Great prices! As a woman I didnt feel taken advantage of. I love the new location. My only issue was being given an 11am appointment for my tires to be installed, yet walking out of there almost 4 hours later. I wouldve expected the wait if I were a walk in. In retrospect, it wouldve been nice to be told the approximate amount of time the job will take so you can decide whether to stay out leave your vehicle. You better believe I will ask next time.

This place is amazing!!! I was struggling to find a reliable, and affordable shop to fix my alignment and struts. All locations around either quoted me an arm, a leg, and my firstborn child as well as being extremely booked up, this location fixed my car in record time, and did it for a third of the cost that I was quoted from other locations. Everyone was kind and professional, thank you again!

Nigel and his Team are beyond 5-stars. Took my RAM 2500 to have o2 sensors replaced thinking it was going to be a few days before its completion but they completed the task SAMEDAY. Their efficiency in getting the work finished without issues are spot-on everytime

HONESTY! Thats what youll get when you take your car here. We are new to the area and needed a small but important fix to my car so I could start my new job. This shop was highly recommended by a new acquaintance, so, needing a repair asap, I took it there. He couldve charged me almost anything since I was in new to the area or not known to them or because I needed it asap. But, he didnt. He fixed my car and didnt charge me anything! Granted, my car didnt need new parts or a labor intensive repair but the point is he was HONEST. I highly recommend them and will not be taking my cars anywhere else

Though I lived in Snellville for 7 years, and Atlanta for 15 total, my wife and I recently moved out of state. We were visiting family for a couple days when my car broke down. Dropped off my vehicle to Nigel with a serious oil leak at noon. He diagnosed and correctly fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I also appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain what the issue was without trying to oversell. I woke up the next day and checked my vehicle and it was bone dry. They have been my car’s doctor for about 10 years. I keep coming back because they are a full service auto shop, like the ones that use to be at the gas stations back in the days. Their customer service is awesome. They have always been honest about the issues of my car. That’s a plus for me because a lot of auto shop take advantage of women who come alone to get their car serviced. As long as this shop is open. I will continue to be a customer.

Awesome experience pure excellence

Had a great experience with Nigel and the crew at NEN. Extremely professional and courteous and worked hard to get our car repaired same day as we were only in Atlanta for a weekend. They stayed a couple of hours past closing time in order to get the job done and kept us updated through the day. Would definitely recommend them!!

Their receptionist was top notch and kept me well informed of my repair progress/details. Ill be returning to them for routine maintenance~2004 Chevy CavalierShifter Cable and Drive Belt replaced, Coolant Temperature/Pressure issue troubleshot, PCM dealer reprogramed, and a Transmission Flush all at an incredible price. With a courtesy oil change thrown in for my patience with their work load, I am quite pleased with my experience. Five Stars, guys, youve earned it!
