I tried for about six months to find a pool company that could resurface my pool and some other items that we wanted added. I tried several local companies and could not get a response. When I contacted JKB Pools, they were very responsive and professional. I have found a new pool company. Kobert and his team are outstanding in every way. On time, as promised, and knowledgeable. Man did I find a keeper!

I had a pool heater and multi speed pump installed today. CAUTION - - These guys appear to be friendly and honest . Don,t be fooled, Durning the install process I was asked if I had a Wet-VAC because the installer because water was found in the gas line. I provided a wet vac but it wasnt used. I was told all the water was removed from the line and all was working fine. After the installer left I began to smell gas inside the house. I called the gas company and they sent out a technician. I was determined that the control valve on both my water heater and furnace were bad. They both became inoperable at the same time the heater was replaced. It is expected that the technician that installed bypassed the pressure regulator from the gas meter and used the pressure to push the water from the gas line. at the same time the added pressure caused the control valves in the water heater and furnace to break. The technician from JKB denied any involvement in the breaking on my water heater and /or furnace. I do not see this company being honest and one that would be responsible for their mistakes. They already have my money . It scares me that these folks are responsible for my equipment warranty. I do not recommend these folks.

This company was great to work with. Kobert did a great job communicating exactly what work was being done and when they would be out to my house to complete the work. He and his team are very knowledgeable of all things that have to do with pool construction and operation. I highly recommend this company to work on your pool.

In my experience, I believe that JKB Pools is the most honest and trustworthy pool company ever. I trust no one but them with my pool.
