Ms Carter seemingly got me a good quote and quickly.Come time for the insurance company to inspect my property there was an issue that they had asked to be repaired. Me and my agent discussed it and I was assured it would be alright for the remainder of the policy year(10 months or so). A few weeks later I got a refund check in the mail due to cancellation of my policy. I contacted Ms Carter about this who sounded very surprised and told me she would contact the insurers and get back to me promptly. A week passed, I called back and left a message for her to call me, I did so again a few days later and no reply. I called the insurance company ( Americas) twice about the situation, whom were very astute and tried to help but could not proceed because of Janes lack of participation. I then the next week, finally, after I had realized her intentions to ignore my situation went shopping for insurance which by this point was almost near impossible to find after having been without for 6 weeks. I had to settle with Louisiana Citizens at a much higher rate because of a 2 month lapse.
