I have never met a more rude person. Her husband and her often yell at customers in the parking lot. Today I arrived to do business in their plaza. They have attempted to stake claim to more than 75% of the spaces. I, being a stare farm customer, didn’t think it would be a problem to park in their space since there were 4 other spots open. I was accosted by her husband and then threatened. In no way would I ever do business with them and find myself second guessing my business with State Farm if they employ such people. Good luck being worked by these people.

I start off by revealing the fact that Ive had to shop around all the major auto insurance providers, including State Farms, using their online automated insurance quoting system and/or by making phone calls to speak with their live agents. However, I havent been satisfied with any because they didnt have coverages that suits my need, didnt know and understand the market and my situation, or they werent straightforward and genuine. Then, I decided to make a quick Google Maps search and chose to go to Helens office from the result set I got. And, I wasnt disappointed!Helen has been an extraordinary insurance agent on many levels. She has been so welcoming and friendly when I arrived at her office. Helen intently listened to my insurance needs and presented me with my choices along with detailed explanations. She not only fully understood my needs, but also she knows State Farms insurance policy very well and didnt push me to buy coverages that I didnt need. Im glad I found and chose her as my agent.
