I called TMC based on a recommendation on behalf of one of your employees David who is a relative of my neighbor and to ask for Jerry. We had Jerry out on August 18th to our residence and while kind and courteous he very bluntly told me he could do nothing to help us out. I guess the task was too much for the taking and didn’t want to take our money. Mind you my wife is 8 months pregnant and we have had some very hot days we were left feeling quite defeated by this whole experience. We have had several companies come out and ALL were willing to help no matter the task if not to just quote us and leave us to review or seek out another option. I reached out asking for help because I was told Jerry was a seasoned veteran and he may be but it looks like your company may be short staffed and not up to the task of my job. Very unfortunate. Be careful reaching out because your work may be too much to handle too.

We started the annual maintenance program on our 6-year old AC/natural gas furnace. TMC technican Kevin arrived on time and was very pleasant to talk with and answered all our questions. In the inspection he found a faulty capacitor that would have failed soon and prevented our unit from coming on. We are thankful for the good service, polite and professional interactions, and identifying a problem early that will avoid a future service call.

Timely appointments. The technician arrived on time, serviced my units with care.. He and property with utmost care. I highly recommend this company.

The service tech was a joke. To start with, they were a day late on the repair. Then we he does decides to show up (30 minutes late again) he says it will be around 500 to clean the ducts and fill the refrigerant. I was fine with that. He then tries to sell me this service package. I said no and then my bill goes all of sudden goes from 500 to 1700. I would never do business with this company. Only looking to upsell you.

WARRANTY IS ON THE HVAC SYSTEM AND ONE TECH CAME OUT AND COULDNT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM SO THEY ARE SENDING ANOTHER TECH OUT TO LOOK IT. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!! ITS HOT AS HECK AND YOU CANT FIGURE OUT WHATS WRONG WITH THE UNIT!! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 6 DAYS SO YOU CAN SEND OUT A MORE EXPERIENCED TECH BECAUSE THE FIRST ONE HAD NO CLUE!! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT BECAUSE ITS UNDER WARRANTY AND YOU CANT GET MONEY FROM IT. SO YOU GO WORK ON PAYING CUSTOMERS HVAC SYSTEMS SO YOU CAN GET $$$$. MAKES NO FREEKIN SENSE. BEWARE! CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY THAT CAN GET THE JOB DONE BECAUSE THIS COMPANY (TMC) CANT!!

I’ve only been in my house 1 year and woke up to 80 temp in house in ac set on 70 knew there was a problem got home from work called and they had someone out within 1 hour thanks for speedy service and correcting the issue and I also got in extended service thanks for your assistance

TMC has been taking care of my HVAC since they installed it for 20 years now. When I have had issues they were out the same day & fixed the issue. Great group of people & considerate while in my house. When my system needs replacing I will definitely contact TMC for a quote.

Michael, the tech, has been out to service our HVAC unit before and so I was glad to hear he would be coming out again. He (and others too) has always been very professional but also personable. The company has kept up with my warranty information far better than I did thankfully.

Everything was great except what I thought was a bait and switch. Unit quoted was NOT available. Had to spend $200 more than quoted. I did it but felt succorded into to it.

Ive been working with the folks at TMC since I bought my house in 2012, and every encounter has been great. They are a local family run business and it shows in all the good ways. I will keep calling them every time I need service!On my previous (very old) HVAC unit, they kept me going when it really started showing its age. Didnt tell me it needed repairs it didnt, and never tried to pressure me into a new system.A few weeks ago I bit the bullet and decided it was time to replace the whole system. They made solid recommendations on the system and some improvements in the home, worked with me on my budget, my schedule, and did a great tear-out and install. Jerry was the lead technician, and his years of experience and attention to detail really made the job a stress-free event for me!I also had them perform a total duct cleaning service, and Im so glad - because in this 42 year old house it had never been done. It was a little more expensive than I expected up front, but totally worth it. Especially after I saw how thorough the entire cleaning was. They even taped up the register boots to seal up the system and prevent air leaks in-between the floors. The overall air quality in our home has improved dramatically.First class job all the way around!

Ive been a TMC customer for several years now and they are always reliable and fair-priced. The quality and professionalism of their technicians has always meant that I have a good experience when I need a service, and the caliber of their employees means that Im comfortable inviting them into my home. Steve Travis did a great job replacing and testing my new thermostat.

I called on a Friday afternoon and they got someone out in about an hour. Service was great and they had my air back working in less than an hour! Would definitely really recommend!

This company has been doing my AC maintenance for the past 15 years. They are always on time and professional. I would highly recommend them.

David was very thorough and checked out the whole system. He went up in the attic and found that a couple of the pipes were leaking condensation, making the ceiling wet; he fixed that problem. I bought the maintenance which includes 2 yearly system checks and 15% off any service needed.

The guy who came to my house I forgot his name but his initial TS was very RUDE!! He opened the AC unit and closed $79. I called because smell coming from the vents. He couldn’t find the problem. Never use this company again:(

The tech arrived at my home before I did and waited patiently until I got home.Once in arrived, the tech was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Although they advertise open 24 hours, apparently only the call center is. Technician refused to come at 11pm when it is 28° outside.

I wanted a gas line installed in my home and TMC not only provided me with a free quote, but had it installed all within the same week. The techs were prompt and on time, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. They answered all my questions, even ones that werent related to the gas line. They left my home as clean as it was when they arrived. The office staff was also pleasant to speak with. I will definitely use them for all my future heating and cooling needs. Our air condition suddenly stopped working (of course, while it was 91 outside). Service technician, Jerry C., came out - very kind and courteous. He figured out the problem and corrected it. It was late, and he did not try to get through the job quickly. He solved the immediate problem and did more to try to prevent future problems. Of course, it cost us, but he does not have anything to do with the cost. Grateful to have a working system again.

We were having several issues that were not addressed by a previous installer. Im so glad that a friend referred TMC. I felt that Jerry was one of the most helpful and knowledgeable AC techs that Ive ever dealt with. He was reasonable and honest.

Its hard to give 5-stars when a significant amount of money is leaving your pockets. Marcus, the guy who was on call, gave great service. Figured out the issue quickly (he knew what he was doing), fixed it (hes capable of doing it right), and left everything clean and tidy (hes considerate). He made some recommendations for future usage, a forecast for when Ill need a new unit (the current ones are 9 years old), and options for what I should be looking for. Ill use TMC again.
