Charla gets 5 stars from me because everytime I have went, I was welcomed with a smile and asked how I was doing. Charla and her friend Kim are both amazing. They listen to what you want and dont try to force a design on you. They also have a customer guarantee where if you arent satisfied with your cut, come back within 3 days and shell fix it. I will definitely be using Charla for a long time. My teenagers like her as well. :)
