I made my reservation through Expedia & my car was ready & waiting when I arrived. Great friendly & efficient service by the staff during both pick up & drop off, will definitely use them again over any other rental agency. My only wish is the Hertz would spend a little money to upgrade the location.. otherwise it was a fantastic experience! The customer service is superb!

They are so nice here! And helpful! I really appreciated how they made sure I was taken care of and even helped entertain my 5 year old son as we waited for the car return process to complete.They both had such great personalities and made it just an overall nice experience in a very stressful time in my life. I will be returning here for future rentals!

We reserved a car at this location due to our car being the dealership getting worked on. The dealership was going to pay for the rental but for some reason Tom the branch manager was not only ignorant but also disrespectful. Once the guy provided him the account information he needed he then turn to fiancé and tell him we do not that. Even the guy on the phone why not? Tom refused to give us an answer.he didn’t even want to give us his first name. This place is a joke and so is Tom the branch manager.

Regina called me on the morning of my rental to let me know that they did not have any cars in but she would let me know when it has arrived. I completely understand that the National customer service extends rentals without telling the actual location. I got my car within the hour of my reservation and it was upgraded to an SUV. I will be renting from this location because of Regina!!

Reserved a car with this location. Called them an hour and a half ahead of time and was informed that they had no cars available. Now on the day I need to leave there are no cars available at any rental locations around Atlanta. 1st and last time I will ever try to rent with Hertz.

This was one of the best rental car experiences I’ve had. When I arrived at the location Gina was super friendly and made it a smooth process. The car was being cleaned and sanitized, which during these times made me feel so comfortable and safe renting from you guys. I will only now rent from this location because of the amazing service Gina provided, thank you Gina!!

Customer service? Try no service. I arrived at 4:30 p.m. for a reserved car at 5:00 p.m. I was told that a car was unavailable and I should return at 5:00. Upon arrival at 5:00, I was told there were no cars available and no drop offs had been made. Tom said, If I have any drop offs I will call you. Guess what? No call from Tom by 6 (which is closing time). The point of making a reservation is to RESERVE a car. Good customer service would have been to call and let me know that there were no cars available. I could have found another rental with another company before closing. I would have expected Tom to call other Hertzes to see if they had cars or use a car from the airport. No apology, nothing. I was left high and dry with no transportation. I would not recommend this Hertz unless you are a gambling individual. 50/50 and the odds are not in your favor.

The lady that was on shift on the morning of 02/13/21 was so rude and should not have a job. I made a reservation 2 days before and she called me that morning i was to pick up the rental that there was no more available cars. I told her i was in uber to pick up the car that how come she was calling me few minutes to my pick up time that there are no more cars and she responded in a very rude way and even hanged up on me. I called back to ask her why she was rude and she hanged up again. I got a car that morning at enterprise and the customer service was just so good. It might be more expensive but its worth it and they are very professional. Stay away from HERTZ

Never has cars even if you have a reservation. Charges $500 deposit if you are using a marjor bank card/ just started on April 1st. Called customer service and they said $200 deposit.. its the pits

I booked a reservation at 2pm and it was confirmed. I received my confirmation email, and reservation number, everything. My car is in the shop so I ubered to my hertz location at 4pm(my reservation time) to be told that they are all out of vehicles and that my reservation wasnt visible until just now - otherwise they would have called. It was a super frustrating experience.

I have used this Hertz location twice in the last year. My experience has been wonderful in every way. The rental is always ready as requested and the check in and return is super easy and fast. The customer service is fantastic! The manager Tom makes sure everything is A+ and the employees are wonderful as well, especially Regina. I am thankful to have this Hertz so close to my location and wouldnt go anywhere else! Highly Recommended!

This is one of the best rental locations in the Atlanta metro area. The employees there go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction which is why they are always so busy.

I found this Hertz location to be on top their game in assisting me with my rental car pick up during my car repair. They worked great with my insurance & were extremely friendly & accommodating.

Booked the car, got the confirmation, took a 40 min carb to get to the location to get the car just to be told they are out of cars and there is nothing they can do, without even apologizing that they are overbooked!

Impossible to get a hold of anyone with answers to my questions. Unfortunately, every employee I spoke with was rude and sounded impatient.

These guys came through and hooked us up with a minivan (with only a 30 minute notice) after Avis screwed us over and didnt honor a reservation we made a week in advance.Van was clean, new (18,000 miles), and rode like a dream. Service was quick, polite and hassle free.Recommend these guys due to good service and easy transaction. Will be back.

Super nice guys behind the counter. We had a bad experience with another location and the manager Tom was apologetic and sincere and personally helped us with our rental. I cant recommend these guys enough. Hopefully I wont NEED another rental any time soon, but if I do Ill be coming back here.

You all Double charged my account for a rental extension and I have other things I need to do with my money! You all totally inconveniencing me! Took extra money without asking me! I called customer care and they tell me they can’t see the charges and I have to contact the location! It’s 2018 and you all can’t see each other’s information you put in the system? This don’t make no sense at all!! You all need to upgrade your system ASAP! This is a shame!

Came through with a utility van for one day use over night. Made the impossible possible. Made furniture hauling easy and for less $$$ than any other place around. So accommodating .............

Had a reservation for a s.u.v get there and they tried to give us a Ford focus instead. Then explained they didnt have any s.u.vs. we were not the only customers in there having a issue with a reservation either.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would. I was hoping for the best by reserving a car here, but clearly reserving a car means nothing! I reserved a car at 8 30 am and requested pick up. I was told that wouldnt be a problem. The day of... no one answered the phone. 3 hours after this time, I finally got someone to answer the phone. They then told me to take an uber! Because they are understaffed. So I took my uber. Got there and there was no car ready. It took another 30 minutes to find and clean a car. There was also no communication from the guy in the front. He would just walk away with good intentions, Im sure... but just tell me what youre doing so I will know what to expect. On a positive note... I was reimbursed for my uber and they are waiving my expected late return. I appreciate that. 100%positive that I will not be back. If you find this review helpful, please press like below.

So we signed up with HERTZ and their Gold rewards program, we usually rent with Avis or National. Let me just say this, first day in I am trying to rent a vehicle for 10 days and sure enough started getting awful customer service.I called to see pricing to add GPS and Sirius radio, guy said he will call back in 20 minutes and he never did. I go back to the website to rent the vehicle and figured ill deal with the rest at the time of the pick up but now the vehicle that was available is no longer there.I call back and get the same guy and I seemed like I was a burden to him, omg sorry I bothered you at work today and actually asked you to do your job and assist a customer.Needless to say I am going to with Avis and National.

The staff were very friendly and ensured that we received the exact type of vehicle we wanted. The only drawback was that the van had not been vacuumed when we took over. That was a small issue, however.

Aweful location. I had a reservation and if you dont show up exactly at the time you had it reserved they give it away. They didnt have any other cars available. The staff wasnt unfriendly but it wasnxt helpful to get me another car either.

Awful experience,I was given a rental by an insurance company, went there to pick it up.He did not have any economy cars, but said he would gladly charge me $20 bucks a day extra to upgrade.He also said I had to pay for car rental coverage because my insurance policy doesnt have it!So I left and went to another hertz location, got an economy car,they did not demand that I pay for rental coverage, and I got the car.Overall Enterprise car rental is a much better place with no hassle, I rented a car from them for my vacation in just 5 mins over there at their south cobb drive location just minutes from this nightmare Hertz.

Did a one-way to here to buy a car at Wade Ford just down the road. Very convenient and helpful.

Hertz sucks. They let you book a full size and when you go to the store they don’t have any cars left. Ridiculous experience renting from Hertz. Don’t recommend this place at all

I rented in this location 2 hours before picking it up and when the one assigned to me arrived had a break in the windshield, as they had no more cars left, they gave me an SUV at no additional cost. Thats the service that sets Hertz apart. They have never failed me. The front desk is very attentive.
