I dont go here very often, but I had family in town and they wanted a mani-pedi. They were very impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff, and the mani pedis were top notch!

First time Ive had a mani-pedi and I LOVED it! Helen gave me wonderful service and the massages on calves and arms were sensational. I love my pretty nails and the relaxing feeling is staying with me.

Overpriced pedicures, & when mine was done, I found that I still had callus on my heels. I wont be returning, & wouldnt recommend to others.

I first walked in it seemed clean and professional until I sat down and he started. He was friendly to my face but not my fingers and seemed like he was rushing. Why I don’t know. Your already sitting down doing them you might as well do them right. They were absolutely terrible. And didn’t seem to care at all.

Visit took place on a Saturday checked in at 3:30 pm- understaffed. Came in for pedicure and full set. Left with pedicure only because I sat soaking in water for 50 minutes before someone could get to me. There are no prices hanging for customers to see beforehand.Got toe nails painted however upon inspection the tech did a poor job as not all nails were completely covered.

Really bad place one of the guys doesn’t even know how to do nails.he left all my nail halfway painted And uneven Because he was paying more attention to a football game lol and is expensive for what you get. Really disappointed not worth going there.

Had appointment for four of us at 11 am. On time and there wasnt enough employees there for all of us. 2 walk ins arrived and they were promptly taken care of. Meanwhile my technician had me place my hands in acetone to remove the shellac, then left me to work on another costumer. Sat there for 10 minutes or more finally asked if I could remove my hands from acetone. I had to peel off polish myself. Other than that incident and the appointment problem ( not having enough staff on hand) it was an ok experience. it will be on my list for possible return if my regular Salon cant get me in.

I have been going to 5 star since they have opened. It seems like the more I go the worse it gets. I paid for the second to highest pedicure and it took 30mins. I also get shellac every and my toes weren’t covers and my shellac started coming off a week later. I feel like they’re all about money and not the customer experience. Not to mention my friend got a pedicure with white polish and her paint job was horrible and you could see threw the paint. Asked to fix and it still looked horrible. They aren’t very friendly and tell their staff not to talk to the customers. I won’t be back.

Always do a good job on my nails and they offer you beer and wine during. My favorite is the mood changing colors. I always get complements on them.

I was not the person receiving a pedicure; I was simply the driver that day for my wife and a family friend. However that did not stop they staff from treating me as a valued customer. Nancy, the person giving my wife her spa treatment, made sure that I was comfortable, offer me a beverage and ensured that I enjoyed the experience as much as my wife. My wife received a foot massage, foot soak and nail coloring along with some other foot grooming, which Im unsure of what was done. My wife was very happy with the entire experience as well was I. This will be a certain go to for a birthday, mothers day or one of those just because gifts.

Went in for a dip. They were not busy at all. Tokyo was super nice however Im not impressed with the work he did. The first day with them the top coat is peeling off, I had the dip on my skin, and my thumb nail cracked and a piece broke off. Ive always came for the pedicures because they have always been great. However the last two times Ive done the dip, the quality is terrible. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

Id had a bad experience because the stylists/technicians were too busy talking to each other and watching football rather then talk to their client in the chair right across from them.The stylist wouldnt listen to a thing I asked. My nails were very sharp on the bottom and I asked him to file them down and he told me they were fine.Not happy at all.

I am only giving this place a one star because of the price. Not highly priced but service was terrible. We called and made an appointment for our bridal party weeks in advance and requested we be placed together. When we got to the nail salon they separated all of us. My maid of honor requested the gel nails and they used regular finger nail polish but charged her for the gel. They mocked my mother-in-law and aunt who they dont get their nails done very often so were unsure what to do (hence why we asked to be placed together), I was the bride and was rushed through getting my nails done, couldnt relax because they cut all my cuticles and made them bleed. My maid of honor was mocked when she tripped over the table and the manager laughed and told the others and they all laughed at her. All and all a very bad experience before the biggest day of my life. Will not recommend this place to anyone, or go back.

Do is great! He knows how to do a good shape and ombré nails. He definitely takes his time to make sure you like your nails. I loved it for the price.

I went to get a manicure today and my friends and I all got bad service. I would give this place a 0 star rating if I could. They were rushing and hurt all our finger nails and a few of my nails were not the same size and not filed properly. My sister had a nail much smaller then the other thumb and the man put a lot of pressure when doing my nails. If I’m paying $35 I expect them to do good and not rush because other customers arrive. NOT a happy camper, don’t go here.

Yesterday was my first day at 5 stars and, I absolutely loved it!! My nails are perfect they made them exactly like I wanted them and they did not charge extra like other nail saloons.

I asked for an ombré yellow nail, and sparkle on one and they gave me all neon yellow nails with nail polish still on the side of my fingers. I kept showing them the picture of what I wanted and they told me to put the phone down, they know what they’re doing and came out with completely different nails then I wanted.

I want to say I really like this place because my grandma and my cousin went here and their nails looked really nice but I honestly cant my nails were messed up the first time and started peeling that same night he didnt do them how I wanted he wanted to do it his wayand I was so disappointed that I called the next morning and they did get me in to redo my nails but even when I got them redone they still werent correct or done right the next day they were peeling again but at that point in time I was already upset and in active labor so I didnt even bother going back in and I dont think I will be going back anymore either sorry its a beautiful place you can tell its family-orientated but just isnt the place for me

Waxed on my lip and made it bleed all the way across! Also my daughter was getting her nails done and they sliced through her nail and cut a big gash out of her nail! Also staff is unfriendly and service is terrible!

The staff was so kind and nice! They made sure I was comfortable. The gentleman that did my nails made sure that I liked my nails through out the entire process rather than an outcome I didn’t like. I would highly recommend getting nails done here!

Salon was pretty but my nails were not. Turned out thick and messy looking. Ive not been to a salon that has made my cuticle hurt after almost a week. I get my nails done every 2 weeks,but I wont be returning here.

Loved this place for years. Over the last couple years ( I only get my nails done maybe 3-4 times a year) I have wish I wouldve gone anywhere else. I have been treated like I was more annoying for them that I walked in the door rather than they were happy for the customers business. During the pedicure the I was greeted with a timer being set like they were more looking forward to being done constantly being left alone while the ladies next to me were coming and going. By the end of it after getting poor message on my legs I was just wanting to leave. I would never recommend to anyone else and I will probably never return. I left with more scratches on my skin from their long nails than comfort and relaxation I was hoping for.

They were very aggressive and me and my friend got cut. Good designs tho.

Tracey does an excellent job on my nails and pedicures ! She is always happy and friendly and makes sure that her client has a relaxing experience. I have never had a bad experience the entire staff knows there clients by name and are all friendly and willing to go above and beyond expectation . Very unprofessional. Italy did my nails and I was very dissatisfied. She was talking so much with the workers and laughing so much that she would constantly stop. Someone would ask a question then they start talking in their language making it so uncomfortable. The massage, oh yea what massage, she was to busy talking to focus. Wouldn’t go back. Then as I leave someone else was coming in complaining about the work they did. Horrible service!

So im new to this salon and i will DEFINATELY be coming back. Jena fixed my moms nails because the last salon made her nails GIGANTIC and chunky and jena reshaped them and was VERY plesant and kind. She did my nails took my old acrylic off and gave mr dip system with tips to even out my natural nails made my nails look soo real and beautiful and mr do did my 4yr olds nail painting and kept her happy and entertained and even added glitter to her nails and did a great job! We WILL be coming back for our fills and so on and recommending this place to all our friends who like to be pampered! Thanks Jena! Only reason i did not do a 5 star is because ive only gone once so far and i want to be sure my returning visits will be the same! ♡

I had the worst pedicure Ive ever had. The staff was friendly, but I paid for a pedicure and didnt even receive everything in my package. I had to repeatedly tell the man that he didnt remove my callouses and still after barely rubbing the remover on my feet there was no difference. I would never recommend this to anyone and Ill never come back. Very dissatisfied!

Seem to be getting worse each time we go. Shorter massage and havent used the cheese grater on me the last 8 times we have gone.

I was told I would have a 5 min what to get my nails painted its not 45 mins later and Im still sitting in a chair waiting. They have asked me to move chairs 2 times so other people could sit in them Im very unimpressed and I think that this is a really crappy place. Would not recommend.
