The entire experience met the expectations and standards I have after nearly 45 years working in hospital laboratories… as a med. tech, supervisor, and quality compliance officer. Registration was efficient and the office staff offered four times to assist me. The phlebotomist was very skillful and succeeded in painlessly drawing blood from a vein scarred from years of use while hospitalized. This location was “Top Of The Line.

Its true that when having to get any type of test, it will almost always be at the direction of an employer or physician. You are at the mercy of who they have contracted with to do their testing. If you have to go to a Labcorp, this is the one to choose. Sure, they have to abide by their corporations Covid protocols, but so does every other risk-averse business.But - this Labcorp location is staffed by friendly and efficient people that appear to be doing their best given the restrictions currently in place. Every employee was welcoming and worked to put us at ease and make things as smooth as possible. Also, parking and access were great, all on the first floor which is better for those who live with a disability.if we are ever again directed to get a test done at a Labcorp, this will be the location we will visit.

I was weary after reading reviews. I went as a walk-in on a Wednesday at 4PM for routine lab work. I was the only one there. The kiosk worked fine, and the man at the front desk (Charles, I think?) was really friendly and fast. (I never even sat down) The phlebotomist was really good at her job, really nice, and also fast. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I drove by the LabCorp near my house (given their not so great service) to come out to this location for a reason. Excellent customer service, the mobile check-in worked and I received a text as to when to come in-so I can safely wait in my car. Both the front desk and phlebotomist were friendly and had great customer service. The blood draw was quick and very painless. I will continue to make the trip to this location given their excellent service.

Went in as a walk-in to get some routine lab work done and the lady behind the counter was very nice. She took my blood and made me feel comfortable. The whole thing was very quick and took maybe 20 minutes total from when I walked in to when I left. Had a great experience.

I have been to this location 3 times in the last 6 weeks. Every time I’m in and out fast. First poke, they have found my vein every time. I have had horrible experiences elsewhere, poked multiple times, etc. I almost didn’t go here because some of the reviews made me anxious. Every time I’ve gone for bloodwork, the nurses are friendly & efficient. Very Short wait times. Cant be happier with my experiences.

I have been to this location twice and both experiences were great. I made appointment at home, checked in from my mobile phone when I arrived, they texted me when technician was ready for me, front desk staff acknowledged me when I entered office (very polite and professional) and I was called back within 60 seconds. The technician, Justice, was fantastic - I have small veins that are deep and they roll. She did great to find a vein and I barely felt the pin stick. Justice was friendly and professional - made the experience great for me. This is now my “go to” place when my doctors need lab work.

I went to this location today to get some routine blood work done that was ordered by my GP. Theyre taking extra precautions for COVID and offer a wait in your car and check-in via mobile once you get there option which, was great! I got a text saying that the technician was ready to see me and went inside, checked in, and had my blood work done. The whole process took about 10-15 minutes as I went in at a less busy time of day, I suspect. The technician was wonderful and the whole thing was quick and painless. It was a really good experience!

I have been trying to call this establishment for over an hour. I have been through all 6 voice prompts, and either get dumped into a voice mail box which is full, or I get hung up on. I am trying to schedule my wifes labs work appointment since the results of her lab pull stated that she should have been dead months ago. This lab messed up the testing, sent bad results to our doctor, and now does not want to answer their phone. I guess there is no quality or control, or checks and balances. Just process and move on.Just sad how business operate, using automated phones and computers to do a important part of their business. No such thing as customer service any more.

Went to have lab work done. Gentleman at the desk told me I had a balance but could not tell me what for. He told me I could not be seen if I did not pay it. I told him I will not pay for something I dont know what its for. Since when is it okay to deny medical services to a person who owes money? I work for a physician practice and we would never do that. I actually think it is against the law. Will tell every one I know NOT to go to this LabCorp

Have been to the Snellville location 2x in the last 3 weeks for Bloodwork. From the people at the front desk to the persons who drew my blood, they were all friendly & professional. I liked the kiosk check in &, maybe I was lucky, but both times, I had a very short wait time. Dont like needles but if I have to have blood tests, I would happily return to this location.

When you come in, you check in on a kiosk. I had one person in front of me. Front desk was professional. The process was quick. I had a great experience with Justice. I didnt feel the needle go in and I was looking at it. Justice was professional and friendly. Thanks LabCorp.

The electronic sign-in does not work at all or be ignored by the front desk . I checked in 17 minutes before the appointment time over the phone, then entered in to office, waiting for more than 15 minutes passed by dedicated appointment time without receiving any text from its system as the instructions said on the website. Totally an ineffective system .

I wish I could give this place 0 stars the female at the front desk was extremely rude and not helpful at all! When you go to a place of business not everyone is familiar with how things are done. It is your JOB to help explain so that the customer can understand. They could start by giving customers the ability to to call and speak with a person before they waste their time coming in. I see why this place has a rating of 2 stars. Extremely horrible experience!

The ladies at this office are amazing and so sweet I was in & out and we had a few good laughs about the bang bang shrimp at bonefish, and how I couldnt pronounce the doctors name who requested the bloodwork. Keep up the good work ladies.

I went to this Labcorp office with the intention that my blood draw was going to be a positive experience. It was!The receptionist was pleasant, helpful and supportive. The phlebotomist, C.J., was so professional and efficient and the process was over so quickly that it seemed to take no time at all. It was painless too.I will keep this Labcorp office in mind if i need lab work in the future.

Despite all the bad reviews, this is my second time visiting LabCorp Snellville in about 2 years. I must say this second time was even faster than the first due to the new express check in, front desk was very nice as well as the technician. My appointment was set for 9:00 AM and I arrived 15 minutes early as stated on the website. I am currently in my car typing this review and it’s 8:59 AM. No complaints here!

I had to have routine blood work done and I usually go to another location but I had several errands to run around the Snellville area. I was able to make an appointment for 10:15 the morning of. I walked in expecting to check-in on the kiosk but the front receptionist was so nice and checked me. The whole staff was friendly, fast, and efficient. I returned to my car at 10:19 pleased with my visit and will return!

I really dont understand these bad reviews Ive been at this location 3 times now and had Zero Issues..Never waited more than 15 min and its always clean..this last visit I had to bring my girls for allergy blood testing and the ladies there were very patient with them and efficient. Dont count them out!

Inefficient, cramped, not helpful, and not friendly.**UPDATED to include the entire experience!**My teenage daughter was having testing performed that requires us to take home samples and drop them back off at the Snellville location. The samples are time sensitive, one was frozen. I came in to drop the samples off on a Monday morning on my way to work, got there at 7:55, 5 minutes before they opened. There were already three other people waiting. I figured since I was dropping specimens off, with the requisition and names already provided, it would only take about 5 minutes or so for them to look at the specimens and make sure the requisition and name were with the samples. Nope. Had to wait “my turn” until they took the other three people ahead of me back to have their blood drawn. The specimen was thawing as I was waiting to be called to the front desk. Waited 25-30 minutes just to hand specimens we collected at home to the woman at the front desk. I’m not sure what the “self check-in” kiosks are even for if not to make this place more efficient.After waiting for 30 minutes to be called to the front desk to hand over the samples, I was informed that they were supposed to give me two vials for the sample collection, not just one. The lady actually instructed me to take the sample (frozen stool (poop) sample, I might add) and try and out some of it into a new vial they were giving to me otherwise the test couldn’t be performed. WHAT?! I asked her where she wanted me to do this and she said in the bathroom back out of the suite into the hallway, and that she would give me gloves. If it wasn’t for not wanting my daughter to have to collect another sample, I wouldnt have entertained the suggestion. However, I gave it a try, in a stall in the bathroom. The stool was still frozen and there wasn’t any way it was coming out of that vial. I went back in and told the woman at the front desk that it wouldn’t be possible. She then proceeded to ask me if I could “break it in half.” WHAT?! The poop was frozen into the vial, how am I going to break it in half? I told her it wasn’t the right consistency to be broken in half. She then suggested, I kid you not, that I scrape it out with my fingernail. With the gloves on that she gave me, of course. No. No. Nope. I told her just to give me new vials and we would try to collect more, although this wasn’t what my daughter or I wanted because we need the results as soon as possible. I could not believe what was being requested of me and I thought for a moment that I was being pranked. They ended up “splitting” the sample into two vials themselves. Mostly because they couldn’t figure out how to delete the paperwork out of their system to give it back to me for the new sample collection. This all happened while my poor teenage daughter was sitting in the tiny waiting room with several other people and everyone was able to hear what was going on. Something needs to change.

I was concerned about having blood work done for my teenage daughters-after reading other reviews. However, my insurance requires Lab Corp. I went hoping for the best in spite of the reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. The lady at the front was very pleasant. The phlebotomist was wonderful. She put my nervous 13 year old at ease and was engaging and friendly.

I was hesitant to come here after reading all the reviews online, but I didnt have a choice. I came in for a pre-employment drug screen. First of all, the facility is located INSIDE Eastside Medical Center. I was under the impression that it was a standalone building somewhere. It was easy to find them inside though. I came in on a Monday and there were a lot of people already in the smallest waiting room Ive ever seen. There were no available seats. The guy at the window was nice, he told me to sign in at the computer. He said well be with you in a few minutes, by that he meant, well be with you within an hour. I waited (standing up) for 45 minutes until they called me in. The nurse was very friendly, which I was surprised because of all the negative comments. She was very courteous and smiling. I was impressed. Not sure if its because the staffing changed, or because it was a Monday and there were different employees there, but I had a positive experience (despite the long wait) overall.

I got in and out pretty quick. Its just best to go in the morning. I waited about three minutes. The staff was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The lady that took my blood gave me a Garfield bandaid, which was cute. I guess they just get busy, so pick a good time to go, like 7 am ;-)

I had an appointment for 12 pm. I get there at 11:47. 3 minutes later I get called up to the counter and was told the tech went to lunch and would be back in 40 minutes. I was there for a urinalysis. I was already holding it. I had an appointment and then had to wait an additional 40 minutes. How unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will never come back here.

Justice and Angie were wonderful. I was in and out of there in no time. Angie helped me at the front desk, she was so polite. Justice drew my blood, she was very efficient and even seemed very knowledgeable about my vains. Nurses stuggle to draw my blood often and she could tell and didnt struggle at all. Very satisfied. I was there maybe 10 mins.

I got to this place at 2:40pm for a simple drug screening. Still sitting at 3:40pm. I went up to the window to find out what was taking so long. The lady could not find the paper work I gave to the other person working the window 45 minutes ago. No prospective employer should be sending their new recruits to this place. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate! If your assignment is made for this location...CHANGE IT IMMEDIATELY!

I called for hours of operation, it said they open at 7. When I arrived they told me drug screening is only done after 9am. They should include this in the hours of operation message when you call in so customers know. Staff was nice and apologetic, but it is not their fault. This should be fixed

This place is extremely slow. Someone should always be at the front desk and the lab people should be able to keep the number of people in waiting room following. This is irritating to sit for periods of time. Bad business, I am truly going to have to find another location.Half the people don’t know you have to sign clip board and sign in at the machine.

If I could give this office a complete zero I would. I would highly suggest you to drive the extra 5 minutes to another location. Office staff isnt helpful at all. The supervisor there has identity issues and the lady at the front desk needs a reality check. Her attitude sucks tremendously and the energy in that office isn’t welcoming at all. Don’t ruin your day visiting this place.

I was hesitant on whether or not I should post this. I visited a few weeks ago and had a bad experience. The front desk lady was rude. I happened to grab the last available chair in the wait room. It seemed that there was only one person working in the back, so the wait time was very long. Even though I had an appointment for a drug test, I waited an extra thirty minutes. People who arrived after me were getting called in before me. On top of that, there were people who were there before me and waited almost as long as me. Im not sure if those people had appointments or were walk-ins. As a warning, I would say do a walk-in drug test at Quest Diagnostic. I am not sure if every location is like this one. Save yourself and do not go to this one.

Scissors used to cut a hair sample were extremely dull. It was very painful while they cut and my scalp in the trimmed area was sore for 4 days. They looked like Walmart craft scissors. Unacceptable.

If I could give it 0 stars, then I would. Ive tried to get labs done there on two separate occasions, and still have not gotten them done yet. Lady at the front desk name Shauna, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to leave to avoid a confrontation. Her attitude is horrible! She needs to be in a department that does not have to deal with customer service. I will never go back to that location again!

Obviously understaffed! I have thyroid problems and have to have my blood drawn monthly. Each time that i try to get it drawn the waiting room is completely full. Much like everyone else I have a two year old and I work. I dont have the time to sit for hours to have my blood taken. Very disappointing...

Now I see why this place has almost all 1 stars. Tool the pain to set an appointment for 1:30 because I only have 1p - 2p for a simple urine drug test. Simple enough, 5- 10mins. Full bladder. Got there at 1:25 and the 1 person that collects urine samples is supposedly at linch and will be back in a min. Almost 1hr later.. now late to return to work, bladder almost bursting and the person in still at work. I really hope they shut down or get better management. You either make lunch period unschedulable to have someone cover that lunch window. This is shameful.

Made an appointment at this location for a 3 hour pregnancy glucose test, which requires me to fast for 12+ hours. Though I scheduled an appointment for 8:15, I was not seen in the back until 8:50- which really pissed me off because I am weak and starving. After I was called back, I was told to go back out to the front to finish my glucose drink, which I thought was disgusting considering I was gagging with others staring at me. The lady at the front (don’t remember her name) was very nice but clearly over worked. Overall, the lady’s at this location were pleasant however, this place lacks organization and promptness severely. I did not like the fact that I had to go up and remind the lady’s it was time for my blood draw due to this location only having 2 ladies drawing blood with over 20+ people in the waiting room waiting for the same thing. It was just a fiasco, only gave this place 2 stars because the ladies were really trying. Other than that, would never go back to this location with or without an appointment for any thing.

Bad energy and confusing..I never had a drug test before and I had no idea what I was doing..My Mom was there for a drug test days ago and made small talk with the front lady about both of us applying for different things..not sure if that allowed..I got there late by three minutes but I wouldnt go back..Go to Duluth..the person in the back needs to smile more..
