My husband and I came for ear and nose hair removal. We had never done this before but wanted to try it. It was about 1/2 as painful as I expected but I love the results. It feels very “clean”. We will definitely do this again. The employees were great.

I had an appointment for 3:45 but I called in and they accommodated me.. they have a grace period bit o was gonna be longer.. I was greeted at the door by an exceptional young lady who I later found out was the owner. I loved my experience and I kno anyone who goes there will be as pleased as I was.

Amanda is awesome. I get the full bikini; she is quick, thorough and I barely feel any pain. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and professional. Just a good experience all around. AMANDA was horrible it was no conversation so there was very much awkward silence, I dont know if she was having a bad day or what but it was my first time and it was horrible not to mention it was some hair still left I just wanted to leave from the minute I found out I was being handled by her no smile no nothing but being that it was a gift I kept on with the process but she was beyond rough and seemed annoyed. Never again however the receptionist were very nice and pleasant but once u leave them the energy shifts and I was in pain and soar until the next day 😒😔

I came in with the worst day ever. Receptionist Jessica was perfect and accommodating. She was extremely kind, especially with making schedule changes. My waxer Alexis was extremely professional, knowledgeable l, and such a great overall personality.

My wax specialist, Breanna, is amazing! The Bikini Full and Full Leg service I received at my last visit was fast, thorough, and as close as you can get to painless. The breathing techniques Breanna walked me through and great conversation almost made me forget that hair was being ripped from my body 😂. The EWC staff is excellent too! The owner, Jessica, efficiently checked me in for my appointment and really cared about the feedback I gave at the end of the appointment. She Did Her Job Well With The Plucking, Searching and getting the in grown hairs and waxing. The place overall is great and friendly. I will be coming back for my next appointment and booking with the same person.

My waxes are always done by Shay and she does a fabulous job! She is professional, thorough, accommodating, friendly and most importantly clean! With COVID-19 I was scared to start going back but the owner Jess makes sure that everyone is staying safe and following proper guidelines.

I came here to get a brazilian forthe first time. Two weeks later the hair was already growing back and I had a bad breakout after. I usually frequent sweet heart brazilian. Because my cousin was in town I wanted to go here because this was her first time getting one. I will never be returning again.

Major S/o to Gabby were always a barrel of laughs. She makes the experience easier and comfortable. The center is always clean and inviting even before COVID. I always recommend this location to all my friends.

This was my first time getting a wax and I must say i was very nervous. Bri was the woman who gave me a wax. It was awesome! She made me feel comfortable. Getting a wax was not painful at least not with Bri plus Iam happy with my results. I will return again to see Bri.

After attempting to make an appointment at Relax and Wax (no one answered), I made an appointment via phone with Jessica at reception who was very friendly. She informed me of the new customer free service offering. I also received an email reminder. When I arrived, besides being immediately impressed with the cleanliness, I was greeted by Jessica who was extremely friendly and has a beautiful smile. She briefly went over their product line for post procedure maintenance before thoughtfully asking if I needed to use the restroom first. When I came out of the restroom, I was greeted by Gabrielle. Again, I was impressed with the cleanliness, the friendliness and smiles. It was the first time I had a hard wax treatment and I loved it! Gabrielle is great with making one feel comfortable and she is easy to chat with (she also has a beautiful smile). While I was dressing, she was sanitizing the bed, so again, I was impressed with the cleaning/sanitary standards. I highly recommend their services! Gabrielle is awesome!

I had a great experience at the Snellville location. The receptionists were friendly. Also, Gaby was the young lady who did my eyebrows, and she was attentive to my needs. She was professional, upbeat and did a great job waxing my eyebrows. I will definitely being using Gaby again when Im in town.

I am VERY picking when it comes to waxing. waiting area was spotless with brand new magazines. Lovely store owner. Nice neat employees. I came in bright and early. Everyone was super friendly reassuring and informative. Since it was my first time Amber did amazing letting me know how it was going to work all while talking about normal things to keep my mind not on what was going on. I will be back to see these wonderful ladies!

I unfortunately had to give up going to this location after over a year. It got to the point where I was always waiting on my technician. One time I was waiting for over 20 minutes and had to get placed with another technician who did a mediocre job. Today was particularly frustrating because it did not seem like the staff knew how to navigate the new covid policy. I was standing outside waiting on my technician because I was not allowed inside and close to 10 minutes had already lapsed passed my appointment time (per usual) and the receptionist gladly let someone come in the lobby ahead of me without even acknowledging that I was still waiting. It was a bit unprofessional and I am just going to give up the Snellville location and try out a different one.

Today I called and made an appointment at 8:01 in the morning at which time I was told the earliest they could get me in was 3:30pm. The woman who proceeded to take my last name and then first name, had me spell it, and told me she would see me at 3:30. I arrive at 3:20 as I have never been there before and was told that they did not babe me down for an appt. I checked me phone and read off the number to the receptionist at which point she confirmed I called the correct number. I asked her if I could still get my appointment and I was told no. I would need to come back at 5:00pm. I am on my way out of town in a few hours and am now forced to scramble to find a wax last minute. I will never return.

Drove 30 minutes just for them to tell me that I couldnt go in with my 3 year old to get waxed something that shouldve been clear with all these restrictions. Never buying another year pass with them and im done with this location

My experience here was by far the best. I usually go to another waxing place but I decided to come here due to moving. The young lady Bianka receptionist was so helpful with providing information and accommodating me. My wax specialist Gabrielle is amazing!!!! Yes, your first service is completely free, which is a good thing. However, this is not the place to go to if you want your eyebrows done. Jada had no idea what she was doing and I was very disappointed. I went to Seva Beauty in Walmart and she definitely fixed my brows up!

First time going to get a wax and the service was great I googled wax places open on a Sunday and there it was. Shay did my wax and she was awsome.. first time getting a wax I seriously suggest everyone I go there...

Ive had 2 different people wax me and both did a mediocre job. Both times I could see hair that I normally dont see when someone else waxes me. I normally go to the Toco Hills location but switched to this Snellville location because it was closer to home. Ill have to start driving all the way back to Toco Hills to get the better service, at least until my pass expires and then choose a new wax center, closer to home that waxes better. I would not recommend this particular location.

I have trusted EWC for a while now, but after moving I was hesitant I would find a person I liked for the services I needed. Luckily EWC has Shay on staff as she is very nice, clean and professional (all the staff is in fact). She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone for any service.

I have never received such professionalism, and consistency at a wax place as I have experienced over the last four months at EWC. The staff is punctual, and they keep their appointment time slots allowing for the customer to make their day around their appointments without worrying if their wax will take longer than the posted timeframe.

My experience with Gabby was awesome. Shes so warming and easy to talk to. My eyebrows are on point. Shes such a sweet lady, and knows her work.

Been going to Andreias for years to get my Brazilian. Tried this place because I got a free wax coupon for 1st time guests (your Brazilian is not free however - only discounted). The place was very business like & professional. However it was the most painful wax Ive ever received. Plus there were many hairs left behind. Long story short: Im sticking with Andreia to get a better wax at a lower price.

Its the best place Ive gone to pluck my eyebrows. In other places I asked them to clean my eyebrow, but they always left me very thin and misshapen. In European Wax, they do exactly what one asks of them, even better; Apart from respecting the fact that I like my eyebrow a little thick, I also look for ways to shape it, since I have some spaces where I do not grow eyebrows (right in the middle of my eyebrows),,, I have come here 3 times, and Ive never been disappointed in there.
