Not only do they not have any cars available even though I was able to make the reservation online. They also failed to tell me until the end of the process that it would be a $300 deposit on my credit card. Its been a while since I’ve rented from enterprise but it would’ve been nice for him to say that upfront instead of the end of the process. Apparently they had some small pick up truck that they would’ve given me but no midsize car like the one I selected online. I didn’t want to put $500 on my credit card so I ended up leaving with no car.
Very friendly and professional staff. I extended my rental several times and the staff was always understanding of my situation. I will definitely rent with the Smyrna location again.
Horrible customer service!Currently on the phone with corporate escalations. A representative called me to confirm details for my reservation. I don’t have a GA license. So I asked about my boyfriend being put onto the reservation since he has one. Instead of making the modifications, he cancelled the reservation AND now they are completely sold out everywhere! This is an inconvenience being that I have a trip planned for next week.
Made a reservation months in advance. I had my ready pass and had entered all my info in my plus account. Upon arrival a very heavy set guy came out and ask for name, license (provided my Spain drivers license) and credit card. Took a while and I saw them looking at an ID guide booklet. He came back and ask for a 2nd ID. I provided him with my US passport (diplomatic). After another wait I knocked on the glass as they were still looking into the booklet. Guy came back and stated that they could rent me a car because my license and passport are not from the same country.Update:07/05/2021, Decide to give the place a second chance. Had the same documentation and made a new reservation. This time the same person greeted me upon arrival. Took the docs and credit card and went inside. In less than a minute a lady came out and showed me my rental. This time the process was painless and fast like in other branches. Was given only one key fob which makes handling them a bit better by not having two fobs in the same key chain. They also upgraded me to a small SUV. Kudos to management and the staff for the improved service.
This place feels different now that there is new management here. I got use to a certain level of service and it just feels stale here. Luckily I found the old crew at a different location. I only came here because they had available cars but Ill be doing my best to not rent from this location again.EDITED: The second guy was a bit more personable.
No matter what location I rent a car from Enterprise I always get excellent service. I rent cars in various states through Enterprise. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Today I had my rental and the tire pressure notice came on the dashboard that I needed air in my tire and I took it to my Enterprise location and they immediately took care of my tires.
They all need to be on the same page... One person will tell you 1 thing & etc... Need better customer service skills

Drove 6 hours with a moving truck to this location, only for them to not honor my reservation because They can only use credit cards with a chip for out of state licensed drivers This wouldnt of been a problem if i was informed about this in my PRE-REGISTRATION! What was the point of me making a reservation with my license to avoid paperwork at the door only for them to deny me when I got there. I traveled with 3 dogs and 2 children. I had a credit card, a debit card and an investment card. My debit card had a chip and still they left me for dead without any assistance. I am on a budget and had time and money wasted because of this. If I could give negative stars I would because there is no compensation for any of this. The least that could of happened was a connection to a place who could assist my family. :(
Good staff. Reservation made through Costco travel at a very good rate. Pick up was quick and efficient. Took less than 10 minutes once on property to drive away. The was lh rack at this location was under repair so the cars were somewhat dirty, but that was out of the staffs control. I also had a minor issue with the first car so I switched it out with a comparable vehicle half way through the rental period with no hassle and again only on the lot less than 10 minutes. The car had a wipe inside for sanitation and the windows were down to air it out when I picked it up. You can tell the staff and company are trying to make renters feel safe in these difficult times.
They always get me in and out. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. It is never this long drawn out process. I can appreciate my local Enterprise. Customer service is on point.
Reserved a reservation online for a Saturday morning pickup the night before. Everything seemed fine. Then, early the next morning, I get a call saying that my reservation is now tentative because they had rented all of their cars before closing the previous night and not sure if there will be any cancellations. Now, my thing is, WHY would your system allow me to book an appointment if NOTHING WAS AVAILABLE?! So now I am scrambling to find a rental car for this out of town trip and I have no other options. If I would have known that y’all did business like this, I would have booked elsewhere. I tell you what, I will NEVER rent from this company again.
I had an unusual experience. The starter failed on my rental car in the afternoon & wasnt able to be resplaced until the next day. Will see how Enterprise compensates.

Awesome location! The vehicle was ready for early pickup without a charge. It was cleaned and ready to go. Shantell checked us in so fast. We did not even have to wait she meet us outside.This was the best experience that my husband and I have had with Enterprise. We have been renting with you for years now but this past experience was better than all others.All location are good but this one is Great!!!Thanks Enterprise. We will be back again!!!
I did a reservation a week before my business trip and just one day before my trip, Enterprised called saying that there were any vans for me. I got in big trouble due to this.

Extremely poor service. We got here before 1 pm on a saturday (they changed hrs to close at 1 instead of 2). We called before we came and noone picked the phone either. They could have told us there was drop box. There were 2 prople at the store who essentially just ignored us and left.
I will admit other than them being 45 minutes late meeting me with the rental at the auto body shop so I could get to work, the experience was good. The gentleman that brought the car was very thorough and pleasant and nice, good customer service.
If I could give zero stars I would . I’m very disappointed in the services received after renting a vehicle . Back in October my dad had an accident and we went to Georgia Luxury Auto to drop his vehicle off for repair. While in the lobby a representative from enterprise by the name of Shakira convinced my dad to get get a rental . She was very nice and persuasive so we thought it was good idea to go ahead and get the vehicle . When she brought the vehicle around her and my dad circled around the vehicle noting all of the damages from the front to the rear . She used a tablet so everything was done electronically. She ensured us that she would send a copy and never did . We called reminding them that we never received it a copy and again they stated that they would send it .We returned the car and 5 days later we were notified of alleged damages that were already on the vehicle prior to receiving it. Once asked for the copy of the inspection report & walk around diagram, we only received a copy of the damages & rental agreement that was originally promised that we never received. On October 8, 2020 we received a bill of $1,561.83 for alleged damages . After 3 month’s of disputing those charges we received an email on January 1, 2021 at 1:30 am stating that we now owe $977.35 . Now the issue that we are having is being falsely accused and it’s apparent that enterprise is running a scam to cover damages that they or previous customers caused by casting the blame on the next customer . Still to this day we have yet to receive the copies nor have they been able to locate the representative Shakira. Be very leary and do not accept any vehicle from them electronically without receiving a hard copy . They CANNOT be trusted .
I was absolutely not pleased with the services. I had a young lady FROM Enterprise call me at 7:30 am in the morning to verify that I still needed my rental. I told her that I did and that I would need Enterprise to pick me up. She told me that the location where I had booked my rental was permanently closed-the James Jackson Parkway location. I understand that. She said she was calling me from the Howell Mill location and that picking me up would not be a problem. These are her exact words. I called that location back around 11:30 am to see if some one was on the way to pick me up and that is when I was told that during these times of COVID-19, the pickup service had been suspended. I FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT NEW POLICY. However, my issue was that the young lady should not have told me that picking me up from my home would not be a problem. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE AGENTS NEED TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT IF THEY ARE GOING TO BE DEALING WITH THE CUSTOMERS.

Quick check in and check out! Very courteous staff that called me and told me that I could pick up my rental early than scheduled. That saved me from waking up early in the morning to pick up my vehicle. Cant thank them enough for that!
Beware!! Reserved a premium car and when i arrived that didnt have any cars period. NEVER experienced this at other location. On top of that the inside of car was dirty, had other peoples items including USED Covid mask!! Yuck. Check the inside of car before you rent. On top of that, manager promised to call me back 3x. Never did!! Dont rent from this location my advise
I had a lovely experience when I dropped off my rental today. Chantel Burt took care of me at the enterprise on south Cobb drive. She was so sweet, professional and helpful. There was a small snafu with some body damage but they helped me work it out with the pickup location. Shakira the manager on duty was understanding and kind and I was on my way in no time. Love the staff here, it’s my go-to car rental spot and this solidified it.
Vehicle was clean and ready when we arrived, prompt and courteous service,no hidden fees or issues. Check in went equally as well!
All the staff at this location were very helpful and friendly! Ive had an issue in the past with the Buckhead store location and honestly my hands were tied and I was going to throw my hands in concerning renting anymore cars from Enterprise but because of my service experience at the location on South Cobb Dr I will continue to rent cars now from Enterprise! The store is a great example of customer service and should be the trainer and model for all other stores! 😁💯💯💯💯!

I personally enjoyed my experience with ETAC, I ended up return my rental sooner than expected and I was able to drop it at any ETAC location, I was taken to my destination at no extra charge, overall really happy with my experience and service.

I got my rental through my insurance because of a car accident. The staff was very courteous, I got a great car and they were very accommodating when I needed to extend it for an extra week after the insurance decided to cancel the reservation.
We have used this enterprise location many times over the last 3 years. We are always very pleased with the amazing service they provide! From the moment you walk in the door they are all very professional and helpful. We rented 2 weeks ago at this location and once again service was excellent! We will not be using this location any more since we just moved 40 minutes away but will miss the great service and friendly people at this location. Keep up the great job!! Terry G
Worst experience ever!! My wife and I waited outside for 20 minutes before anyone came out to help. We wanted to extend the rental some extra days. The agent ran my card before even telling me the total and when it declined the manager said that we had to give up the car. He wouldnt even take another card because they were so busy.We ended up walking because they dont provide drop off service to your home anymore.
I frequently rent from this particular location(2221 S Cobb Dr Marietta/Smyrna Area) and they always provide me with the best service. I will continue to use enterprise as a plus member and will continue to make my reservations at this particular location. Their service is excellent and they are ALWAYS considerate and helpful when you need a car. Their staff is the best!!!

My husband rented a car from this Enterprise. They didnt have the class of the car he requested, because they assumed that he would want to be upgraded to a truck. Well, trucks are nice but not on gas... So he didnt take the upgrade, and he had to wait for at least thirty minutes (it seemed longer). At the end, he was given a sedan. The upgrade is usually nice, but they cant assume that every customer would want an upgrade to a truck. The wait aside, the customer representatives were nice and curteous.
Second time renting a vehicle from this location. First time many years ago, second time today. I had an appointment to pick up a minivan at 8am. Showed up on time, going thru the process was quick and easy, 10 minutes tops. The rep said he would be right back, he was going to pull the van around. 30 minutes later another rep was nice enough to let us know the guy that was processing our rental left to go put gas in the van. We decided to wait outside, believing it would just be another few minutes. After being outside for 10 minutes we saw the guy leaving to go put gas in the van. Waited another 20-30 minutes for him to return with Starbucks!! While we were there waiting for his return, he was out getting coffee! A 8am appointment took over an hour simply because the van was not ready and the rep did not see the need to take care of us first before going to get coffee! No apology until I pointed out how long he had us waiting, his response was my bad, you want a free day? Enterprise, really? Inconvenience which triggered a delay in starting our trip
I use this Enterprise location regularly to rent cars for my sales job. The service is always fantastic. The fact that every time I return a rental, they ask how their customer service was is a testament to how serious they take it. Theyre very flexible and will always work with you on the rare occasion that they dont have the exact type of car you reserved. They truly care about their customers and are wonderful to work with.
Rented a car for 6 days for work travels. Called to extend the rental and agent did not note it. The store manager called the next day and was unapologetically inappropriate in his words in accusing me of not informing them of the rental extension. After realizing a lack of effort on behalf of his colleague, there was no apology whatsoever. This experience was unlike any other with Enterprise. The trunk of the car would not open along with some other minor issues. I have since returned to my usual location where I am treated like family.
If I could rate them a -10, I would. Save your time and money and go to a different branch even if you have to drive a couple more miles. It will save you the headache.I cannot begin to describe the horrible service that I endured here. I will never in my life rent a car from this branch again . The managers and employees are all incompetent and unable of doing a correct job. I’ve been overcharged numerous of times and still to the day am being charge even when I no longer have the vehicle. I never got my enterprise plus points even tho I had the car for almost two months! there is just so much negative these tho say about this branch and the people who work here because they were a complete nightmare to work with. I regret ever coming to them to rent. Should’ve went to budget. I most likely will never rent from enterprise again in my life. They ruined it.
Id never rented a car before. I was a little anxious and was over whelmed with renting a car. But, when I entered Enterprise the staff was very polite, helpful and pleasant l. My experience at the Enterprise has been just GREAT. JASMINE and staff are totally professional and very welcoming. Any issues or questions I may have were address with true accuracy and honesty. It is a pleasure conducting business @the Smyrna location.
Seriously I love to travel and am always in need of a rental car. Enterprise has been my go-to for years and the service is superb. Did not think it could get any better but I was in a hurry and they didnt even know but had me on the road in ten minutes!! Wish I had the names of both gentleman who checked me in and out as they were so professional. My car was really nice/clean and exactly what I needed with short notice. Thanks for keeping true customer service alive in a society where its losing substance.
The vehicle appeared clean until it got dark outside. The windows were dirty. Someone had used their finger to write inside the windows. I used glass cleaner to clean the windows. I appreciate the apology from Sita Sesay. He was very professional & gave me a nice discount. He represented Enterprise very well!

I love these guys! They are always highly professional, pleasant, and fun. I rent cars almost weekly for my job and they are SO accommodating to my requests. If they can make something happen, it will. They go the extra mile for their customers. I have had experiences at other Enterprise sites that are not that way at all. The only thing not so positive I have to say is the lack of a variety of newer cars. I think that is because so many ppl like them that the cars are always wiped out!

This by far was one of the more appealing experiences Ive had with Enterprise. My car of choice was not available at the location I was departing from so I landed at this location to exchange vehicles and was not given any difficulty. Grayson greeting my friend and I immediately with a genuine welcome when we came through the door and made sure we were aware he was aware of our presence which in itself speaks volumes. Furthermore, Harold (Ray) went above and beyond (setting aside the fact that they had a line full of customers) to make sure the functionality we requested in the vehicle was operating efficiently before we departed. They have a great team over here and I would recommend visiting this location anytime you are considering a rental in the Atlanta area. Great job guys and thank you so much for your hospitality!
My first rental with Enterprise I am a Hertz 5 star member but since my company is associated with Enterprise I thought I would give it a try. Great prices I rented a premium but was upgraded (bluetooth issues) to an AUDI 3 SUV. Rented Saturday morning 10/28 @ 9am and the two reps were excellent, attentive and fast with getting me in and out (sorry I forgot names). The facility is close to my house and great for parking and easy access to cars. Looking forward to more rentals you guys just may convert me from HERTZ if you keep it up!!!
If i could give this location 0 stars I would due to the turmoil they have caused me. I rented a vehicle and immediately after driving away i reported a noise. They advised me to continue driving if there was no physical damage. Shortly after the plastic above the car began coming down. Again i called their roadside assistance and they advised they couldnt get to me in a good time and to drive it to the nearest airport which was 2 hours away. NOT CARING ABOUT MY SAFETY AT ALL. This also made the issue worse. After returning the car and switching it for another one. I get a call 2 weeks later stating i have to pay for the damages. WHY NOT TOW THE CAR BEFORE IT GOT BAD. INSTEAD THEY PUT ME IN DANGER AND ARE REFUSING TO RESOLVE THIS AND EVEN PUT ME ON THE DO NOT RENT LIST. I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Havent had too many great experiences with Enterprise but its staff members like the one s at this location that keep you coming back. Customer service was great. My vehicle of choice wasnt available and I didnt really care for the vehicle I was given (couldnt get the console seat in the middle down as it was stuck and there was pet hair) but overall it was a good experience. My only gripe was the fact that I had to park my personal vehicle across the street in a school parking lot because there was no parking available at the actual Enterprise lot but other than that the experience was good.
I have over the last several years made Enterprise my exclusive rental option in any city l visit.....This is the first time I didnt get the royal treatment for some reason. ...I requested a free upgrade the term member tried to charge more......In my past experiences l never had a problem w/ a free upgrade......When I returned the car w/ addition gas l was charged more than originally quoted....I was really impressed w/ the manager l watched him roll up his sleeves when busy and go out and wash cars......The staff where all very professional and kind....I may rent from that location again......Thank you for inquiring......HOW CAN I SERVE YOU.....P.S. Everyone is always so nice at the S Cobb location. Its always been a pleasant experience. I did want to note that on my most recent visit the car was literally on E when I picked it up. The Enterprise associate did offer to go and fill-up the car, but I was impatient and decided to just fill it up myself. I would have preferred picking up a car with gas in it.

The car choices were limited. Our car had a spot where the carpet was worn threw by the gas pedal so was obviously very well used. The instructions said no smoking and no pets, but there was an obvious smoking smell in the car. The staff at this site were very nice and accommodating.
The most highly skilled customer facing representative you will every get. Sometimes they get busy but keep everything smooth and going to ensure their customers are the top priority. Their vehicles are clean and reliable vs. some of the other locations.

Overall Decent Experience, But there were some issues with the cars interior cleanliness (Hole in the seat, weird smell and somewhat shoddy clean up from previous rental). I rented from Enterprise after going with Avis for the past 5 years. While the experience was not stellar, it was good enough for me to use them again in a pinch.
The quality of the cars you received has declined and the customer service is awful. I was placed in a rental through my warranty compay from 2/1/18 until 2/7/18. While the rental car was in my possession it was hit by another car. I filed the insurance claim before returning the vehicle. Once I returned the car I paid my $500 deductible to Dominique Noble and I provided him with the claim information. I was told as soon as the other partys insurance company accepted liability I would receive my money back. On 2/12/2018 Progressive accepted liability. I spoke with Enterprises damage claim department on 2/14/2018 they said they sent a notice to this branch to release my money. I went into the branch on 2/16/18 and Mr Noble told me my funds had been placed on my card after checking for several days I never received anything. So I called his manager Stanley on 2/19/18 who told me that my refund has not been processed and I would receive a check in the mail from their accounting department. On 2/26/18 I spoke with Alexia in Accounting, she informed me that she had just learned of this situation and she would begin to process my refund. As of today 3/3/18 I still have not received my money. I had no problem paying for the damages done to the vehicle, but Enterprise is making it impossible to return my money.

I was stuck in ATL due to the aiport power outage and Enterprise came through!! They secured me a one way rental to Memphis and did not price gouge me. All the staff (managers and employees) were super friendly and helpful. I was traveling with my two cousins who are both 6ft and taller. When I told the staff this they changed us from a Corolla to an F150. Thank goodness! I would definitely patronize this establishment again.

The dealership arranged for a rental so I could travel on and get there in time. The staff was supportive, kind, and professional.

Rented a car for our client. Online Reservation was set. Handed credit card and ID, chose our car and was out in less than 20 minutes! Love the drop-box option as well. Very friendly and each of the associates made it a point to allow the customers to choose their vehicle. By the way, the New Ford Explorer is NIIICCCEEE.
Failed to communicate that my rental wouldn’t be available at the time scheduled, despite having had availability issues the day before and this was with speaking to the branch manager Stephanie and delayed my pick up 3 hrs only to deny me a rental because of out of state license despite after being told otherwise by their reservation agent. They made no attempt to follow up with the reservation agent that gave me misinformation and was rather nonchalant about the inconvenience they caused and interference with my ability to convien with my family for the holidays. Won’t ever rent or recommend this company or branch.

I will never rent a car here again!!! Your south cobb drive location is horrible as far as customer service. I was told one thing over the phone about what info I needed to rent a car. I just moved so all I was told is to bring a bill with matching address. It was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT when I got to the location. I have been going in circles for over 45 min and now my brother will be late for work trying to make sure I have a vehicle to drive....

I was then told my deposit of $250.00 will go back to my debt card in 24 hours. So after my deposit was not in my account i called them only to be told it can take 3 to 5 days. I was never given that information. The staff was to busy talking about a party and the plans for the weekend. I will NEVER go back to this place. The SOUTH COBB DRIVE LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE. I WISH I COULD LEAVE NO STARS!!!!! GO TO BUDGET RENTAL ON COBB PKWY.
This place sucks! They were over 45 minutes late picking me up, costed me money, they are manipulative, be careful when you get picked up late and sign papers with Xs all over it, I had to buy a tire, they wouldnt reimburse me whatsoever, and the manager at this place is rude! Wow! Id recommend some place else. Theyre lined up out the door with customers who are very unhappy with the way this place is ran!!!!
I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT THIS ENTERPRISE LOCATION HAS AN AWESOME STAFF.I HAVE RENTED FROM THIS LOCATION TWICE AND BOTH TIMES WERE A GREAT EXPERIENCE.THE SECOND TIME I RENTED WAS BECAUSE MY CAR HAD TO GO INTO THE SHOP FOR MAJOR REPAIRS AND I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT THE ASSISTANT MANAGER **ERIKA FORD** WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ACCOMADATE MY SITUATION IN EVERY WAY THAT SHE COULD.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR RENTAL NEEDS AND IF AND WHEN I NEED A RENTAL CAR I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO GO HERE.THANK YOU ENTERPRISE FOR AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE TO MY BAD CAR SITUATION.....PAT JONES
