Great Service! My friends car broke down, I called AAA and Shawn came to the rescue. I thought I was going to have to wait hours, but surprisingly he came in 20-30min, so quick! He was very nice and even looked at my friends car to see what was wrong. We were very pleased. Thank you Shawn!

This company was FABULOUS!! My daughter ran off the road about 10 pm at night and popped two tires. Called Smithfield Towing and Recovery and they were extremely responsive and were there in record time!! Towed my car safely to my mechanic in Raleigh...checking in when he got to my daughters car and again once it was delivered to the shop. I highly recommend this company!! This company was very fast and helpful. I was in Smithfield with my Husband and 1 month old son. The owner of the company provided an extra car to help take me and my son home with our car. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a fast tow, I would use them again if I ever need a tow.

I have used this company twice in the last 4 months. My daughter was involved in a wreck in Garner with her 4 year old son. They came quickly to tow my vehicle and the gentleman was kind enough to bring my daughter and grandson home as my husband was working out of state at the time and we had only the one vehicle. The second time was in Cary and the radiator hose blew off the radiator. We called and it was promptly delivered to the service station for repair. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks for the wonderful service.

I cant describe in words how truly upset I was when I called this company. Broke down on 95 in a state I didnt live in, with a truck I just bought. This company was amazing. Very understanding, professional and kind. Kind is not something you hear too often to describe a company. But, they were honestly my guardian angels that day I needed them. I wish I lived closer because Id tell all my family and friends to use this company if they are ever in a situation where they need a tow.

We got stuck on 95 during hurricane Hermine at night with a blown boat trailer tire. We googles Towing and called Dillon. He did everything he could to get us a new tire (not an easy find!) and brought it out to us. He was quick to get here and change the tire - even in the pouring rain. Not sure what we wouldve done without him! Highly recommended!

I called this morning needing a tow and they we willing to work with me on the pricing. Had a great experience and if I am ever in the area I will definitely use this tow service again!
