This is a very professional insurance agency. The workers are first class! They listen and attend to customers issues promptly. They do all within their powers to ensure customer satisfaction. I love their services and more so, their work ethics.

Gina is my agent for years. She finds best deal always, for my cars and house insurance. Im with them for 22 years. Never any problems. Promptly answer and help for any questions.

I called this office trying to insure our new home and I was told but the woman who answered the phone that they cannot sell me a homeowners policy unless I also bought a life insurance policy or auto insurance through them along with it. I asked them if that was an Allstate policy and they said yes. So after getting off the phone I called the next closest agent and they said that is not an Allstate policy at all, and they gladly provided me with a quote for just homeowners insurance. Seems like they are only interested in up selling at this office, and dont value honesty. Not the type of office I want to trust protecting my house and family. Proceed with caution.

I wanted to take the time tell how grateful i am to have Jeannette & Gina with Allstate Clemmons Agency in my corner. These two ladies always provide world class service for me. They both are always finding ways to save me money. And even helping when payment arrangements need to be made. They have always tried to provide the best possible service for with care and concern. Never judgemental when funds are short. As i stated to Mr. Clemmons before these ladies need to be compensated some how. Gina went above and beyond to make sure that my renters insurance was in place for a move and also contacted the complex spoke with the leasing agent Adriane to make all was well. I have been working with Jeannette since about 2000. That is when i got my 1st apartment. She has always been there for me. Always tryna make sure i dont come up short. Kudos to the Clemmons Agency. 😊👋

Love the service there. Ive been with them for about 9 years now and never had any regrets. They always try to get me the most discounts possible and even recommended services that I didnt know about. Im not going anywhere.

Worst group to deal with. Cancelled my policy twice because they failed to update billing address 3 times and told me it was my fault for not having my mail forwarded. Then i got sent to a collection agency because i did not pay a bill that they continued to send to the wrong address. Stay away.
