I love this place. The workers are so sweet. She did a good job on my nails. I love them. Except she charged my little sister 25 dollars for a simple manicure . Shes (5) by the way. The prices are so low I love it . Even though it took a little long it was wroth the wait. 😊

I was there for 2 1/2 hrs to end up with having plain toenails because I had to take color off toenails due to they were smeared somehow while I was seated getting a manicure. Then while I was getting a manicure (after being suggested a nail dip last time for strength) I found out the dip ruined the top of my nails and made them permanently whitish and I have to let them grow out to go back to natural color. And she proceeded to put top coat on without doing white tips that I asked for. Needless to say, I will never go back there again!

This has been our only nail salon that we go to for YEARS. they do everything, even eyebrows and prices are very affordable. Staff is friendly, respectful and hospitable. They offer me a beverage even if im just waiting for my daughter to get her nails done. Quality work, the best shellac nails in town! Well done!

My pedicure and dip manicure might just be the best I have ever had! I live out of state and my sister took me to L.A. Nails and Spa and the service was really great. I like getting a dip manicure but I hate when the electric nail file is used. I asked them not to use it and they didn’t give me a hard time (which is what would usually happen at my hometown nail salon... they would try to convince me to use it anyway) They used a buffer instead. The foot and calf massage were beyond amazing! I am so happy with my nails and wish I lived in the area so I could be a regular customer!! You will not be disappointed if you check them out!

Best place in town! Shellac manicure lasted ~4 weeks. Designs were always creative and neat! And on top of great work, friendly customer service. Make sure you have an appointment.

My gal and I went in and got pedicures. That went fine, BUT. She asked for a full set, which she got, but it was the worst nail job Ive ever seen. The nails were cut to the right length, but filed down your a point where they were way to short. The glue was not only on my nails, but on my skin itself, and Im forced to pry my fingers from my nail due to the glue. The guy who did it also failed to mention he burned my finger, and instead of letting me know he put his finger over it, and once the glue was placed on, it burned me. I asked for a flower design on my ring finger, and I got these stripe thing. I got not only burned, but the wrong design on my finger, glue to my skin under my nails, and nail polish everywhere on my finger. Terrible.

Tony did an amazing job, took his time with me. Out of the many different salons, i would highly recommend this one as the best so far! It is worth the drive 😊 and look forward to it again!

Today was my first time coming here because the usual place I go to was very busy. the workers were so kind and friendly and I dont really like getting pedicures and I decided to get one here and it was the best one I have ever gotten. I came into LA nails in a crappy mood hoping getting my nails done would help a little and I left feeling so much better after the great service I received and the pleasant ladies working. Will definitely be returning!

Over charged nails were not what we asked for or paid for my daughter wanted designs on french tip and didnt get any designs. I chose no designs and they did a design on my nails. Was told it would be 22 each it was 28 for mine and 25 for my daughter and almost $60 charged totally disappointed. My nails have rough edges on top and hard not smooth and soft. Daughters nails too long wanted shorter hers are squared she wanted rounded like mine

Came here with my 3 year daughter for her first mani and pedi. They did an amazing job. They were patient and took their time so the experience for her was a fun one. They also did an awesome job on my own pedicure! We will be back.

Very friendly staff and great with fingernails, but NOT with toes:I want to love this place because it is so close and convenient to my house. I’ve been here 3 times and 2 of the 3 were terrible. I get my toes done because I get bad ingrown toenails on my big toes. The older woman who works there does not know what to do to fix it, nor is she gentle at all when dealing with irritation. She is sloppy when painting your toes. She paints onto the skin then digs her thumb nails in your toes to clean it off. It just looks awful. I tried, but I will not be coming here anymore.

Took sister-in-law and we loved our experience. Would highly recommend, very nice and clean environment. ❤❤❤

I got 5 flowers on two of my nails and with each flower, they had me put my hands in the UV gel polish dryer. During this time, i didnt think anything of it, but a couple days later my knuckles and around my thumb were stinging and super red. I was burnt from the UV gel polish dryer because i had my nails in there for atleast 2 minutes for each flower on each of my nails.

I got deluxe spa mani & pedi combo there today. At first Im happy, until she cut cutticle on my little finger and it started bleeding. It make me nervous and not happy. She does apologize but well definitely wont going back. 2 stars the happy start.

Absolutely love all staff. Super nice,environment is amzimg. Went in 4 years ago on someone elses word. And been going ever since. Amazimg work!!!

I used to love this place but they have gone down hill as of late.. they dont have the staff to keep up with the client base so they rush through everything to get you out fast for more customers. However, when they do that they get sloppy. My gel nails barely lasted a week and a half and they cut my skin 3 differnt times and I kind yelped bc it hurt and they just laughed. Didnt say sorry or treat the spot they cut. My mother was with me and she got a very bad infection from her cut. Until they get more staff i dont think I will be returning. And even then Im still not sure I will go back anytime soon..
