Very clean and very friendly service. This was my first visit and I was really impressed and will return in the near future. The lady that did my pedicure even suggested some stuff I could buy online to treat the dark discoloration of my big toe.

This is a great no frills nail salon. Solar fills (French manicure) are $35. Deluxe pedicures are $38. Good service and hardly ever a wait!

Did not get what I asked for...I asked for gel ...he said gel polish. ..I said no, not polish just regular gel..so what I did get was colored acrylic with clear gel polish on top for gloss...pretty but I want gel nails....pedicure/message felt really good but I still have calluses

They are def not professional during this covid 19 or even before. They are rude and act like the customer owes them something. We pay you not the other way around so why be rude. I will never give them any of my money and neither should you. I use to recommend them but they have def switched up. Will be going to BLACK OWNED from now on.

Very professional, personable. My first experience with manicure and pedicure. Jennifer and Michelle walked me thru it and comforting instruction. These persons know how to make you feel welcome. I will be returning soon.

My third time coming here. First two times I came they did a great job my this third time I absolutely hate my nails my nails are short wide and ugly I took a picture and posted online check pictures. I will not be back. My nails look terrible and he didn’t even ask me if I liked them I feel it was a poor job and not a care for customers 👎

Ive been going here for years. Jennifer and her family are pretty amazing. Ive always had my nails done here. Ive since moved from the area, but I go back here sometimes.

I have been going to this place for about two years. Jennifer is great, buy her husband wants to do whatever he wants to do with your nails. Well I just came from the doctor and I my big toe is infected because the guy who do my toes clip the skin on the side of my left big toe and it caused infected. I havent been able to wear a shoe for about a week. This sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. They are terrible, and they have the worst customer service. On many occasions I have come and my nails have either been messed up or they rush and do not do as good of a job. I didnt mind it at first because I felt their prices were decent but now they have the nerve to raise their prices and that is the final straw. The owner I guess her name is Jennifer shes rude as I dont know what and she doesnt even do a good job. Her husband is okay and their oldest daughter does a terrible job on your toes. I dont even think shes licensed to do nails, just watch out for her. Sorry to be so blunt but they think now because they changed the layout of their store around they can up their prices and still have terrible services?? No Im good I will never go back there again and I advise that you dont either.

Nice place to get your nails done. But I must add that a few years ago Nail Salons used to post boards displaying their service and product pricing. Today everything is done by mouth, (if you state you want it, out of the mouth comes a ridiculous UP CHARGE!) It makes me feel like a certain clientele will pay a certain price no matter what service they want..😕😕😕...humph.I would like to see ALL of the Salons go back to POSTING PRICES! There are Americans who do a very good job with manicures and pedicures...jsIt appears that satisfying the CUSTOMER is NOT an important part of business anymore. The, this is it, take it or leave it attitude needs to DIE😒😒😒Price GOUGING should REALLY be illegal in this Country... to the point of PERSECUTION!OFF WITH THEIR HEADS...lol😂😂😂

Awesome! I got a deluxe pedicure 2 weeks ago. They were really nice, plenty of colors to choose from, and my feet felt amazing when I left. I will definitely be going back.

I would not recommend this nail salon to any one. Because, the customer service sucks I asked the nail technician to sand my nails down further. And, instead of him doing what I requested he told me if I do not like what he is doing I can get up and leave. His body language and tone of voice was very hostel. I was extremely offended because I did not feel like I was asking for much. At that moment I understood why they only had two customers in the salon.

Did a horrible poor job on my nails and argued with me when I explained my nails were filed horribly Seemingly intentional uneven filing after I expressed dissatisfaction. I had to file my own nails. He pulled gel off my nails instead of soaking saying it didnt matter. No concern about my nails at all. No integrity. POOR NAIL ETIQUETTE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. VINDICTIVE BECAUSE I SPOKE UP ACKNOWLEDGING AND ASKING FOR HIM TO FIX, HE DID AND EVEN WORSE POLISHING OF MY NAILS. PLEASE DO GO HERE.

Great service. I received a pedi and mani with gel nail polish and they turned out great. They were very good about removing any dead skin around the nail without hurting. I also received an eyebrow waxing and they are perfect. Will definitely return whenever Im in the area.

Last minute pedi while I was in the area. Was a little skeptical at first from the looks of the salon. However Michelle did my pedi, she was super friendly, and took her time doing my pedi. Ask for Michelle.

Wish I could give this place 0 STARS. WORST customer service EVER. And she basically doesnt do ANYTHING to resolve your problem if there is one. I went in for a brow wax and JENNIFER the owner herself did it. Not only did she RUSH through the work she did, she was very forceful, she was very aggressive and blunt about her opinions. She did not make me feel welcome at all and she actually rush through so fast that she took off and extensive amount of hair off one of my eyebrows. You can CLEARLY notice one side was longer than the other. And she said all she did was clean up. There was even wax residue where she ripped off too much hair. She refused to give me a discount, refund or a free eyebrow wax next service. NOTHING. Basically stating that once you pay, then that is it. Which should not be the policy at all in any business where people spend good earned and hard work money. I have also work in that same Plaza at the Olive Garden for 3 years and have been to Jennifer before. Almost every time she has been rude, rush through work, but this time for the icing on the cake. She took off more hair than was needed on my eyebrows, and thats something that I have to walk around with and wait until it grows out to even be fixed correctly. I feel like she showed no remorse and was very inconsiderate about my feelings. Which is like I stated BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎👎 I will not ve returning and anybody who I know around the area VERY WELL, I will advised them as well.P.S-She is waay OVER PRICED for her basic work done in that shop and poor customer service skills from a woman who calls herself a BUSINESS woman. I guess thats why shes in COBB COUNTY &Not ATLANTA, GA😅Go to LOVE NAILS down cobb pkwy. Way better.

I have come back twice since my fill in because my GEL POLISH Was peeling. Jennifer told me that it’s not guaranteed that gel polish will last. Gel polish is supposed to last up to 21 days. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE
