I had an issue with a policy. The ladies in the office were very prompt and responsive getting my concerns taken care of and processing the needed transaction. This office has always been great in customer service and is how insurance should be sold and services.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Every time we drop by to discuss updates or changes to our policy, we never have a wait or delay. Staff is very informed and guide us through our variety of choices and options.

Whenever I call or visit my questions and concerns are quickly dealt with. The office always contacts me every year to see if any changes occurred in my life that could affect my insurance needs. Allstate is not the perfect Insurance but which one is. Part of my decision on which Insurance I use is the fact I know the Commission money is going to great people.

Ive been with Allstate homeowners insurance for over 30 years. When I lived in Los Angeles, my homeowners was with Allstate, so when I relocated here in 1985 I continue with the service.After Hurricane Katrina, the agents at that time were so helpful and expedient. I have been satisfied for decades.

Ricky Walmsley, Inc., an Allstate Agent, in Slidell, Louisiana, consistently provides the absolute WORST experiences when dealing with Insurance companies. Three years running, they have NEGLECTED to send me a bill for ALL of my home insurance policies. Each year staff in this agency has promised this would not happen again, but it always does.First year this horrible agency screwed it up my policy was canceled, which required me to pay 10% more for a NEW policy. On the second year they failed to perform the duties theyre paid to perform, although they didnt send me a bill, they did send me the cancelation notice. Therefore, I was forced to drop everything else, and immediately go to Rickys office, to pay for the policy.My question to ALLSTATE is simple, if you (Allstate Insurance Company) pay Agents to administer/service customers accounts, and they do NOT do that, what are the Agents being paid for? Would it not be reasonably to expect a refund from Allstate, after all, they paid (with my money) this hopeless incompetent agency to do a job they did not do, for three years in a row?Although Ive been with Allstate for 42 years, apparently, since they refuse to correct, or make amends, for their mistakes, it is time to move on.

I dont know all the functions of my cell phone and an associate downloaded the Allstate ap for me and in 6 months I was sent a check for $60.00 for safe driving. Ricky told me about the ap and also let me know that there is a financial planner in the office that could help me with my retirement goals and he did!

Higher than average rates on both Auto and Home Insurance. Geico and State Farm are cheaper with the same amount of coverage. If you pick your insurance, based on how nice someone is to you on the phone, this is the company for you.
