If I could give more stars I would! My ac decided to fail right before we entered a stretch of crazy heat. I filed a claim with my home warranty company and it was assigned to Efficient Cooling Concepts and I am so grateful.They came out within a day or two, inspected my system, took a ton of pictures, diagnosed it and explained it to me thoroughly. It took some time for approval and parts to come in but when I was able to schedule my install Efficient Cooling Concepts definitely lives up to their name, they even came out a day earlier than my scheduled appointment because they had a cancellation. The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish and they have a new customer in me. Thank y’all so much!

They came out to fix my heat, seen that it needed a part that they couldn’t pick up since it was late in the day and that they would pick it up the next day and fix it( which was no issue). Next day I called at 4pm to see when they were going to come back out and Kim( the front desk person) told me that she just received the paperwork and needed to order the part instead. I told her I didn’t know I would have to wait yet another day or to get my heater fix and that we have to stay on the top floor bc the heat isn’t working on the main floor. She then proceeded to tell me that I “should be lucky to have heat on the top floor”...... she also told me that my warranty company (2-10 home warranty) slammed them with so many customers that they had to turn people away. That had nothing to do with me so I don’t even know why it was mentioned. She said she’s going to transfer me to the assistant manager because she “can’t deal with me right now” and then hung up. Worst customer service ever!!!

They communicated with me about the appointment and were very helpful with another problem I was having with an HVAC electrical problem. Great customer service. Thanks!.

Called on a Tuesday evening and spoke with Kim, and she was able to get a Technician out to my home on Wednesday evening. David showed up on time and was polite and efficient. After troubleshooting and preforming a basic check of my AC system, David quickly and professionally recharged my system with R-22. He informed me of the price of every step of the process and no games or other other charges were added to the bill. My experience with this company was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Making my initial appointment was a breeze and the ladies in the office answered all my questions cheerfully! David and Blake with Efficient Cooling Concepts were extraordinarily! They were able to work around my busy schedule even when I called at the last minute to reschedule, they were prompt and respectful. They took time to explain our problem and pricing was very reasonable!

Efficient Cooling Concepts put a new heating and air unit last year for me. They were so professional and did a GREAT job!!! Its the best investment I have ever done for my home!! My heating and electricity bills are so much lower now!! I would definitely recommend ECC to all of my family and friends and I look forward to using them again in the future!

These Guys are the BEST! I called them on Monday to share my malfunctioning air conditioner story. ECC informed me that my Goodman unit was still under warranty for parts. My first A/C repair person kept telling me to install a new unit for $4200 and never asked about the age or warranty of the existing unit.ECC gave me some options and sent someone out that same morning. David arrived promptly, did a search on the leak, diagnosed the issue, located the replacement parts, came back the next day to install. David, Blake and Robbie repaired my A/C unit and now Im happy again! The customer service is AWESOME! I finally have a great A/C company to call in the future and now I can refer them to my friends and neighbors. Thanks again!!

My air conditioner unit upstairs stopped working and I found out at about 4:30 Wednesday evening. I called and no Techs was available that evening so Stephanie scheduled me for the next day at 4pm. She then called me back and said she had been able to speak to a tech who could get to me at 8am the next morning. I really appreciated her extra effort to accommodate me. Robby showed up on time the next morning and he was very professional and friendly. He told me each time what he was doing. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

David Evans is an amazing AC repairman. I thought I had to pay $1700 after another company reviewed my unit. But after David worked on the unit bc I got a second opinion from him, he showed me the obvious problem and I paid $150. I will never use another company or repairman. This man has a 6th sense for AC units. All these 5 ratings are the truth.

ECC is a great company that strives itself on excellent customer service. I have been a customer for three years and I can attest to their excellent service. Efficient Cooling concept has been giving a 5 star for great service on each time I have called them. The customer service is out standing and also the staff does a great job on repairing the problem.

David (DCEH) came out to see why my units drain pan was fillling up with water and turning off the float switch in the middle of August. He saw the problem literally in 30 seconds after getting into my attic. It was a clogged drain pipe. Despite what sounds like a very simple thing to fix, he spent a good 45 minutes making sure he took care of it and checking other things as well. He was professional while at the same time very friendly and amiable. I would highly recommend him to anyone. ECC, you have a star in David...treat him well!

With water coming out of the wall from the condensate drain on the attic HVAC unit, I called ECC to help resolve the problem. Robert was here in less than 30 min checked the problem and came up with a solution to unstop the line. Within an hour he had cleared the line and stopped the water flow. I highly recommend ECC and will use them the next time I have a problem.

ECC is an absolutely fabulous company--honest, timely and reasonable. I will never use another HVAC company again. ECC diagnosed the problem accurately (even though multiple companies had been out prior all recommending high priced solutions) and fixed the issue WAY under what other companies had quoted. I even had them go out an service our rental home units. Highly recommend ECC.
