This was my first experience with SAC, but it wont be the last. Mike and Brent were both very thorough and professional. They let me know what was needed now and what could wait until a little later. My old minivan drives better now. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. Thanks SAC.

After 15 years of being a loyal and satisfied costumer, that all came to an end over $15. And please understand, this is not about me having to pay $15, its how I was treated by on of the mechanics (Brett). I was unaware nor relayed to that I would be charged $15 to replace an headlight that I had already purchased. He was very condescending saying things like tools are expensive and that a job like that cost close to $50 so I was getting a deal. Where is your dang costumer service respect. Ok, it was a misunderstanding or non communication I get that but thats how you treat a long time customer. He could of just told me that they value me as a long time customer so $15 would be credited towards my next visit and just inform me that next time it would be a cost associated with that service and I would be pleased. But over the years and 1000s of dollars spent he choose $15 over a valued customer. So sorry but got to take by business elsewhere.

Hello, I have came to SAC a few times and every time I call the lady is always nice when answering the phones and listening to my issue and quickly getting one of their top mechanics on the phone to talk to me.When I come in, it’s ALWAY CLEAN AND SMELLS GOOD, AND COFFEE available to customers as well as BOWLS OF PEPPERMINTS EVERYWHERE. To be honest, they are pretty awesome and I don’t understand negative reviews. They have worked on my 73 Chevelle. If I had questions, they were answered.

Needed a 65k service for my 2013 Charger. They couldve told me it needed everything done, but instead, only did the necessary maintenance and let me know everything else looked good. Went in expecting a bill for hundreds, left with a bill below 100$. Honesty like that has gained them a customer for life. Cant recommend SAC enough!

I have been sending my 3 activity buses to SAC for years! Great service every time. They also provide references for other services I have needed such as windshield replacement. The waiting area is a fun space highlighting old auto parts, maps, free wifi and charging stations and a bench made of a truck tailgate. Clean restrooms. Free refreshments too!

This is a family owned/operated establishment that offers pretty much every repair and service. The lobby is absolutely comfortable and clean and always has a pleasant customer service representative at the reception area. Weve had an ample of work performed by this place and have never been disappointed. The mechanics are absolutely thorough and treat the vehicles like its their own. Pricing is always within common costs and very clear to understand. This place will have my loyalty for all future auto mechanical needs.

Mrs. Gail was amazing and the whole staff at Snellville Auto Center. I got a great deal on the repairs (fair price), great service, also they provided consults on what improvements were needed. I had a used manual 95 Jeep Wrangler that needed some love and they fixed it to proper road condition.

I love Snellville Auto Center! We started taking our vehicles to them about 6 months ago. We have had a variety of repairs and maintenance work done over the past 6 months. They have been awesome! A good (and honest) auto center is extremely hard to find. These folks take great care of their customers and we appreciate the professional and always friendly service they provide!

This is the best auto repair shop in Snellville! The people are friendly, they take their time and discuss your car issues and keep you informed throughout the process. A major plus is that if you live locally and need to just drop your car, they will take you home and pick you back up when the job is complete. As long as I reside in this area, I will use them for my car repairs.

I found great reccomendations on Nextdoor. I needed my brakes done and was unsure about going to the dealership. They got me in a day after calling. My brakes were done within 4 hours. They also inspected and made sure I didnt need anything else done. They changed out my back wiper blade and rotated my tires as well. The price was affordable. Not to mention the lady at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be using them again!

Brent and the crew recently worked on my 1983 CJ7 and did a fantastic job! Very friendly, family owned business and great workmanship. We will be doing all future maintenance on all of our vehicles at Snellville Auto Center.

Normally, I dont get along with car repair places. The repairers did an excellent job, they actually cared for me as a person and not just another person. they were kind and super nice. Did the job well. the facility was cleaner than most places.

Took my car here because they had good reviews and a trustworthy mechanic is hard to find. The receptionist was very nice. They called me very shortly after me leaving my car with my options. I felt like he was being honest because I knew I needed brakes and he gave me several options that didn’t break the bank. My car was done a couple hours later. They gave quotes for a couple other things I needed which was very helpful. I will be a returning customer.

They treat customers like family! Fair prices and do what they can to save you money instead of take it! Waiting area is comfortable and has personality and is inviting. Staff is so friendly and considerate. And you see the same faces when you come back unlike the turnover at giant overpriced chains. Im so glad I found them!

I was the tool dealer for all 3 of their shops for over 8 years, seeing them ever single week. I have never personally used them because I service my own vehicles. However, I can attest to the quality and professionalism of the management and all of the staff as well as mechanics. The mechanics are top notch and very knowledgeable. They all have a wealth of knowledge and great attitudes. They have always had great retention of employees because they treat the staff right. Even though I have not seen or spoken to them in a few years, I still consider them all friends.

A car is crucial in the Atlanta Culture and as important as it is you would think my review would be about the expert way Snellville Automotive Center handles my car and they do an excellent job, but doing an excellent job is only two stars it is expected. They have a very clean and comfortable waiting Area that’s good for half a star. Their mechanics keep an organized work area ( I was a military nuclear tech) and I know that means you can work faster, another half star. So why do I give them five stars + 5? Well there is “act like you care” and there is that SAC thing when you know THEY really care about you being safe and traveling well. The SAC family does their work with passion that includes our safety and comfort. They get another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Seven stars for THAT! So yeah that’s ten stars!Just try them and you will understand.Just one of many satisfied customers who feel like family.

My son-in-law just bought his first car and he took it here for our pre-purchase inspection. They gave hime a very thorough description of all issues and what needed to be addressed and helped him really understand the vehicle before he bought it.

I’ve known Ben for years in the auto industry. Always shoots you straight and SAC only fixes what’s wrong with your car. Thought it was a big thing for them to actually show me the problem on my truck and why I needed the repairs. Very patient with me and I’ll always come back! Also the ladies up front were very friendly and were constantly cleaning the doors and counters to make sure I was in a clean and germ free environment!

I never right reviews, but I just had to. I read raving reviews about this place. I was having issues with my air conditioner. It would shut off periodically and a weird noise could be heard, but otherwise the car was driving fine. So I figured I would give them a chance. I just wanted a diagnosis run to confirm that the issue was the compressor as my father who typically deals with cars suspected. They told me it was probably electrical at one point. It wasnt it was mechanical as my father had originally suggested to them. During their service ( i was there from 2:00pm to 5:00pm) they left my car running for several hours which could have ultimately lead to the pressure cap on my compressor to completely split, the Freon in my car spilled out, they charged me to replace it ( which is fine until what followed shortly). They ran the diagnostics again told me the compressor had to be replaced. Marked me up for 1,000 to 2,000 dollars . I told them I could not afford that at the moment and they were very understanding, I asked the guy who was working on my car TWICE if I could drive my car home safely and he said yes. I did not make it past the first light before my car started pouring smoke. I took it back immediately the guy working on my car told me it was the freon they had JUST CHARGED ME TO PUT IN THAT THEY ARE NOW GOING TO REMOVE. Then they returned to tell me that the compressors cap had melded shut, and that I can not move my car (which was still inaccurate information I later found out ).The belt was now necessary to replace because it has burned down in the two seconds I drove off. I called a friend who was waiting on me to finish up and updated her (rather upset at this point) and an employee from across the room told me that “ That is not what is happening and that there is clearly a misunderstanding” Which is extremely unprofessional given that I was having a private conversation. I gave him a chance to explain it to me again. In which he taught me nothing new and I realized I completely understood what happened. They just did not want to take any fault or admit that they had no idea what they were looking at. I wouldn’t let them touch my car after that so I towed it home and had another mechanic come check on it for me. In an hour he told me the compressor cap had completely split the car should not have been left on or driven (at this point) and that the issue was very obvious, but could be fixed with some replacements. If they hadn’t let me drive it out of there I would have saved a good chunk of money, because now I have to replace my belt and the entire compressor. (This was told to me by the second unassociated mechanic).Most of the employees are friendly people and are just trying to do their jobs, but there’s clearly something wrong here. I had high hopes given that they are rated one of the best shops in the county, but I will never be using their services again. Extremely disappointed and would ask for my money back if I could.

Customer service was A+++. I brought in my car for last minute repairs and the lady at the front desk worked me in as quickly as possible. I got regular phone updates from the tech working on my car. He was familiar with the repair needed for my Nissan-- he told me it was common issue. The cost to repair my car was quite reasonable. I would like to add that the waiting area was very relaxing and nicely decorated.

I bought my car to them on Thursday, was told that is was the gear shift assembly and that the part should be in by Monday. Well Friday afternoon I received a call that the part came in and they have installed it and I am ready to go!! They were very professional, knowledgeable and they work quickly and efficiently!! I chose Snellville Auto Center to repair my tire because of their great reviews. And now I can add hospitality, and honesty as to why I recommend them and will go back.Snellville Auto Center removed a nail from my tire and because it did not actually puncture the tire, they did not have to repair it and therefore did not charge me.

My whole family has been using this shop for over a decade. These guys are the only truly honest mechanics that I have ever found. They do excellent work, never sell you parts/repairs that you do not need, and always have a quick turnaround time. Also, the sweet lady at the front office is a SAINT!

The lady at the front desk is nice and understanding. But paying the diagnosis fee seems pricey. In lieu of that, I will continue support the auto service (not SAC) that has serviced my vehicle with superb work for years. Because they are an AAA Auto Center I do believe they do good work. Also with good reports they have received it shows they are decent. And even with dissatisfied customers they have given a good response, again showing great courtesy.

These guys always get the repairs done in a timely manner. The mechanics do good work as I never have any return visits for the same issues. Great service center

I had a prior estimate to repair a headlight problem and was quoted a sum of $666.70. The nice people at Snellville Auto center did the repair for the sum of $55.83. Need I say more? Everybody I had contact with were verycordial and professional and I am so happy to have found a honest repair shop that is qualified. Oh, and a special thank you to Gail. She is a gem.

DO NOT!!!! I repeat DO NOT!!!! bring your car here, a total rip-off I brought my car in for clutch repair they told me after diagnosis on car my price was 1023.00 I agreed to that, later that day they call me to tack on another $200 Telling me something in my clutch cracked and that needed to be fixed in order to continue fixing car. So next day I pick my car up and drive for about 3hrs it was ok except for the extremely slow start up which was never a problem until I brought it there, I called to let them know immediately that my car is having a lot of trouble starting up that it was not having before prior to me bringing it in and the lady immediately tries to offer me to buy a battery.. NO! NO! NO! I think not, so by this time they were getting ready to close. Later on shortly after I made that phone call my car breaks down after picking it up from the shop paying 1210.00 the same day (completely unacceptable) I had to get it towed in AGAIN! the next morning which was a big inconvenience for my whole day. After paying 1210.00 I should not be back the very next day on a tow truck back at that shop. So from there they look at the car and tell me my coil went out causing my car to run on only 2cylinders which I’m not buying because I should’ve been notified about all problems when they did the diagnosis test, so from there they charge me another 266.00 to fix that the very next day (ripoff) didn’t even offer a discount or anything to accommodate me in my situation with them. I was referred to this shop by AAA with my membership and I am so DISAPPOINTED! and DISPLEASED! With my time there that i also filed a complaint to AAA to have them removed from the referral list. I hope this review can help someone out there having car issues be carful where you take your car people look at reviews as well before you take your car somewhere, well I hope my story can help somebody out there and save them some money by not bringing your car to SAC unless you want to be ripped off DO NOT!!!! I repeat DO NOT!!!! Bring your car here..

I usually get great service there but the last time I went was awful. Took my car in a couple weeks ago cause it had been driving odd and the lights were shutting off. They did a diagnostic but didnt tell me there was a fee for it but ended up charging me. They had taken all my wheels off and it sat in the shop for hours. They gave me a long list of repairs I needed and since that day the car hasnt run the same. Whoever the mechanic is who checked my car out this go round is clearly a con artist and needs to be fired immediately!

We were in a bind and out of town needing to leave. Ben really helped us out and didnt take advantage of us. Excellent and timely service and friendly people. Would use them all the time if we were from the area.

I first happened into Snellville Auto Center nearly 20 years ago. I was a young, single female who had been badly taken advantage of by other car repair establishments and was very jaded. I went in initially for a second opinion. Another place had tried to sell me new brakes which I couldnt really afford. SAC looked my car over, tightened a bolt (at no charge) and sent me on my way with no brakes needed. Turned out mine were fine!! I was astonished and so grateful to have finally found an honest, helpful, friendly car repair shop and now Im a customer for life!!

I moved to Snellville Ga in April. I moved from Summerville SC. In Summerville I always took my car to Geralds Tires, I really trust them. Moving here, I was looking for a Geralds. I had a brake problem and took my car to a auto place in Snellville [ big mistake ]. I left there with a bill for $454.38 and the same brake problem. I called Snellville Auto to make an appointment to bring my car in for my brakes. I told the gentleman on the phone my story and I had called Corp. He told me to take my car back to the other place and let them do the work. I told him I did not trust them. He told me they will do the job right, because they didnt want a law suit. I thanked him, because he could have told me to bring my car in. I took my car back to the other place and the brake work was done - Free. I went to Snellville Auto a week later for an oil change. Can I say I found my Geralds in Snellville. I trust them, awesome costume service and the price is fair. I was told I needed two filters. I didnt question it. I said do it because I trust them.

I have used them for about 20 years now. First when we lived in Snellville and ever since we moved out to Grayson. I think they are one of most ethical bunks of folks in the automotive business. Ive taken 6 different cars to them, including a couple of old classic restored cars. They always call me to ask how things are going? If youre looking for the cheapest around, go somewhere else. If youre looking for someone that you can trust what they are saying, go here.

Very poor customer service. Called to inform them of something that was not done properly, etc. It was handled extremely unprofessionally. I was screamed at and mocked because I said the trunk of the car instead of the engine. I spent over $400 with them, they misplaced a $30 dollar item and did not even offer to replace or asked me to come in. Instead they were rude. They definitely lacked common courtesy, decency and regard.

I have been using this company for years. I have never been disappointed with the service. The personnel are honest, kind, and the prices are resonable.

Less than quality parts and service were used in a clutch replacement in 2012. Although I have the receipt stating that they used new parts, I had to get my clutch replaced again after just 37k miles on it in 2014. The place that did the second replacement stated that grease was used in a dry socket and caused the premature wear. I also discovered that I need to replace the shifter ring because their mechanics stripped the screws and broke some of the parts which held it in place. Partner these with an initial misdiagnosis thats caused me to spend a significant amount on another, less critical repair just prior to the clutch and it makes for a horrific experience. Not recommended in the slightest.

I let another shop put them on or so I thought..The noise cont. to get worse after supp. being fixed...So finally when it was time my oil change took my truck to Snellville Auto to have noise checked out etc...Guess what the upper ball joints had been changed but not the lower lower ball joints despite having paid another mechanic to do so...Needless to say I was furious..Snellville got me safe and riding the next morning.. thought I would have to rent a car. .They were mindful that I had to go to work and got everything done in a timely fashion..Also with a 12 month% 12,000 mile warranty..Lemme not forget the sweet ladies @ the front desk that are always kind ..Thank you that my daughter and I are ridiculous get safe thru the streets of the Atl.Snellville auto rocks!!!

We had some problems with our air conditioner not blowing cold. My wife called and spoke to Cole who recommended we bring it in so they could do an evaluation of the A/C system. I figured we were in the market for a new compressor since this problem had been sporadic for awhile, but never this bad. After they looked at it, they determined we were low on refrigerant, but there were no leaks and nothing wrong with the system. They test drove it for a bit and it blew cold the entire time. So instead of my imagined $1k repair, the final cost turned out to be about a tenth of that! Everyone there was very nice and the service was excellent. Ill be bringing our cars back if anything else goes wrong!

They charge you shop supplies wether they use them or not. In my case, they had to program the throttle body via a scan tool. There were NO shop supplies used, yet $8 and change appeared on my bill. When I asked why, I was told it was for the thousands of dollars of equipment the shop has to have. I pointed out that I had already paid for that in the bill. Wasnt about the $8, it was about the principle of charging for service not provided, which makes me distrust the operation as a whole.
