After trying three other companies this was the only one who did there job right the very FIRST time. My family and I have spent so much money with these other companies. So glad we finally found a company who actually knew what they were doing!! My only regret is that we didnt use Wood the first time. THANK you so much for a continuous job well done.

Been a customer for awhile. Had over 5 different technicians. They reschedule appointments often - which is troublesome when Im changing my schedule to be home for inside service. Finally decided to terminate service with them in November 2016...yet I paid for a year service upfront. Been around 4 weeks now that I keep calling and getting a manager will call you back with no response or refund. Technicians have been great - but their office doesnt seem to have any communication with them...and office and managers obviously dont want me as a customer. After 4 weeks...I write this review in hopes they actually call me back. Looking for pest control?? Look elsewhere!!!!!
