Michael was great he went beyond and helped me look for the fax number and walked with me every step of the way to make me a happy customer and in general just a great team.100 percent recommend this location.
I wish that I had never came into the store today. I have been coming here for over 3 or 4 years and never had a problem or concern. If there was a concern it was always addressed. apparently it is under new management and everyone that worked there before is no longer there. Im writing this review over $2 Yes $2. My attempt was to send my attachment to UPS to have it printed but I was unable to because it kept giving me an error from home. The associate that answered the phone said that no worries just come here and you can print it from here and there will be no charge for using the computer there.I printed my attachment that went fine. When I got to the counter to explain to the person and the manager who was a horrible rude did not care the worst customer service ever $2. Ask me had I already paid it because if I had already paid it Im not sure what he was going to do. Said it was my faught and basically whatever he proceeded on the next customer and never looked my way again One would say this is a culture different but I dont believe in that I think that customer service is worldwide. I will go the extra miles next time to a different UPS. One of the worst experiences I ever had again over $2 not $200. If I were you I would go someplace else.
First time coming to this location and customer service is bad. Lucky I even gave this location one star. Not sure about the gentleman name but he has a nasty attitude. Next time I will go to another location.
Customer service is so subpar. It’s not that hard to be friendly or welcoming. I really dread coming to this location but it’s the closest one to my home. I even called the corporate customer service line and they stated they would have someone “call me back after investigation” but that was just smoke. The associates at the FedEx in the plaza adjacent are very welcoming and eager to assist.
Treat people like customers. Even if it’s a service you don’t do, I feel like I will go somewhere else next time I ship something.
I wish I had read the reviews before I went to this location. I just had the worst customer experience ever with Eddie at this store. I recommend to go to another UPS store. I would never treat or speak to a customer the way he did. I will certainly be reaching out to the corporate office for the way I way treated at this location. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store and Eddie! **HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE**

Have been renting a mailbox here for about 6 years now. Everyone is nice except the bold guy, I think hes the manager. He acts as though youre bothering him when you walk in.

Wish that the store would not wait on people who are parked in the fire lane. They should ask customers to park in the parking lot before waiting on them. Otherwise - customer service has been of good quality.
The staff was friendly and helpful when my package was lost in transit. The manager immediately put a tracer on the package when I contacted them. A few days later the package was delivered.
My package is missing. If there was a way to give them no stars I would. I have never seen such bad reviews. It speaks volumes about the characters in this UPS store. I believe Eddie is a thief. There is some shady dealings going on. My package is missing fell off the face of the earth, like a customer said on her review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE SUPPORT ANOTHER UPS STORE. YOUR PACKAGES WILL COME UP MISSING. THIS IS NOT OVER. I WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO PULL A SHAKE OUT A HOLE.
This store cant locate a package that was delivered by ups. I provided proof of delivery and was told to let them look into it. I called a couple of hours later and was told that they hadnt had the time to get to it. I would have thought it would be a priority and asked as much and was spoken to very rudely by the manager. He has no concept of customer service and is offended very easily. If you can avoid this location, you should.

It doesn’t surprise me of the all bad reviews for this location. I went in there and had the worst customer service and attitude. Don’t waste your time here. Go to another store.
Edit review to reply below - the 2 dollar charge to use a computer does not bother me. I expense all this anyways. I just questioned the charge because I had not paid for that service before with usage. It was the manner and tone in which the reply was said. A smile and friendliness goes a long way. Outstanding service. I am very confused by any negative reviews (but i can bet they were on their cell phones when they didnt get good service. Ive used this location for 8 years. Not a single issue. Actually a pleasure going in there.
I was returning 2 books I rented for the semester to different warehouses but I didnt have the boxes they came in anymore. I asked the front guy if he had the correct ones and he said yes, cashed me out, then boxed them up correctly with the papers and labels himself. Very very helpful.
Ive been a customer since 2006 and never had one complaint or issue with customer service. No theyre not perfect, but really never had a problem. Always professional and willing to go the extra mile......Thanks to the UPS store crew!

Friendly and helpful staff. I’ve had consistently good service here.Revision: showed up at 4:58pm and told they couldnt help me even though they close at 5pm. Poor customer service in my opinion.
Seriously the worst UPS I’ve ever encountered in my life. Spoke condescendingly to me and won’t allow my service dog trained for seizures inside. Never have I ever encountered this sort of rude behavior from any other UPS location before! Especially after paying a couple hundred dollars.Literally ANY other location is better than this one!Don’t pay to be talked down to.
This place is the epitome of efficiency. I never spend more than 1 minute in here. Didnt have time to tape up your package? Need some insulation or padding for it? Theyve got it. And they rarely charge you for anything too

Scheduled amazon pick up from the store & one of the employees lost the package - an honest mistake acknowledged by the store Owner. I visited the store two days in a row to see if the package was found - talking to amazon to replace my lost item.
Best UPS store. The employees are consistently welcoming, patient and helpful, even when Im not at my most organized. All experiences have been 5 star. Highly recommended.

This is a shipping store that does not like to ship or receive packages. As an Amazon seller I have found the mgmt and staff have forgotten the core nature of their business model. Shipping and receiving packages.The mgr called me upset I had 8 very large boxes delivered. He felt cramped. This isnt my problem. Your job is to receive these large boxes so I dont have to. Thats the point.I WILL NOT RENEW MY MAILBOX AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!
I just left this store an hr ago and the employees are soooo rude!! The customer service associate, Samir, has terrible customer service skills. He’s unfriendly, combative, and rude. He flicked me off and refused to service me. I told him he was rude!!! The manager on duty just laughed at the situation and didn’t stop his behavior. I will never go back to that store again!!
This UPS location is one of the worst....The store employees couldnt care less about their job and the customers. I have used them a few times to return items I purchased on Amazon, and these store employees didnt scan the return slip so I never got my refunds even after I shipped everything back to Amazon. This never happened at any other UPS locations. I recently just realized UPS are franchised and each store is operated differently based on the owners beliefs in customer service. Well, I will never visit this store again, ever. I dont think the owner of this store cares enough about the customers, because all the employees walk and act like theyre working there for free!!
My package went missing, so the sender sent me a replacement but decided to send it to the closest UPS store so we wouldn’t have another lost package. Upon arriving at the UPS store I was charged a $10 fee for having it sent there, even though UPS lost the first package. How ridiculous. Please stay away and use FedEx!
Worst customer service. Had issue with a damaged package. The manager Matt was rude. I called back and asked for the owner. The guy who answered passed the phone to the manager Matt and then Matt said the owner was John the guy who answered the phone. What kind of owner dodges their own customer like that? A slimy one in my opinion. They never got my package delivered and now refuse to return my money for 5-10 days. Do not go to this location.

Ive had the box for about 3 yearsI forgot my key but had my ID and they said a new rule is they will not give you your mail.I paid for a new key then the grey-haired slick back guy basically insisted I never payed him so I had to wait until he counted the drawer down to get my change back and he said I guess your right

This is the worst store ever! I was shipped an unopened package (book for my class) and was still (trying to be) charged for shipping it back. Congrats to the store owner for supporting a racket! You are a great person and to the customers, do not support this private business. I went straight to the post office! Once again, I refused this package and was still going to be forced to support this racket!
I literally just called this office about a package that I dropped off here and has fallen off the face of the earth! The first person that I spoke to was extrelemy rude and refused to give me his name. He put his manager “MARK” on the phone that refused to give me his name & stated that he heard what the employee was saying & he didn’t think he said anything wrong. I asked for the number to speak with the owner & Mark stated “well he’s not going to do anything so need to call him!” I asked for the corporate number and he told me they can’t help me either. I will NEVER use this UPS Store again! The employees & magamement are extremely rude and don’t know how to treat customers.
This store is Horrible and customer service is the worst! I had poor service from the MANAGER...wow! They tried to over charge me. They wanted to charge me over 80$ dollars to ship a laptop not including the box!! I went across the street to Fedx and shipped my laptop for about half the price!! $48 dollars. Not sure why anyone would use UPS. Fedx so so much better!!!
Ive been a mailbox customer here for over 15 years and today I was violently cursed out by another customer for refusing to allow her after hours access using MY code!So to the lady in the Dark gray Dodge with tag #RON7697 who obviously was coming to check someone elses mail, I just so happen to follow protocol, like the employees of this business.You all are the RUDE ones, not them!

I took a package into this location for a UPS shipment of Christmas presents to my brother in Oxford, Ohio on December 6th.I started tracking it 4-5 days later on the Internet and saw it bouncing back and forth between two Ohio cities Id never heard of but which my sister-in-law said were suburbs of Cincinnati.Several days later I got a call from this location saying the package was being returned, that it had been damaged and they would call me when they had inspected it.I have heard nothing more. Today I called and the first reaction was to tell me that Id probably sent it via the Post Office and Id have to call them to talk about damages. Then a manager came on, and said yes, the package is here, its been here since mid-December and I can come pick it up.Not sure what theyre going to charge me for storage; Ill post some follow on later.
The general manager for the store, Mark Wilkes, is awful. Hes rude to customers and disrespectful to his fellow employees. Hes shouldnt be in the position he is in. Also hes very lazy and will sit at the computer instead of helping customers if hes in the store at all and not on one of his numerous smoke breaks. I really wish corporate would handle this terrible employee. He will ruin the whole store!
The manager is one of the rudest people I’ve had to deal with. After 5 visits I finally wised up and began going to the Fedex/kinko’s around the corner. This business earned their terrible reviews and don’t deserve any customers they receive.
