Awesome group of guys everytime I go there.

I needed a vehicle washed for a customer who purchased one of our cars and couldn’t find anywhere else that was open on a Sunday and raining. Not only were the staff very welcoming but they did a great job of my interior detail in bad weather. This will be my go to no matter how far of the drive. I’m more than satisfied with my service. The owner should promote these guys ASAP.

Paid extra for details inside of the car and they didnt even clean the internal side of the windshield. I personally will not go back. Nearly paid $40 and my car was still not clean. I still have receipt to prove it.

Those guys did an excellent job! My truck definitely needed a wash and it looks great!

Stolen all my change while vacuuming was over $8 in quarters in change holder watch out!

If I could give this place zero stars I would.I’ve been bringing my car for 2 years and the two kids that wash my car been amazing. Unfortunately, they no longer work there.I brought my car today, I paid $20 dollars & give a $20 dollar tip to whomever works on my car.But today was the worst car wash ! It was rushed, still dirty inside, mats were left on top of theback seats, window shield dirty, worse job!This company needs a new manager!

I just left Sun Auto Wash and paid to have the inside and outside of my car cleaned. The job done on the outside was good but the inside was a different story. My car was not vaccumed well at all, the inside of my car was not cleaned very well and I am extremely upset and disappointed. I will not be going back to Sun Auto Wash. My mother had the same experience a few weeks ago.

I pay $25 and some change for a full body car wash (inside and out) and the mats were not cleaned and the windows were exactly how they were when I brought my truck there. It was a lousy job and rushed . would not recommend there services too anyone

Every time I go there the work is worse. They keep trying to get out of doing the job I am paying them to do. I am not going there anymore, I am done.

I visited sun auto today and a gentleman named alan did a great job with my mustang, however the manager jordan was sitting around doing nothing while this poor boy worked his butt off.

Had my truck washed there Saturday 1/25/2020, two young guys approached it after the wash and then walked away leaving it to air dry, one came back twice and walked away again, he couldnt do anything for constantly counting his tip money. Finally these two young men returned and pretented to wipe down a dry vehicle, I have never seen such a spotted vehicle, windows and all spotted up bad. What soap do you guys use? Then the tip counter strolls over, chest and hand out wanting a tip like hes done something great. People watch them or youll get substandard work. It was my first and last time there, these kids need supervising and instructing on how to do a good job, and how to have integrity.

Went to get my truck wash and it was Christmas eve. When I arrived there were vehicles in line and they were closing up at 2 pm which I have no problem. But the problem came while vehicles were in line and no close sign was put up. The worker which takes your money just left the people in line as to what was going on. I had to get out of the car and ask what was going on because he began cleaning up while we were sitting in line and the person in front of me didnt know what was going on either. When I ask the guy he said I wave the car on and I told him that he needed to tell us if you are closed or not. The guy behind me told me that he had called and told them that he was coming back because they half cleaned his car. Hopefully if you go this car wash they treat you better.

My co-worker had his floor mats taken at this place. He noticed they were gone after a wash and went back to get them but we were told that they couldnt find them. We were shown a barrel full of peoples car mats that had been LOST which shows me that this is a regular issue for this place. The manager didnt help him at all, didnt even offer a gift card or anything. Ive tried this place twice myself and wasnt too impressed. Theres a lot of high school kids working here so if you have a nice car that you value stay clear of this place, dont risk it!!!!

Excellent detail wash. There were two people working on my car inside and out. I will go back. They made my car look brand new.

First time visiting Sun Auto Wssh. Humm, there were places that didnt get clean, on my hood, my windshield. Ill try them one more time and if I get the same results, well then Ill go some where else.

These dudes do a fantastic Job when I pull up. I cant say nothing negative about the employees. These young men do their best. We are human and we make mistakes. A car wash it can fixed right there and then. Thanks fellas🥳🥳🥳

There is one person that i get to clean my car every time I got there. His name is Malik Howell. He is a wonderful working. He’s very polite and has great manners. He gets my vehicle looking brand new every time I go there. He is the best working in my eyes. 💯💯💯💯

Every time I go there is still plenty of dust on the dash board. Windows were wiped down descently but some areas of the windshield still dirty. Also, some parts of speedometer still very dusty. This time carpets and mats were super clean and vacuumed well. But other 2 previous times this has not been the case. But then again, I only paid $15 bucks. You get what you pay for. I recommend this service if you are short on time like I was.

Beware!!! this place stole my front carpet mats that are worth $152.00. I went to get my truck washed and noticed they were missing when I got home and i know the mats went missing there since this was the only place I get my truck washed regularly. I contacted and spoke to the Manager and he refused to take any action/responsibility or offer any assistance. I was a regular customer up until this happened.

Their top of the line wash I expected my suv to be spotless. My interior was half cleaned, hand prints on my Windows from the people that cleaned it. The outside was streaked..no shine. My rims were half cleaned. I had to go back to show them. No refund they just wiped over everything again. I will not go back there. Ill go back to Magic Tunnel and if theyre closed or filled Ill just wait from now on.

Paid $25 for the managers special. They went above and beyond on my car, even vacuuming out my sons carseat and spending extra time to clean a spot off of one of the tan leather seats that I hadnt been able to remove on my own. Highly recommend! Great value and great service.

I took my truck here some time ago & paid the minimum to have it washed & the interior cleaned. Id say they did an ok job considering what I had paid for. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned to give them a fair chance. I upgraded my wash package & paid a premium price thinking they would do a better job. Instead, they did worse. A couple of high school kids, as stated on other reviews, worked on my truck the second time. This place needs to hire better. For the time being, I will take my vehicle a mile down the road. They do a better job for a better price at the Magic Tunnel Car Wash.

Not the best place to get a wash. I lifted the seat on my car so they could get under the seat better, but instead the threw the dirt from the mat at the bottom of the seat. Not really the best place, but it’s okay I guess.

Just had them wash my truck and Im very pleased. They removed all bugs and dirt. My truck looks brand new again! Thanks guys, youre now going to see me every Saturday!!

The overall service at Sun Auto Wash has progressively gone downhill over the last 6 mos. there is a general sense of indifference to doing a nice job. On at least the last two visits Ive needed to have the car re vacd and though Ive paid up charges for the top service the windows are not wiped down nor door sills wiped. I realize this is not a detail shop but to not even vacuum the rear seat area on a mini van is sub par workmanship.Though Sun Auto wash always has a pile of customers and my business will not be missed I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a nice car cleaning of better yet do it yourself, save the money, because you can do just as good a job at home and then just running through a self service auto wash

The wash cycle broke the visor over my rear drivers window. When I complained, the worker directed me to the Manager. The Manager told me that it appeared that my visor was already broken, that the visor was inferior. He stated that it was not installed at the factory, but it was installed by a dealer I told him. He stated that they were not responsible for after market items. As we were heatedly discussing this, I noticed that a piece of interior door trim was laying on my dashboard. I asked the Manager what about that piece, its installed by the factor? He said that it wasnt caused by his people. I told him that I did not rip the interior piece off and throw it on the dashboard before I drove in to this establishment.I can tell you this, that is my last trip to Sun Auto Wash!!

Disappointed for the service. Paid 23 dollars plus 5 dollar tip to find out dripping dried spots from the soap. I paid for tire shine to my surprise it was never done. I didnt check behind anyone so...not coming back.

I went in the evening on Friday February 28th and was charged over $30. When I got back to Raleigh the same bird droppings and tree residue was on the car. Even the tires were still muddy. Very very disappointed and a total waste of my money.

Got my car cleaned today if thats what you call it. The inside of my car was not done well, the bugs were not cleaned off the front of the car. When I asked the guy about it he said, sorry I forgot but still didnt do a good job. This is the second time I was not really happy with the work here and will be my last. My carpets ate not vacuumed properly, my mirror and windshield are both still dirty on the inside. I paid $45 for something I could have done better myself. Worst car wash ever!!

Broke my console clip on my car. Left swirls of armorall on dash. Windshield still had rain spots. Gunk still in cup holder. Dirt inside door. How does this place stay in business? Bye bye $50, it was good knowing you, off to the dealer to spend more money on console clip.

I took our 1998 Mazda MPV to Sun Auto Wash today and told the attendant that I only wanted an interior wash. Rain is expected. He charged me $11.95 and I told him Ill even pay a little more if it takes longer, due to the fact that it needed a serious vacuuming. I also told him to give it a good spray and wipe cleaning on the door panels, dash, and door threshold plates. When I was told it was ready, they had washed the outside and applied tire shine. The interior door panels, dash, and threshold plates had not been touched and the carpets were about 60% vacuumed. The attendant apologized and cleaned the panels but completely missed vacuuming a fabric seat. How can someone who does this every day miss crud and debris in a seat???? After the third return to them, I took the car and left. I was hoping to have a good, local full service car wash but based on this experience, they will never see me again.

This car wash cost me $52 for 2 children to clean it, 25$ for another car wash, 900$ for a new touch screen, and several hours of time wasted. I paid $52 for a wash and interior clean. Interior, wheels, and exterior was still dirty. When the what appeared to be 12 year old that was cleaning my car got into the driver seat play driving pushed the clutch and my car started rolling backward toward a car behind it i quilckly walked over as the manager saw it, jumped in and was informed that they were re vacuuming it. After re vacuuming, Upon entering my car, when they claimed they were finished, I noticed my touch screen was severely scratched. Big, long, deep scratches from what appeared to be rocks or something on the rag they used. My car has less than 2500 (two thousand five hundred) miles on it. a manager was summoned. The manager informed me that he did an investigation. The 12 year old and the 14 year old that did a job u would expect of youngsters said they didnt do it...so therefore it was like that before. So I asked him if he saw it when he drove it into the car wash...he said he didnt. He also informed me that they cant stay in business if they fix things. He also informed me that I didnt see the child pretending to drive my brand new car and send it rolling backward. So Im a liar. Perfect. Upon attempting to leave, he told me i NEEDED to fill out some paperwork and was standing in my door...i had to tell him to move after informing him I didnt NEED to do anything. I paid $52 to have to spend the rest of my afternoon re washing, vacuuming and cleaning my car, get called a liar, and for them to destroy my touch screen. Folks, avoid them like the plague. They charge top dollar for children cleaning like u would expect a child to do. :( tried to contact owner...nothing. They dont answer phones. Husband tries to talk to manager...wouldnt help at all. What a joke.

Wouldnt even give them one star, but couldnt figure out how to rate them with anything less. I will never go there again and will tell everyone to go elsewhere! I sat waiting for 25+ minutes for someone to clean the inside of my car. Finally someone who looked to be about 12 years old, wiped at it a couple of times. I had to get back to work, so I just took my car and left.

A little expensive compared to some other places and they didnt even vacuum the entire vehicle. I wouldnt recommend.
