Place used to be top notch, not so much now. Owner take note your staff is rude and inept. Carissa is not doing this business any justice.

Chris at the UPS store was so incredibly helpful. He saw me struggling with some large boxes and came outside in 25 degree weather this morning to help me. He is always so helpful and professional whenever I come to the ups store. Excellent customer service during a time when things are just a little more challenging for all of us, Chris still goes above and beyond. Thank you!!

When Amazon changed their pick up policy, I wasnt aware that I needed a box when dropping off my return. Just want to shout out Anthony for his superior customer service and providing shipping tape and resizing a box to make my return easy. Thanks, Anthony!

Highly recommend doing business with UPS Store 0432. The staff is professional and the customer service is outstanding. I recently had a no delivery of a UPS order - a birthday present. It was supposed to back go to the store for me to pick up and ended up floating around for 3 days - no fault of the store at all. Anthony went out of his way to track down the box, call the dispatcher who contacted the driver and arranged for me to meet the truck to get the package. This was a big deal for me and very much appreciated. Thank you Anthony and staff!

Extremely disappointed with the level of service I received today at this location. I came down with 10 total prepaid packages to drop off. I was helped by Carissa the sales associate at approximately 3:58pm. 3 of my packages were accepted no problem. The other packages I explained that I had set them up to drop off at a Kohl’s Ups drop off center but since I was closer to this location if I could leave them with them. Carissa had a attitude from the beginning about how she couldn’t take them they had to go to kohls for pickup very unhelpful. Her response when I said it was kinda inconvenient was “ next time don’t maybe you shouldn’t select that option” I explained I wasn’t aware of that and was inquiring about the differences in direct drop offs and setting locations drop off points. Then she looks to the customer in the store and gestures like if I’m serious. Completely rude will not go back will travel farther to avoid bad service. I also had a package that had the label on it. She said she couldn’t take that either I had to go home contact ups to have a driver come to my house to pick the package up and walks to the back and when asked to speak to manager she says all UPS STORES ARE INDEPENDENTLY OWNED. I said I’ll wait for a manager and she said he’s gone for the day and walked away.

During the COVID 19 crisis shipping things for a mutlitude of reason have come to pass. I have stood on post offices a variety of UPS Stores and even Kohls to meet my growing needs. Yet of all these places this The UPS Store stands out for me. This group has such a patient and well knowledge approach that one can never go wrong using this store front. The efficiency of the moving of materials is unrivaled. Located conveniently on Route 44 and less than a 1/2 mile from Route 295, please go see Carrisa and this amazing staff for all you shipping needs! You will not be sorry!

Anthony, the store manager went above and beyond to help me. I needed to send some tools using my companys account. He could not use the company account since his store is a franchise. Anthony directed me to the store that could help me, package my contents and provide the written address to the store. He was friendly and professional and the kind of person you want helping you when you need it.

2 employees behind counter and 6 customers in line, but only 1 was helping customers while the other packed boxes.Didnt appreciate having to wait so long.

I went in the other day for a form to be notarized and Anthony was incredibly helpful, even stating he’d stay a few minutes late if necessary to ensure I had my form completed the same day.However, when calling the store for a follow up question, the young girl that answered was very brash with a harsh tone. After finally getting an answer out of her she promptly hung up in the middle of me saying thank you. If she was the one to help me in the store I do not think I would return.

Such a great experience at the UPS Store yesterday! The woman behind the counter was so helpful. I had my baby with me and she could see I needed an extra hand and offered to package up my items for me to send! She walked me through everything - you could tell she genuinely enjoyed working there. Such a breath of fresh air. Then a friend of mine just happened to walk in - I guess everyone comes here! I’m going to go here every time I need to send something else from now on! So glad I visited :)

This UPS store is the absolute best. I had an epic fiasco that was met with the best customer service and care . The staff (Manager, Anthony) and others took extra steps to help me resolve a difficult problem involving all sorts of miscommunication from my family and a package that needed to get to California. Their patience and flexibility really made a big difference.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Every time I come into this store for a business supply or help with printing services, it is nothing short of excellent. The staff is personable and able to work with you to make your needs affordable and practical. They actually care about making your projects as best as they can be, and are not there to just push products or sell more expensive items to you. They will always leverage their knowledge and expertise to make the experience one of a kind, meeting you at your needs.

I never spend the time to write reviews but I am writing this and hopefully a manager or supervisor might see this. A man named Anthony had helped me with my packages and mailing issues and got me out the door in 2 minutes flat, and had been incredibly professional yet sociable and nice. UPS is lucky to have him.

I dropped off a package at the UPS store in Smithfield last weekend, and Lauren was a big help! She was super friendly and made mailing my package so much easier. She definitely stood out to me as a great employee, enough to make me want to take the time to write a review!

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would! Anthony and his team always goes above and beyond for me and all my shipping needs. My company quoted a print job with Staples that was close to $9,000 and they were able to do it for a 1/3 of the cost. Anthony and his team do a fantastic job and you honestly could not align yourself with better professionals in the business and would be lucky to have your shipping needs serviced at this location. Couldnt recommend them enough!!!

I would like to say thank you to the UPS Store in Smithfield. They do an amazing job packaging items and they are incredibly helpful. I’ve sent several packages to family members and they remark on how beautifully they are packaged. They are all very nice and professional and make the experience very easy for customers. Tamara has helped me with several packages and she is great.

You know when you find a place that exceeds your expectations, you feel obligated to pay them back ... so here it is. I went to the UPS Store in Smithfield and was approached by an energetic eager to help associate (I found out later he was the Manager) Anthony. I needed help with shipping out a small but valuable item and was deeply concerned (because it was fragile) about proper handling. Anthony went out of his way to secure, wrap, re-wrap etc. beyond what i would expect and all at a very reasonable price. Most importantly was that Anthony was truly concerned about my needs and he insured me that I would be satisfied ... and I was the package arrived on time and in prefect shape.Hats off this Store and Anthony ... Job Well done.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!!Steve

I went to the store to ship a package. The staff were more than helpful. One of the girls took apart my shipping box, reconfigured it so it would be more sturdy and cause less damage. The girl who helped me didnt have to but she did. She then cut down the box and sealed it. Very excellent service.

This UPS store is fantastic! The manager, Anthony helped me to create a sign and had everything printed and ready to go when I got there! The price was reasonable and the girl behind the counter was professional and very helpful.

I went to renew my mailbox last night and was told I would have to pay an extra twenty dollars because I missed the deadline (vacation). I explained that I am a long time customer (5yrs) and would like to have the fee waived. Clerk wouldnt do it and never checked with manager even when I handed in the keys. They obviously dont value their customers!

I have been a box holder at this UPS Store for years. Anthony (the manager) has always given me excellent service. In addition to having my PO Box there, they do all of my major print jobs, signs and shipping. They go above and beyond. I moved closer to the EG location about five years ago but keep giving my business to Smithfield due solely to Anthony and his team.

Only giving it 2 stars because I have had great experiences at other locations. Anthony was highly unprofessional and miserable. what a terrible experience. Part of working in retail means you should at least crack a smile and be polite to customers.

These guys are very nice. They do not control the entire UPS corporation or employ the delivery drivers. They take your packages and give you packages if you pay for their service. They do not determine their prices....Although I can imagine if you are frustrating that they may lose patience, I have never had anyone in this store fail to provide the service I required without trying their best.

AVOID THIS STORE! They are insanely overpriced and the girl that works there is rude, sarcastic, and obnoxious. She attempted to charge me $120 to ship a tiny box and served it up with a disgusting attitude. I went to USPS and it cost $19 with 2-day delivery for the same box! If you must use UPS, there is a Staples right up the street and they are wonderful. You will note over two years of poor reviews for this store. Clearly this store doesn’t value anyones business! STAY AWAY!

Wouldnt recommend this store.. Customer Service is very spotty, This employees arent the best(Although, it was better that before) and They do not ensure that the UPS Driver picks up thier packages. Just lost my package and its a nightmare dealing with it. No assistance at the store level.

This store does everything! The staff is super friendly and helpful, I will gladly spend a few extra bucks to know that my package is in reliable hands.

Overpriced to the point where it becomes ridiculous! Mediocre customer service! Due to a poor and cheap job, items were destroyed!

Very friendly service, but their box prices compared to uline or other suppliers is vomit inducing. Over $100 to box a mirror, box alone was $75.
