Dollar Tree TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE......WALMART BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE YOUNG GENTLEMEN NEED TRAINING FROM A QUALIFIED MANAGER.

It could be more clean and organized but i dont blame the staff because of the area and the population that shops there, unfortunately its very difficult to maintain it.

Out of everything, entire aisles are completely bare. It says This it’s busy time but only one cashier working line backed up with full baskets. - waste of time

I had a terrible customer service experience with a clerk at this location with a clerk name delphine. I asked her if they carried an item and she responded rudely they are somewhere over there somewhere. While in line she talked to me with a very disrespectful tone when I asked her about another product. When I asked for a manager she pointed to the door and told ME to knock on it to go get her. Then WHILE I was speaking to a manager she was complaining the whole time to another customer in LINE in front of the manager!!! Unprofessional!!!

They had a lot of stuff my store didnt(winder location)But it was unorganized and it looked like a Stampede of elephants came through there..

I went to the Dollar Tree in Lawrenceville!! Awesome!! They have everything!! I mean everything!! And the crazy thing is the clerk said to me, it may look a little empty but our delivery is tomorrow well be restocked then. I looked in amazement!! You mean to tell me you are empty and tomorrow youll be restocked? Wow!! I mean, everything that I came for was there!! I have looked at several Dollar Trees for an item, only to be disappointed. There is this item I have been unable to find. It is a hair removal from the sink that gets your sink clogged and the water goes out very slowly. Well this little gadget un clogs your sink. They had it!! Unbelievable!! It was a very pleasant visit. The clerk he was very polite it was just a nice experience in his store yesterday 😊.

I love the variety of products for the price with everything seeing $1 or less. However, the lines are typically long. If it was not for the lines, I would give it 5 stars.

The store was very big, it had a lot of items including Christmas & Thanksgiving items. It October 03, 2020. However the store was a mess. Someone needs to organize the place. 4 stars because it was equipped with everything that was needed.

💘 it! Organizing supplies, frozen dinners, beauty products, cards, party supplies, etc. 🍞, canned goods& all kinds of snacks. All can be bought for just$1.Go in with an open mind & see what treasures you can find. Fabulous!

I dont know what happen to night but the entire store looked empty! Nothing much on the shelves, I just let my empty cart and left. I did see a truck parked in the back. They really need to do a better job keeping the shelves stocked.

The dollar tree is now a place to go and get things for a dollar that cost way more at others store

Plenty of roomy parking places always well stocked friendly employees a little hard to negotiate Scenic Highway during busy times but worth the trouble.

Nice Dollar Tree. Found everything I was looking for, plus some goodies too. This particular store offers a better variety of items compared to others. Im sure its because of its location. Staff was very nice and helpful. If I lived closer Id frequent this Dollar Tree often

This store has gotten a small makeover since I was here last. Theres much more merchandise and its displayed more efficiently. Kudos!

Great place, products and employees.

Big store with a big variation of items including some of the trendy ones that every one hauls online. Awesome selection of food and Very spacious allowing room for lots of treasures! The empolyees arent very welcoming or talkative, especially the African American manager that works in the evenings. She seems to have an attitude all the time!

Everytime I come in here the staff is rude. Had a carts full of junk, things out of places, shelves empty and open juice bottles while staff sits and talk while you basically wait until they get done to answer your question. Absolutely ridiculous

It has everything I need, and everything I dont!! Lol. I always get more than what I come for originally, but its okay. Perfect place for decorations.

Snellvile dollartree, African American female somewhat heavy set cashier on 3/22 @ 5:40p lane closet to the door. Very little customer service. Two simple words at the the end of a transaction is thank you, not here you go. Dont take whatever your issues are out on the customer. Bad enough store hardly has any merch!

This Dollar tree is always neat and organized. Cashier and manager who help get my balloons were both helpful and freindly. This store is a larger one, so it is easy to find things you need because they have good selections.

Phyllis is the most amazing employee at this store. I have seen her on more than one occasion going above and beyond for the customers and taking initiative. This woman deserves a promotion and a raise.

Food was surprisingly good and clean

Other stores in Snellville should poach their employees or at least ask for their help with hiring and training. The customer service here is always great.

You get more for your money

I like Dollar Tree. But this location (1997 Scenic Hwy, Snellville) is managed HORRIBLY. Suppose to open at 8am. It is 8:20am now when writing this and doors are closed and no employee at sight.....You may think I am triggered easily.....bit NOT really. You get this 4 out of 5 times if you get here by the time it should open. ....If you go inside you find 10x more mess than the average Dollar Tree store. I hope someone reads this from The Dollar Tree regional management. ( but doubt though )

Not much variety, but Joe overheard my roommate discussing what we needed, he went to the back to look for more! Then opened up a checkstand when he saw the lines were too long. Fantastic customer service!

I just went to this location. There is trash over flowing in both trash cans. Right in front so it smells awful walking into the store. Once you’re in they have all of the carts filled with merchandise sitting in the corners of the store. I had to stand up front to wait for a customer leaving to get a cart. There were two lines open but the cashiers were very slow leavinf a lot of frustrated people in line. I realize this is the dollar store BUT I’m spending 50.00 or more every time I’m here and expect a little more customer service. Maybe not making your customers walk through the smell of trash to shop would be a great start.

Well stocked and well organized. Given the choice between Centerville and Snellville, I would choose Snellville Dollar Tree. It is larger and doesnt look ransacked. (Both of these stores are on route 124.)

I love Dollar Tree. Anything you want they have. Especially tools when you may only use the tools once or twice, you dont have to spend a lot of money.

Because everything here is one dollar the items are a steal for their price and the staff is really helpful and products are great quality.

The selection varies from season to season, even on the non seasonal items. Holiday items go ridiculously fast and they dont seem to get any more for the rest of the season.
