This place was horrible I paid for a full detail carwash and the interior wasnt really touched I asked the cashier about it and was told to bring it back around and the guy working simply grabbed a rag and in less than 1 minute claimed to have cleaned the entire inside. The car wasnt overly dirty to start with but I wanted it cleaned well and they have cleaned it well in the past but this was horrible beyond horrible I ended up having to clean the car myself when I left there. The pictures attached were taken after asking the guy clean for the second time.

Kevin and his guys are awesome!! We brought two cars here (our Civic before we privately sold it and the Pilot that we bought used that needed a WHOLE lot of love on the interior) and we were so happy with the way both cars came out. My parents even said the Civic looked better than it did when we first bought it. And the poor seats in our Pilot had one owner that in the ten years they owned it must have never vacuumed or washed the thing, and they made it look a thousand times better than it did before we brought it in. Highly recommend!!!!

I liked how well they cleaned my vehicle. This is my 2nd time going to them and am always impressed with their services. You can wait inside in the air conditioned building where they have many types of snacks that you can buy and eat on while you wait for your vehicle. So nice!

Good job and fast in and out

I went in to get dog urine out of my seats, owner was very polite and honest, said there was nothing they could do there and recommend a urine remover. I appreciate the honesty more than anything, and will gladly be coming back for a future detail job.

The woman behind the counter litterally ignored me for several minutes while on a personal phone call while I stood there with my ticket and credit card sitting on her counter. Then had the nerve to be rude. This isnt the first time either. Zero appreciation or respect for her customers. They do good work but be prepared to be treated very poorly.

Soak everything in the back of my Tahoe told me to come back and take care of it. Or gallons of water back there and they told me my seal was leaking. tell him to come back and I get a free car wash they wanted to wash the clean truck again

Slow but worth the wait. I dont know anywhere else in the area that cleans your car so well at such a reasonable place.

I paid for the biggest package they offer. And the work wasn’t horrible but it was sloppy. You could still see the newly applied wax in some spots and they missed a few spots on the inside. The customer service was ok but I do not recommend..

Not enough workers so service is slow. Wasnt pleased with my $25 car wash... Needed to be vaccumed better and the tire shine was none still had dirt showing on tires so i spray my own tire shine once i got home. Such a waste of $25😣😡😞

My little brother paid $84 for oil change and wash......except they didnt change the oil. Unless they use dirty oil. Looks as though just changed filter without draining oil. Went up there to confront and owner told him he personally changed it.

Best place to do your car wash in Louisiana

Had my truck washed. When my truck went in had no scratches on it. Comes out with two long scratches and all the owner can say is my people would not scratch it. Complete denial that it could happen at his place. Did not offer anyway to fix it. I would give no stars if possible

Still hand dry your vehicle!! Hope it stays this way. Great job today on my Impala.

I got a shock when a basic car wash went from38 to 68. Told t.v. he lady I just would not be back I guess it was a young man who owns the place told me I needed to go out side I couldnt wait in the air conditioned building he was rude and very much an ads to a handicapped elderly person. This was the most horrifying experiences of my life I was then scared of what he could have done to my car. I had not been ugly with the lady I just told her I wouldnt be back. I had recently moved to Harvey and couldnt find a place to have a car wash and oil change so went all the way to Slidell then was treated with such disrespect. I worked in the public when I was able to work and could not imagine treating anyone like this young man treated me it was horrible. The business wont stay there very lone when they have employees like him. RUDE and mean. Never would recommend anyone go there unless you want to get ripped off and sent out for 15 minutes or more in the 105 temperatures. I could see if I had been rude all I said was I would not be back. Now they made a enemy and I dont want to hold my tongue I will shout it to the world and more dont go there they will treat you worse than any place I have ever been in my life I would appreciate it if you checked your Visio servialance I dont use any profanity until you kicked me out and I was outside. I simply stated I will not be back. Sometimes you need to walk in someone elses shoes before you get rude. My mother was in ICU I just left court where I had put my husband in jail for hospitalizing me from domestic abuse then you came in with an attitude from me saying I wouldnt be back and I felt you guys didnt explain the additional charges. But if your lady felt I was rude to her I apologize she was very nice not like you

I waited for 2 and a half hours. Left and they never even bothered to clean my back seat. It was never touched with a vacuum. The owners were very rude when I went back to confront the problem. Very unprofessional. I will never recommend them to anyone ever again.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at any business in my life! I came to get a full service car wash. Told them what I wanted with a few extras. Paid over $41 and waited 45 minutes and the car had not moved from where I had parked it in line. Went out to ask what was going on because other cars are moving head of mine and they said that the girl in charge of my line took her lunch break. The owner said that it was my problem that we picked that line. Ended up waiting a total of an hour and a half and asked for some compensation for time I was told absolutely not, that my time wasnt worth anything and that if I didnt like the way they conduct business, then dont come back. The rude owner also asked my 20-year-old son why he was dating a cougar!

Dont feel so bad about writing this review after readying other reviews. Will never go back !!! Horrible experience. Was quoted one price but charged a higher amount. Job was not completed. Lady at the desk was rude and gentleman giving incorrect pricing was also rude. Wish I had looked at reviews before using this company.
