I have never bought a new car before. I got to used car lot and Dylan Mertes came right out to help. He was not pushy, helped me find cars, let me test drive multiple and was very helpful and honest. I did not feel pressured once. I was not looking forward to the whole process and Dylan made it an awesome experience. Even after I had bought the car Dylan was helpful with other questions I had and got back to me very quickly. I would definitely recommend Graham Auto and Dylan for any needs you have in the future.

I have bought three vehicles from this location and been happy every time. To add to that, their service department is top of the line. They are quick, efficient and keep you up to date on all maintenance before proceeding. Better yet, they have provided a loaner car every single time allowing me to keep my schedule on point. While no maintenance is fun they make it as easy as possible for the client.

Then after rapidly diagnosing the problem, they were able to fix it rapidly and within my time schedule again. Graham improperly installed a seal in a CV axle during a warranty repair. After discovering and asking for replacement parts they refused as it was after the 12 month repair warranty and factory warranty. Only like $25 worth of parts. Good thing that that the CV joint didnt fail yet. Id expect better from a dealer, especially with the prices that they charge. Everyone was very polite and friendly while they refused to help me out.
Outstanding service department. Took in a used Audi for an inspection and they went through everything. A few things we knew about, and at least one that the original car lot we bought it from most certainly knew about and chose not to disclose. They also reattached the splash shield that the used car dealer did not properly reinstall after the oil change. Complete break down of estimates for repairs, a complete timetable for when the parts would be in and repairs can be completed. Even offered to keep the car until everything was in and completed, with an offer of a loaner vehicle until it was done! The only place I would recommend you take your Audi!

This VW Dealer and their Service Manager went above and beyond for my situation. They are FANTASTIC!My friends daughter was traveling from Chicago to the Bad Lands for a little road trip. The AC went out on their 2015 Tiguan and so I started calling around to several VW Dealers along I-90 to try and get these girls some help. Now mind you, these girls were only 18 years old and didnt know much about cars or getting them fixed. After reaching Dan the Service Manager at Graham Volkswagen and telling him my (the girls) situation, he could not possible have been nicer, more accommodating and helpful! Dan went above and beyond making some special accommodations for the kids to get their car fixed and back on their road journey.This store is obviously very well run and its the exact same service I would expect from my own people in my own service department! As a matter of fact, if Sioux Falls wasnt so far away from Chicago I would try to hire Dan in a minute!You see I own my own Volkswagen Dealership in Chicago, Muller Volkswagen and I was just trying to help a close friend and his daughter get help. I can personally tell you that in my opinion this store has top notch service and employees!Thanks Dan, you are fantastic!

Only dealership in town where you a treated with respect and everyone is truly so friendly. Whether buying a car or changing your oil, I leave feeling good about the experience and my time there. This is the way a dealership should be run. Wouldnt even consider buying a car anywhere else in Sioux Falls.
Don’t use their auto body shop. They did a windshield replacement, not only did it make a god awful wind noise they dented the body all around the windshield like they beat the heck out of it with a hammer. They reused the parts they were suppose to replace the clips and trim ( there is a kit the manufacturer makes just for replacing the windshield) they didn’t buy one trying to save money and pocket the cash while still billing me for it. How do I know because they used an adhesive in place of the clips and the body panels started to come off due to that, it would like be building a house using glue and not nails. When I had the windshield replaced the body shop that fixed the issues brought me in and showed me during the removal of the old parts what they did and why. I brought all those parts back to Graham. Disputed the charges and received my money back. They never argued because they knew I was right. Don’t trust this place. The detail shop is amazing, truly one of the best in any state I have used. Highly recommended the detail shop.
Good service. The service managers are really nice folks. They are honest and caring and wont oversell you on anything. If you have a volkswagen product, I really cant recommend them enough for servicing.

When my daughter relocated to Sioux Falls, she and I went to Graham Auto after visiting with two of the larger dealerships, which left MUCH to be desired. The level of customer service we received from Ryan, our sales associate, was more than we could have asked for. He and the dealership went above and beyond to find the car that my daughter wanted and that was in her price range! Due to her travel schedule, they even made special delivery arrangements! Graham Auto knows the value of true customer service. As a mom I am grateful that Volkswagen makes such safe reliable vehicles, and for the sincere and personable sales team that guided us through the process.

Graham Automotive is known for its exceptional customer service, and Ive experienced it firsthand on several occasions, most recently when Troy and Brock helped me to troubleshoot a fuse problem on our VW Passat. They were patient, understanding and went above and beyond to research the issue and help me to solve it without having to bring in the car for service. They reflect great credit on Graham Automotive. Then, when I left my wallet at the parts counter, Taylor promptly called me and held it until I returned. Graham Automotive Body Shop did an excellent job for me. My car, jointly owned with my daughter, had been rear ended. We took it to Marvs Body Shop who did a horrible paint and repair job. So when Marvs could not do it correctly, we went to Graham Auto Body Shop. Graham Body Shop did it right the first time, and the paint matched perfectly and the body parts fit exactly. I should have used Graham Auto Body the first time. I will from now on. Excellent work and super nice people to deal with. It was a pleasure working with Graham Volkswagen Body Shop. Highly recommended.
Graham set up my Saab recall service. Drove 1.5 hours to my appointment. An hour into the appointment they tell me they only ordered parts for one of the two recalls. They also realized they ordered the completely wrong part so the appointment was a complete waste..... I was then informed they would contact me when the correct parts come in. Thanks Graham Automotive .... stellar customer service.

A year ago we purchased a Routan for our growing family - we received a great price for our trade in which made purchasing this new vehicle a great deal! The service we receive from the folks at Graham is amazing - I dont just feel like one more customer to them - they seem to really care about you. Between work and kids, my days are busy so things like getting an oil change are not at the top of my priority list. It usually is last minute that I need one and the guys in service always fit me in which is a HUGE help in my chaotic schedule. Ill be a Graham Automotive customer for life!

Overall is okay. But, be careful of fix quote.They might charge you something supposed to be covered with warranty. I knew it cause I visited different VW dealerships before and caught them. I guess fooling customer is not the right way to run and profit business. I dont know if they would send the parts supposed to be covered back to VW and get another paid.

Every time ive bring my car in for maintenance I leave with some small defect like the front toe hook cover missing, a small knock when I press the gas, lights acting weird in the rain. If its not intentional then its just the worst luck ive ever had. I also had my turbo go out which was a defect Audi knew about but I was 5,000 miles outside the specific warranty for defective turbos so I had to pay $3000 to have it replaced. 5000 miles earlier and they would have fixed it for free. I feel like im constantly pointing out things after I leave and I feel bad, but what would you do in my position? Its a fairly new car so I prefer to have it serviced at an Audi shop but its hard to justify. They also never call me back. One time my car sat there for 2 days before I called and they said Were happy you called because we didnt know why your car was here. Are you serious? I saw someone else in the comments said the same thing. How does that happen twice?
They always make sure the job is done correctly and that you are satisfied with the work done.

Poorly run service department. Incompetence and an unwillingness to work with customers would be an understatement. Graham wanted to put a 4th, yes 4th, new water pump in my VW CC (at $900/pop) in just 11 months. Their service department was not willing to cover them under warranty either. I took my car to Classic Import down the road and they found a cracked hose that was the source of my year long frustrations. Classic Import fixed the leak and two other minor issues for 1/3 the price Graham wanted to replace another unnecessary water pump. I also had two instances in my experiences with Graham where my car came back from service in worse shape than I brought it in. One of the times my check engine light was on when they gave it back to me. It wasnt on when I brought it in. Another time they cracked a fuel line doing a repair and gave me back a car that was leaking fuel in the engine bay. Dont waste your time or money here. The gang at Classic Import will be your new best friends after having to deal with Grahams nonsense. I will never again bring another car through the doors at Graham.
I had brought my car in on Monday and told them I need it done before Friday. They told me it would be no problem. I need this car so I can go on vacation. Come today, Thursday afternoon they call and tell me it wont be done till Friday mid morning. Im leaving at 6am every disappointed.

First of all I hate complaining about service but this got to be too much.Got the go ahead to drop my car off for an appointment at seven the next day, I called two days later and they were glad I called because no one knew why my car was there. Fast forward a week of spotty communication (I can take partial blame there Im a busy guy and Im sure they are too) and my car is fixed but with a new squeal I have not heard before, so I pop open the hood when I get home and (not the cause but no less important) just shy of all my coolant is gone and the only clue is bright green pools around my engine. Hard to miss if your looking at the engine, much less filling the brake fluid which is right next to the transparent and empty receptacle. If your wondering what that squeal was one check of the dipstick would tell you, or you could look under the fuel filter in this case. I said I hate complaining and that Im busy so it appeals to me that right on the receipt it says you will be contacted for customer service, so I wait for the call. It comes quickly while Im at work and I tell her a bit about what happened, before Im done I get a odd sorry and thats it.Thats what just shy of a grand will buy you here, unprofessional service and a sorry. Though Im sure they are great at keeping new cars running.

My husband and I wanted to buy a new Volkswagen and shopped online then showed up at the dealership. We walked in to the showroom and the salesguys must not have wanted out business because they were all joking and slapping around on each other....also think we heard a few four-letter words used too.When they saw us they stopped and one of them asked if we had been helped, to which we replied no. So we spent about 20 minutes with this kid who obviously was new walking around the lot and he knew not too much about the all-wheel drive technology we almost asked for another salesperson. Upon taking a test drive, the vehicle had no fuel so we had to stop at the gas station before test driving it. On the test drive this guy was texting and playing with his phone instead of talking to us about the vehicle.Upon getting back, he asked if we were ready to buy which we replied that would would need to think about it. We made a call to the dealership in Mankato and bought our Tiguan from them from a salesman who answered every question over the phone immediately.If you go to this dealership, make sure you get a salesperson who knows their product....its obvious he was not prepared.
