Automatic carwash. The establishment and employees were great. They have a prep station where you can scrub your bumper and wheel well yourself. All around good experience.

Dirty hard water and leaves suds all over your car. Price for service is definitely not worth it. Go elsewhere for better service and prices. Guy wasnt paying attention, started talking to some, and directed my truck almost over the rail, causing the carwash to stop midway due to alignment of vehicle then had he audacity to approach me with the blame. Customer service is the local version of their customer service. Again, its locally owned and operated. So imagine that..

This place is absolutely horrible! Management is lazy and doesn’t care about the place! All you ever hear is the employees complaining about how horrible the job is! Vacuums are always clogged up and equipment is always shutting down! I’ve gotten stuck in the tunnel way too many times! They got rid of the only person who cared about the place I guess cause she isn’t there anymore... sad! Just all around would not recommend this place to anyone... the wash scratches vehicles and when you tell the manager they don’t care at all!

I had a rental car and just wanted a quick wash, but it charged me for a hot wax too, which doubled the price, even though I never agreed to that. I was in a hurry and couldnt stop to get it worked out

Ive been a monthly subscription member with this car wash for over 2 years and have never had any issues until today. I went in to switch cars on my account (like I have several times) and had no issues doing so. After the vehicle transfer was complete I drove around to get my vehicle washed and the new tag didn’t work. I walked back over to who I’m assuming is the manager (blue shirt) to alert him that the tag wasn’t working. He walked over to the drive through and told me the tag doesn’t work for a few hours after activation and he would “ALLOW” me through this time. Excuse me, you’re going to allow me to use a subscription I pay for! I don’t appreciate being talked to or treated like I was doing something wrong.

They do a pretty good job here, only thing missing is a shampoo station for the carpets of your car.

I found it kind of creepy I pull up to pay for a simple car wash and some guy runs up to me and asked me can he detail my car. I guess he works there. Because he had on a uniform shirt (green) with the cash wash logo ....He wanted to pocket the money I guess. . He want me to give him the money instead of me putting the money in the machine. I told him no 2x, but he kept asking... haven’t been back since!

I will never come here again! My mother bought a monthly pass several months ago. Since she has bought it she has been charged twice every month. Every month I have to call and get them to give her money back. And every month they say they fix it. At this point I got sick and tired of have to fight to get my mothers money back because the man on the phone has no clue on what hes doing. I eventually went in and spoke with a older man with a blue shirt. He was very rude and did NOT know what he was doing! I had to come back several times to just cancel my mothers monthly pass. He couldnt even do that! I got tired of dealing with him so I went to the other one and FINALLY my mothers pass was canceled. Why would you have a manager that deals with peoples money not know what he is doing? Why does your customers have to fight to get there money back? This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I will no longer be coming back here. The one at the end of Gause (Pit Stop) knows what they are doing.

Ok wash . The quality verses price of the car wash wasnt that good . It was 13.00 for medium wash not with it for me . I went to another one later and 8.00 got prime wash with good preparation and wax included. Rainforest is ok but you need to wash your car with the wash buckets before you go though the auto wash.

Non expensive, never takes too long. Staff has always been professional and polite. Carwash has never caused damage to my vehicles like gas station car washes done in the past. No additional charges for use of vacuum. They over a cheap monthly unlimited wash plan. Gets cars clean.

TERRIBLE CAR WASH!!!TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES!!!Every time I go they are so rude.I went to get a car wash this week and when I came out of the wash my car barely even looked clean. Had to tell management and they just looked at me. Oh bet! I won’t ever back. Terrible terrible terrible group of people.

Never coming back to this place. dropped my keys on the ground called multiple times for them to check for me while i was headed back NOBODY answered the whole 25 minute drive. get there and everyone has an attitude i tell them my situation they don’t really care. ask to see the cameras and they said their cameras don’t work. thought it was funny completely disrespectful and will not be coming back.

This car wash is very close to my home and I use it often. Today I noticed three cones out front, but there were several cars in the vacuum side so I assumed they were open. I paid for my car wash with a credit card and pulled through to the wash. A heavy set mid-thirty year old guy came running up to me and yelled at me saying he knew I moved the cone. I advised I had not moved the cone. He then proceeded to point his finger in my face saying the wash was down and he knew I moved the cone. He said I would not be able to get my money back, but could have a free wash the next day. In a threatening way he told me I would not be allowed to pull through the wash (it was impossible anyway) and he would move the cones on to let me out. I again told him I did not move the cones. He told me to just leave. It seemed like very good advice. It will be worth driving further to find a company who wants my business.

Last week, my husband and I went to get our car washed at Rainforest car wash. After the car was washed, we parked at a vacuum spot on location and vacuumed our vehicle. Whilst vacuuming, my husband notices that the driver’s side mudflap is broken off and barely hanging on. I notify a staff member and they inform us that a manager will review camera footage and get back to us.That NEVER happened and follow-ups have been dismissed by management at Rainforest.Today, my husband goes to get our car washed again. There was evidentially a line of cars in one lane (two lanes that merge into one lane drive-thru) and the manager on staff came out yelling and swearing about everyone being in “one line” .... but it’s going to merge into one line anyway? And on top of that, now they have put up signs on the property that claim they aren’t responsible for damages... after they fail to notify us about how their machinery tore off a part of our vehicle. Shady and disrespectful.Needless to say, the service here is just terrible; From the management not caring about their monthly paying customers to the intro person that barely gives proper direction in the car wash. Please, do not waste your time or your money.. it isn’t worth the damages.

4 months ago the basic wash was $3 then they went up to $4. Now today its $5. I understand inflation but a $2 increase in 2 months is crazy!

Awesome wash but dryers cut off almost as soon as they start could be a little cheaper but overall pleased at the wash

Horrible. Got my car washed & realized 2 days later that they had knocked my entire factory installed rear windshield wiper & bracket on my 2016 Buick Enclave. Went over there to see if they had found it & the VERY jerky manager said no & if they had, they would have thrown it away!$140 later I had a new one installed by the dealership. I will NEVER go to another Rainforest Car Wash again & you shouldnt either. I will frequent either Magic Glow car wash on Pontchartrain or the Pit Stop on Gause Blvd going forward. Rainforest clearly doesnt need or appreciate my business.

The last two times I went to get a carwash it was closed. I realize I was cutting it pretty close to closing time, but if you advertize that you close at 6, you should not have the entrance in at 5:53 or 5:45. In fact, it would be extreamly convienient if you closed later. 6pm seems really early for a service business. Especially when people want to get their car washed on the way home from work. I have a monthly pass but am thinking I should cancel since every time I try to get a carwash they are closed.

Easy to use car wash with free vacuums. Getting in and out of the place can be a pain at times.

Either the website needs updating or employees need training. Yesterday I tried going before 7 since the website says they close then and around 6:40 already closed. No big deal Ill go in the morning since they open at 8.. Again wrong. Closed. Guess Ill be taking my monthly fee to pit stop since theyre actually open for business during their business hours.
