My experience at Deacon Jones GM of Smithfield is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I would go as far as to say they now have a lifetime customer! They listened to my wants and needs and helped me find the PERFECT vehicle!! They honestly went above and beyond what I was expecting! Now on to my sales person, Cody Thompson. Cody was honestly more concerned with my satisfaction then selling the vehicle. (Which is what sold me on the vehicle) He was SO knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at today that if I could have, I would have purchased all three! LoL! Leaving the lot today after his detailed delivery process I feel like a product expert myself! I also thoroughly enjoyed working with the general manager Neil Lambert and Casey Williams one of the finance managers. They were a absolute pleasure to do business with and they were very detailed.

Over priced repairs and too many customer service people to speak with before you get the help you require. Called local repair shop and was estimated at $100 but i called deacon first and repair was $786 estimated
