The employees inside are friendly, but my car is nowhere near clean ... this is what a little over $30 gets you......you get what you pay for I guess but I wont be going back

Love this family owned business. Started going here when I was 16 years old 20 years later and still going. Seen some bad reviews, and dont know why. If you see something you dont like let them know, they want you happy!

Awesome best car wash in NC I come from Charlotte several times a year and always have them detail my car.

We needed a quick wash to get the salt off the car. We stopped here and for 8 bucks got a sparkly clean car. It even includes an air freshener, which I love the smell.

They do an amazing job of cleaning cars. They clean door jambs, windows, tires, trim and they wipe the car dry. I would give five stars but every time an employee rides in my car through the wash they adjust everything! The seat is way out of whack, radio is changed, even the steering wheel sometimes. You dont have to turn, the tire is in a track. Can you please just ride the length of the building without customizing my controls? It takes me a while to get it straight so I can leave the parking lot. Im 58, pretty average and dont have the seat pulled up tight to the wheel, so I dont get it. But anyway, its not a deal breaker, just a bit aggravating, and they do great work and do it quick to.

They do a great job and it moves fast. The people are nice and courteous.

The service is good you are in and out and your car is clean.They get 5 stars.

I took my car and had it cleaned inside and out... The waxing was good but as for tge interior it was horrible.. It looked like they sprayed armorall everywhere and did not wipe I had grass all over my back seat and what they cleaned the windows smudge so I couldnt see at night... The trunk track wasnt cleaned and I called back and the man I spole to was so rude. The problem was not fixed I did it myself. Also the stuff on my mirror was torn after they finished

Horrible, they broke a piece off my car. When I called I was hung up on PURPOSELY!!! When back on phone his excuse was he had customers. ( The person I spoke to was the owners son)... Also, noticed employees smoking around cars while doors were open...... First and last ever there. I would say 0 stars but was not an option!!

Best price in town & they do a great job!However, they need to change their hours of operations from 8-5 to 8-4:30. The office may be open until 5:00, but I drove into their lot at 4:30 and they turned me away.

These people are the best they r locally owned it is very reasonably priced you get in and out very quickly even when busy and if there isnt something up to 100% satisfaction they will take care of it immediately without question definitely recommend been coming here for almost 25 years

I always get the best wash. And it truly is the best. My dad went there when I was younger. And now I go there on a regular basis. From my 96 Honda accord to now my 2018 ford fusion se. They are truly top notch.

One of my co-workers went here and there was a person that had a 2010 ford escape, she has a 2018 they got her car mats mixed up with the 2010, I wouldnt trust this place with my car

Never had a bad experience. My car had cat hair and Christmas tree needles all over. Plus I have a 2 year old. Now she looks good as new.

They always leave my cars squeaky clean. Oh and trust me. First time I took my car that has never been cleaned they left it spotless. I thought I was gonna have to take it back ok a few days just to get it spotless. But no. They did it all in one day! I love this place.

My husband took my car to get a car wash yesterday and paid for the full service. I wish I would have been there to be the one to inspect the service afterward! It does not even look like the seats were vacuumed or the windows wiped down. There is still applesauce on the interior door and window where my 2 year old made a mess before he took it. My husband isnt one for confrontation or noticing such details or being picky as me. But this isnt even being picky this is just expecting good service and not getting it. Very disappointed.Check their work before you leave. I have had good service here before but this was just pathetic.

So i take my 2015 kia optima to be washed and the manager and another guy come tells me that my car antenna is broke that it was already broke but it wasn’t cause if it had been it would’ve already blown off the car so i took what they said but then i called deacon jones and spoke to someone in the service department who told me that if it had been broke it would’ve already blown off the top of the car he said they always come off in a carwash so i then called magic tunnel and spoke to randy the manager who then told me it was loose already but mind you they first told me it was already broke already so they just took it off and put in the car i am going to court over this they can count on it

Somehow my leather back seat got cut and when I reported it to the manager he came up with every excuse not to reimburse me for their negligence. Plus. I spend $30 each time I go there and they never clean my windows properly. Some of those guys has no experience at all.

Disappointed! I just referred someone to this place and shouldnt have. I have done the full service and tire shine on my car 5 different times now. Last time I wasnt pleased with how dirty they left the floor and seat in my backseat. I expressed this with the lady today and she said shed make sure they got it all today. So I expected today to go better. When i gor my car, there are water places left in my center console area, water on my mats, dirt left in the back seat that I could pick up with my hand so clearly the vacuum should have, fingerprints on the handles and window...I am disappointed. My car is new and its been cleaned out and vacuumed out every week since purchased and its not even 2 months old! I will not go back.

Paid for the Top of LIne car wash at the Prince Frederick MD location, but was very surprised when I had to vacuum the interior myself. No one hand dried my car, no one cleaned my interior windows, no one hand cleaned my wheels, no one applied tire shine and no one wiped my dash / interior. I brought my attention to the on duty manager, but got nothing. Do no use this car wash unless you want to be ripped off.

Would never take my car anywhere else after coming here they did a amazing job they are well priced and friendly unlike Sun Auto!

This is by far the shittiest car wash Ive ever been to as far as service. Ive taken 3 if my trucks up there and every time they have an excuse for why they cant run my truck threw the wash. Vehicle is too dirty. Will get my brushes dirty SMH
