Don’t know why I waited so long to get a new battery for my iPhone 6s. It was done in about 20 minutes, and well worth the almost $75 after tax, especially when compared to the cost of a new iPhone. The employees were super friendly and helpful too. I am very pleased.

Excellent service!! Repair was fast and all details explained to me including possible cracking of outer case. They did a diagnosis on phone to verify its workings and I am glad to have a new battery that wont drain so fast!!Highly recommend!

Batteries Plus fixed my iPhone fast. I had a 4:30p appointment and they finished the repair in 1 hour, just as they promised. It was really great that I received a $10 coupon for scheduling my appointment online. Ill definitely use their service in the future.

I loved my experience here! I dropped my iPhone 7+ and the screen completely shattered. When I took it to Batteries Plus Bulbs, they were able to completely fix it within an hour! They also helped answer some other questions of mine, and I ultimately bought two other items for my phone while I was there. VERY good experience, and I would highly recommend this place!

I took my phone there,the chinese guy messed up the phone . I took the phone back their work on it for a little bit, till today the phone never worked.Verizon said they mess up the antenna now Im without phone and I pay them close $250.00 disputing the charges with my bank they scam

Seems like a group of competent people especially when compared to a local competitor of theirs.

He scared me when he said there was no guarantee the phone would be fixed. I definitely would appreciate a separate fee lower than the cost of fixing the phone, if the technician is unable to fix my item. I was scares that I would lose $200 if he was unable to fix the phone.The turn around time was 10 minutes, I was satisfied.

Note 8 went in for a screen replacement. Expensive. $279. I was told the back cover broke during the process. So the original black phone was replaced with a cheap grey plastic replica. My grandson laughed when he saw it.

The clerk told me the battery for my phone was $69. She didnt say that $69. was for battery and installing the battery. I would have had the company that we bought the phone from to install the battery at No Charge. She told me to come back in 30 mins. and the phone would be ready. I was surprised she wanted me to leave the phone, but i did. I came back 30 mins. later and it still wasnt ready. Ten mins. Later it was Ready.I called the next morning to get the phones old battery-she didnt return it to me. That was when i found out that the battery was actually $39. And that $30. was for installation. This should have been told to me when i ask how much the battery was. Not just say $69. and not say anything about the installation charge. Not very happy with Batteries Plus tactics.
