Always had great service, before today, went in to see about some attachments for my Stihl weed eater and the salesman wouldnt even get up for his computer to show me anything had the lady putting up stock to tell me they probably didnt have what I needed!

I had a bad experience with the Fuquay-Varina location a while back. I went to the Smithfield location to see how there service was. I met Josh who is the service manager. Very pleasant to talk to and was very coherent to what I was telling him. I took my tractor to him a few weeks later, he made sure he knew what I wanted done, kept me informed what was going on with my tractor. I was very impressed! So I picked up my tractor and told him he gained a new customer! Thank you Josh for listening to my needs with my tractor!

Great experience over the years. Staff has always been kind and helpful. Just yesterday I went there to buy a blower at 4:30 they didnt have quite what I was looking for, but said they could have it this morning. Called me about 1030 sure enough they had it and had already put together for me to pick up. Thanks!!

Have had a great experience at the smithfield storeevery time u have been. Andy Watkins has been an exceptional salesman always explains every piece of equipment and all details of the contracts. Will not buy equipment from anyone else. Also Corey the service manager has been extremely helpful with any problems I have had with any of the equipment I have bought,and dealing with warranty issues from manufacturers. Thanks to everyone there.

I wish there were a rating for LESS than ONE star.$5,000.00+ JD lawn tractor purchased here with stalling issues. They had it two weeks, made no attempt to resolve the stalling issues, changed the oil in it and charged me $250.00. Looked me square in the eye and lied to me about it which became evident after dealing with a second individual.Took it to an independent small engine shop; he had it two days and FIXED it for $40.00.I wouldnt bring my childs tricycle here for ANY kind of repair and Ill certainly never purchase anything from them again.

Drove an hour and a half for a decent-looking lawnmower they posted. When I got here to look at it the seat was barely attached and a fluid reservoir was completely broken. Ill never come and shop at a place like this again.

Poor service and high prices. Maybe because Im not a farmer? I have tried these people several times. I took a riding lawnmower to them that wouldnt run. They said I needed a carburetor and adjustment to the front steering and wanted to charge me over $650. I told them that was too much. Instead, I bought the carburetor from them for over $100 only to get home and find the exact same one online for under $20.When I installed the carb I found many bolts on the housing, etc. only halfway in where they had slipshod put it back together. I specifically told them in WRITTEN instructions not to replace the battery because I had just put a new one in a day before. They replaced the battery. And then did not, could not, would not give me my brand new battery back.I took the mower to a mom and pop, he found the problem in less than two minutes. I need a coil.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

I have purchased a stihl weed eater and a stihl chainsaw, both times Andy Watkins was my rep at the store, both times he knew everything about both the pieces equipment I bought, we talked about how I was going to use both pieces and he gave me a few options that would fit what i would be doing, he informed me of the warranties and what all was covered on them... anyway after several uses of my weed eater and chainsaw I am still very happy with my purchases and would recommend anyone to Andy and East Coast Equipment
