I called and make an appointment. I came on time and waited 25 minutes. No one had the courtesy to give me any kind of response to why I wasnt taking care of. When I got up to leave one of the ladies said that in a few minutes I will be next because the worker who was supposed to get me was outside.... Not coming back here. Theyre not professional at all

Excellent. They talk to you. They know my name when I walk in. Very personable. Great work! I go to Anna the owner. She always does excellent,and she does my eyebrows also very well. These are my own nails w/gel polish. My nails are very strong. I have also had acrylic with this salon as well.

I use to go to this nail shop for years but the management has changed and theyre not friendly anymore. Once you walk in the door nobody acknowledges you. I went into the shop at two different times just to get my eyebrows waxed and no one said a word. Oh youll get the look when someone walks in but thats about it. I would suggest giving your time and money elsewhere because this spot lost its potential.

Vie is who I go to. She is nice, friendly and does a great job on my nails. I get a manicure only and I get the dip powder. Vie have name brand stickers for your nails like coach, chanel and other designs. Vie also wax my eyebrows. You wash your hands before and after. I like to make appts but they do accept walk ins. The place is clean and neat.

Was quoted $35 and up over the phone. Was not told price of added services when I requested white tip or coffin shape. Was surprised at $50 total at checkout. They are definitely misleading with pricing.Update: after speaking with the owner and clarifying the miscommunication, I updated my star rating. I was calling around to find a shop that would allow me to walk in today without an appointment and I found the shop on Google. The lady who answered the phone with very pleasant and she told me to come on and that they could take me. When I came in the nail tek that took care of me was Brianna, I got a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. Brianna was extremely pleasant, Courteous, And rmade my experience enjoyable. While I was there I was on the phone with my mother and she too was looking for a nail shop to go to and I told her to come see Brianna and she made an appointment for tomorrow. I would highly recommend this nail shop and make sure to ask for Brianna!!!!!!!

Customer service was very subpar. I walked and everyone looked at me and said nothing. It seemed as if they all played “not it” when it came asking about what I needed.I was instructed to go sit in the pedicure chair and sat there for 20 minutes with no water before anyone came to help. It was Wednesday early afternoon and they were not busy.Once my feet began to soak the water was cold (ice cold) I asked to make it hotter and she told me no the water is fine. She got upset with me and made the water scorching hot and walked away. I called for assistance and everyone just looked at me and ignored me.I decided to dry my feet off and leave. I told her I was going to another shop. She said okay and that my people never come here anyway.

Worst place ever, they are not professional at all, they dont do a good job. They just care about money, and how quickly they can finish so they can see more clients. I really regret going there. Awful service.

Anytime I go with friends or family to their favorite spots while traveling Im always let down when compared to this spot. I look forward to continuing to frequent this location for years to come.(The pizza next door is also a jewel some of the best in Davidson/Rutherford counties.)

My pedicure was good, but their polish selection is really poor. What bottles they had were half empty and crusted. They could use a good refresh in product. They also dont take American Express.

I really liked this place. I got a fill and it was super affordable only $17. The woman who did my nails was very nice and did an amazing job she even fixed the mistakes of the last lady who did my nails at a different salon. She made my nails look perfect and she made sure they were nice. They offered me a drink and I got a full sized bottled water. They had a ton of polish to choose from. Would absolutely go again!Now here are a few reasons I didnt give them 5 stars: I did have to wait quite a while and while they did apologize for the wait I would say dont go if you dont have a lot of time. Luckily I had all day:) and they may have just been understaffed today. Also the shop was nice but a bit dirty. Everything had a light dusting of nail shaving all over it.Overall I am happy with me nails and will for sure go again:)

Warm, welcoming, they know what they are doing. My fiance gets her nails done every few weeks. Weve been to so many places but no where ever gets it right. She finds designs on pinterest and its always too hard for wherever we go. So, after hundreds of dollars I started reading reviews before picking a place. Not only do they have excellent reviews but they were able to do what my fiance was asking. The price was average but their professionalism was above and beyond. The music reminded me of time spent driving with my grandmother but i watched Disneys Mandalorian. Happy wife, happy life-she is very happy and so am I. Id give them 10 stars if I could. Great job.

Great nail salon. Highly recommend. The staff are super nice and made me feel comfortable. They exceeded my expectations and took their time with my nails. I did not feel rushed I enjoyed my time here and felt relaxed. I was taken care of and in good hands. They know what they are doing here.

I’m visiting the area and I called around 11 and Anna got me an appt scheduled and I was served at my actual appt time. She did a very precise and professional job. She introduced me to the dip powder which was a plus for me. I also got a pedicure and she was very gentle and neat with her work. I will return when I’m in the area. Been to this spa 3 times, 3 different nail techs, all did a great job!

I wanted a set of gel nails with tips so I had some length. They did not add the tips for length and did just the gel nail polish. The lady also worked on multiple people i sat with my hands in a bowl of water for 20 minutes and my fingers were prunes when she came back from her other person. I also have eczema which dries out my cuticles and causes them to rip and tear, the lady doing my nails kept commenting on it making me extremely self conscious even tho it is a medical condition. Getting my nails done regularly helps keep my cuticles in check but I havent had them done since covid started so my cuticles were in pretty bad shape. And to top it all off my nail polish started chipping off withing 24 hours and I now have multiple nails with multiple chips.

I had a very relaxing time here, and the lovely lady who did my nails did a killer job! I feel so glamorous and will definitely be coming here more regularly. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Walked in and they said they would not be able to get to me till later on and I should come back in an hour. :-/ Second time this has happened to me when Ive had an appointment. On a whim, I walked into Vip Nail Spa and asked if they could do a pedicure during my lunch hour. Although they were very busy, they got me right in a chair. After searching for so long the BEST nail salon in Smyrna, I saw Vip Nails. Really great service. I was seated and got quickly prompted with what I would like to drink. My technician so patient and kind with me. Also, did my manis are so well! Its smells so clean and cozy. Overall, extremely satisfied! I will definitely be making this my new nail home.

I got my eyebrows 3D microbladed with shading today. I am absolutely blown away by the amount of detail and time she took mapping out my facial structures to determine the perfect shape for and Im obsessed with the final outcome of my eyebrows. Trish certainly goes above and beyond to make sure your brows are everything you could have imagined. This is the only place anyone should every go for thier eyebrows if they want them to be precise and natural looking!

I always come here to have my nails done with liquid gel, my eyebrows and pedicure. They do great jobs and make me happy every time. I like DD, Anna and Mary Ann, they are so nice and funny. I feel like family when I come here. Id like to come on the week day and i recommend people to make appointments on the weekend because theyre so busy.

Ive been to high end spas (robes, champagne, steam room, the whole shabang) and Ive always found the best value at locally run salons like this.Because theres a huge difference between high end spas and local nail salons, its not fair to compare the two; an apple will never be an orange, right? That said, in all fairness, my review is completely realistic here.The value at VIP is great and the service I had was worth every penny. Kyle did my nails (gel mani), he was calm, careful, and did a great job. He was quiet and answered a bluetooth phone call at one point but I didnt mind in the least; it didnt stop him from doing his work and I plan to even still request him next time I go. I got a 10% discount for paying cash, was done in less than 30m, and love how conveniently located the place is. No complaints!

The first time I came here was actually a good experience which is why I came back. Well this experience was the worst! It was like 80 degrees inside and being 8 and a half months pregnant that wasnt a very comfortable visit. My full set was atrocious. The guy drowned my cuticle in gel polish so theres no fixing it since its cured. Then when I went to pay (totally not thinking) they charge me for a $45 pedicure when all I got was the basic $25 one. I didnt realize until I got home... if they had done a great job on my nails I would have looked over it and said keep it whatever. But it looks like my 10 year nephew painted my nails and to make matters worse, my maternity photo shoot is tomorrow. I would go back to get them corrected but Im leaving out of town in a couple of hours.

Ive been going to VIP Nails for about 7 years now and they have always been exceptional! They are friendly, attentive, and will gladly listen to your requests. They have made some gorgeous upgrades in the past year or so, giving them a very tranquil, spa like feel. I have never walked out of there unsatisfied and would highly reccommend them to anyone in the area looking for nail services.

The gentleman that did my nails and toes did an awful job. Not only did he not do my cuticles on my feet or hands, but he did not trim out my ingrown toenails. The white tip on my pink/white gel nails looks awful. It is uneven, thick, and covers well over the normal white tip. When I said something, the manager told me sorry, you have to tell him what you want. And didnt even offer to fix it. I did not spend $65 for this. Lucky that I have to put one star to post a review.

Came in this morning to get a pedi and mani with dip.. and they are great I use to go all the time but stopped because they are closed on Sunday. But I will now figure a way to get in on the days they are open and especially when Toy works she did a great job!!!

Got my toes done here today. this area has really done me in on nails salons between bad service and poor quality, but this place was great with a very friendly staff even when I accidentally messed up one of my toes they were happy to fix it for me!

I visited this salon the for the first time yesterday. I waited an hour and 10 minutes to be served. I didnt want to leave because it was a Friday and most nail salons were probably busy. So I understood that Fridays and Saturdays are typically busy days. The lady who did my nails apologized and thanked me for waiting which as a customer is what you expect when services dont start right. She made up for it by taking care of me in a professional and kind way. I am pleased with the way my nails came out. Even though the shop was closed when she started on my nails, she took her time, I didnt feel rushed, she asked if I was satisfied with the nail shape, color, etc. Overall, they did well and I would recommend them.

Did a pretty good job, but talked to each other in their own language ...giggling. .felt weird not including the paying customer. Wont be going back.

They took amazing care of me who has a paralyzed hand. Great service, brand new chairs and equipment. Would definitely be a regular if I lived here! And the pedicure was perfect!

I visited this place for the first time today to get a pedicure. The shop was nicely designed. My nail tech wasnt friendly/conversational at all. My service seem rushed. Everyone else was asked if they wanted something to drink except me and I was very offended. I paid for the $35 pedicure but it wasnt worth it. I wont be back there.

My nail tech was not personable. You could barely understand her when she spoke and was not very interactive. She immediately tried to up sale, and when I declined she rolled her eyes. As a result she half did the package I asked for.My feet are still rough and my callus was not attended​ to.My wifes​ pedicure turned out the same. $60 down the drain.

My friend I work with at the hospital gave me a coupon for his location and I drove from where I live in Nashville to Smyrna to check it out and I was overwelmed with the professionalism and will drive back every time. I had Tiffany as my tech and she was amazing. I got a premium pedi, mani and waxing. It was a wonderful relaxing experience. Great relaxing music and just an all around great experience. The staff was so so friendly and appeasing. 5 stars across the board!!

Went here for a couples mani pedi. We even walked in an hour earlier than our appointment because the salon down the street messed up our facial appointment, and they still took us right away and treated us like we were best friends. Loved everything about our experience.

To Natasha.First, we were not rude to you. We have camera, everyone can review it. You were the one who was yelling to get attention from everybody.Second, it was not an infection. The lady didnt cut you. You were relaxing the whole time and very happy at last. Nothing happened. The camera recorded it, too. You came after almost 2 weeks with your right foot swelled up (not just the big toe). We dont know you have diabetes or something recently. If it was an infection that you said you had it from us, you should see us in the next 1 or 2 day.Third, we told you to see doctor and if it was our fault, our insurance would pay everything for you, you refused and just wanted money back. Why!? Because you know your problem and you even told us you might not need to see doctor, you might feel better after a few more days.You said if we didnt give you money back, you would blast it over media. It is Ok. Nobody can control things on media, but people who are smart would find out the truth, not just because of a comment.Last, if you concerned about your health, you should see the doctor, not just wanted cash back!?
