortable. I had read their reviews online and definitely understand now why they are always so busy! I will only get my eyebrows tinted/threaded with Wink and they have a great referral program!

I used the Groupon for the eyebrow tinting and threading and was not diassaponted. This was my first experience of having this done ever and this place was exceptional. It was a very clean experience and the staff was knowledgeable and kind. I had so many questions and they were able to answer all of my questions and I left with great results and I didnt think my thin little eyebrows could look this good! Their prices are so incredibly reasonable and I can not wait return for their other services.

It was my first time coming to WINK. I got a skin balancing facial. It lasted 50 mins as they said it would & Mac was kind and made me feel so relaxed during the whole session. The products used smelled so good! Definitely would recommend and looking forward to coming again soon :)

My facial wasnt as deep cleansing as Im accustomed to. She did not remove my black heads or tweeze hairs. Its seems to be a 3 stage face cleansing, which I can do easily at home.

Just got my brows threaded here and have been coming to this location for almost 2 years, but havent found my trustee brow lady UNTIL... Mrs. Mac blessed my uneven brows. I love a more natural clean brow and I finally got it. Mac knows what shes doing and also does it effortlessly. I was so happy to hear shed be at the new location opening on Centerville!

Today I went for a sugar wax and eyebrow threading . I had to correct her on my eyebrows because she was rushing they were jagged and uneven until I corrected her. Now my wax on the other hand THEY WILL NEVER DO AGAIN. she missed so much hair RUSHING ! I’ve seen other people’s waxes and mine isn’t close. Are you ever supposed to shave after a wax ? It was a waste of my money for the most part.

They are clearly very popular, I would assume, they will need a bigger place soon because it was pretty packed. Everyone had great things to say, but there was a clear preference for who clients wanted to do their eyebrows—I think she’s the owner/founder, but I’m not sure. The lady who did mine was nice enough, but I just wanted a cleanup so I don’t think it was asking too much. It’s a very nice place.

This is my second time receiving a Brazilian sugar wax from this company. Both experiences were amazing. Mac, one of the associates, was kind, professional, and made the process of waxing very quick. I have gotten Brazilian waxes for almost two years and this company is by far one favorite.

Edit: Changing my 3 star review to 5 star. After reaching out to the owner, she was willing to work with me, and I did get to use my groupon for the initial paid services. Overall, very pleased with the shop and my aesthetician, Minaz.The quality of their services are great, but if you use a groupon and have trouble with it, they not willing to work with you.

I got my eyebrows waxed and a 30 minute facial. My eyebrows have never looked better and the facial was very relaxing. The atmosphere was nice and the lady who did my facial and eyebrows was kind. I had Mac do my eyebrows and face.

Not happy at all. Got a Brazilian sugar wax. But she didnt clean it up at all. Saying it would be extra. I tried this place due to it being closer to home. But, I guess Im continuing to drive 30 min for a good waxing and wont need to shave when I get home. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Naaz did my eyebrow threading, she was really good, professional and I was super happy with her threading and service, I will definitely be coming back here again. The salon looked super clean, the staff comes across very polite and professional. Giving this place 5* rating. I have no complaints. I live in a very rural area in SC but will be making trips to visit aunty here so will aim to get done here as Naaz did a fantastic job with my eyebrows. I have been going to Winks since the early fall. With each service they have been professional and hygienic. I had the sugar wax on my first visit and I felt amazing and confident. Since I have try the brow threading and tinting, as well as the face hair removal.

I did not realize that they were so close by me until I saw the Groupon offer. I have been looking for a new place for threading since my thread lady moved. So I decided to get the Eyebrow Threading/Tinting offer from Groupon as well as the Skin Balancing Facial. Upon entering the establishment EVERYONE was sooo incredibly kind and inviting! It is a beautiful and sterile facility as well. Amy did my services and she did NOT disappoint. My facial lasted about an hour and she was soooo incredibly kind! They created a very warm and relaxing ambiance there as well. I am so impressed with how soft my skin feels and how all of my targeted facial areas I am seeing a difference in as little as an hour due to the combination of products Amy used during my facial! I am soooo impressed! She also did my threading and tinting and did amazing as well!! They have a new customer with me! I highly recommend them! Ask for Amy! She is a sweetheart and incredibly professional and amazing! ❤️

I had treading and facial done.Mac was friendly and understanding of my Covid-19 precautions. I had to ask to clean the plastic on chair before I sat; she did however, I should not have to ask.Also, I was disgusted by another staff who was wearing pajamas, yes pajamas unmatched and dingy ones while treading a client 😳 I could not believe my eyes.. I will NEVER enter that place again.

My sister and I are visiting from Houston and was referred from my mom who has been coming here for years. I bought a Groupon and booked my appt for 4/28. My sister was having trouble booking her appt for today for the Brazilian online and spoke with someone on the phone yesterday and they told her it was ok and to just come on in and they will manually redeem the Groupon. Her time was for today at 12. We got there she filled out her form and we waited. At 1237 Mack called my sister and my sister told her she had a Groupon and that she spoke with someone and was told to come in. Mack said no it has to be booked online and no one told you to come in. My sister told her again that someone did. Mack again said no there is no way to read the Groupon in person . I said well she literally called and told someone of the issue trying to book online and again reminded her that someone at this establishment told her to come in. Mack again told my sister that no one told her that . My sister told her that we understand what she was saying and to please stop saying no one told us to come in because someone did. I am cancelling my appt and this place will not get my business. How rude of Mack to constantly tell my sister that she is lying and that no one told her to come in. She has no reason to lie ! We attempted to book online and she had an issue . This is unprofessional and ridiculous! We sat there for 37 minutes only to be spoken to rudely and leaving with out the service we had come from.

The lady with the B name was mean to me would not talk to me or answer any question I asked about the facial services they do. Dismissive of any thing I asked her too. She asked me for cash at checkout in a rude way too. She is so rude that I asked for a simple receipt in return and she said it’s not printable ... kind shady ... I felt kinda unwanted and just can’t go back.. I feel that if you dress well they treat you well. Must have been something with me she didn’t like...

The wait wasn’t long and the place is clean, however,During the waxing session, I understood that they had others waiting because maybe it was a busy day, but one of the two women who worked there was not very careful to how she treated my skin. She moved very fast and it was clear that I was in pain. She didn’t seem to care (which is a concern) because I have very sensitive skin and I don’t get waxed often (also something I made aware to her). She did a pretty clean job but because she was moving so fast and removing hair from the same areas (of which were sensitive) it led to a skin irritation.I’ve had better experiences at other locations from a different business and they were very careful and compassionate with my skin. This business does not care about your skin. They just want to make sure that the service has been done. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Ive been looking for a new place to get my eyebrows done thats close to home. Couldnt believe I didnt come across this place sooner. They were clean and took Covid precautions. Loved my eyebrows. My threader was courteous, gentle, listened to my request and took her time making sure they were near perfection.

Wink is my go to for eyebrow threading and eyebrow tint. Their prices are reasonable and each lady is professional and good at what they do. They take their time, its not painful and they make sure you leave the chair getting exactly what you wanted. I will always give them my business.

Dont go to this place the girl Named bina burned me.. she is horrible and rude.. I asked for a manager and she lied me . At checkout I explained my skin look extremely red and peeled and want to talk to the manager.. instead she said why are you complaing just have the service for free and dont worry about it. But later seeing my skin its disappointing to write this. Its taken me $600 in medical bills.. for a free $6 service...I am still going to take actions... its ashamed she knew she burned me and didnt want me to have proof of service .I will be legally contacting this establishment as it is not fair!

Love Love Love this place.( I’m a master cosmetologist and have been receiving threading services for over 25 years.) Came in here before Quarantine and the woman did a great job. After quarantine I tried To wait for them to reopen but I wasn’t patient and went to a nail salon for the dreaded waxing. All the while telling myself it will be fine.... IT was not. So I gave myself a month or so and went back to WINK with my busted half over grown half missing brows. I told the woman I was sorry and what had happend, showed her a pic of my normal brows,Prayed and Y’all SHE DID MAGIC!!! She corrected the mistakes from the waxing I had from the nail salon and they almost look perfect once again. I’m a very loyal patron when I find a great place and this is it.

The place is nice and clean but I left disappointed. I asked the lady if she could keep my eyebrows thick and she said that she would. When she finished, I looked in the mirror and my heart was crushed. My left eyebrow was so thin. I told her that it looked thin and she continued to brush over it as if it was suppose to grow back.. I didn’t pay for the service but that doesn’t excuse the fact that my eyebrows were butchered and now I have to wait at least two months to get them back how they were.

Just had my first Brazilian wax here and it was GREAT!! I had the pleasure of working with Nesha she was very friendly. She did the proper Brazilian wax technique, used baby powder and provided pressure once she pulled. She even talked to me the whole time to keep the focus off the pain.
