Been years since Ive gotten a pedicure and it was such a great experience to get one done at the original place I had my first first one at. Spectacular customer service, very prompt, and they do an amazing job!

They told me they couldn’t do the nails and then switched me ladies and were being rude I told them it was okay that I could do something else and my nails are all crooked and the nail polish is all bad and uneven ugh

SO incredibly disappointed. Ive been driving an hour to come to this salon for maybe 8 years. Ive had a couple minor times Ive been less than satisfied, however my experience today was completely awful.Im not one to leave reviews, especially poor ones, but before you consider getting services here check out the nails I walked out with today.The tech was foul, at points yelling at me in front of a salon full of option. The present manager, Kim, was less cruel, however still adamant that I would still be charged for the manicure. I didnt come with some wild photo or request a detailed design, however the tech who had been short and rude through my pedicure as well, was simply not able to draw the lines (yes LINES) I was asking for and became angry when I asked if someone else could finish my nails, snatching my hands multiples times saying she would just take it all off and I could go.Pictured is what I left with, a completely unacceptable and sloppy few coats of gel, and the photo of what I was aiming for. No two nails are the same shape, gel does not cover the sides of the nail, there are bubbles and lumps everywhere, and all I wanted was some very simple lines. Bad nails is one thing, but the way I was treated today is another. I hope no one else ever has this experience. Find another nail salon to ensure that you dont.

They did such an amazing job! I came in on a Saturday and was expecting to have to wait a long time to get my nails done. However, they seated me right away and started immediately. I was able to get shellac done in record time, and it was great service. The price was very affordable. They were very friendly, and I will definitely be going back to them next time.

I go here about once a month do get my nails done, they always do a great job. I went for my prom set Friday April 23rd and omg im inlove they look so good. They are always super nice and make my nails look good every single time!💞

I went in today for a shellac manicure. Even though they were super busy today, they seated me fairly quickly. Mai was very sweet and nice and she did a great job on my nails! The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that she didnt work on my cuticles at all. However, this may have been my fault because I didnt ask her to. The end result is very beautiful!

I’ve been coming to Lynn Nails for about a year now, and the service is always professional. I haven’t been able to come due to Covid-19, but I did today. Their salon is very clean. They are doing well with social distancing, taking temps, requiring masks, and maintaining cleanliness. Highly recommend their services!

This is the only place out of 12 places in Sioux City that the nail polish on my daughters come off the same day. Their customer service is great and made both me and my daughters feel like princesses. They go above and beyond to add designs and make experiences worth it! If no one has a go to place for nails, I highly recommend Lynn Nails.

Decided to give this place another try, this time the place looked nicer your greeted right away, offered a drink and for a busy day seated pretty quick. I came in requesting shellac nails the gal who helped me convinced me Dip was better when she showed me samples of this Dip it looked like shellac to me so I agreed. The whole processed was rushed there was no care for fine details. I have never been so unhappy with my nails. For starters I paid $30.00 with no manicure my nails were left so thick and with polish overlapping my cuticles I had very uneven chucks of dip on my nails. I left crying at the horror straight to another salon where I paid 10.00 to have them semi fix them. Never again will I try this place.

I absolutely love the staff at Lynns Nails. They are very professional and do a wonderful job. The salon is family owned, I started going there when their parents opened, now their children have taken over. Its the best nail salon in town.

I come into this salon during Christmas time last year with a friend and got pedicures, and loved it so much that I decided to come back and get my nails Donne for my birthday. (This was in February 2020) when u came in, we didn’t wait long to get seated, but when the lady started to take off the acrylic off my nails, she didn’t soak them if it use and e-file like o would’ve expected. Nope, she took other glue on tips and started pulling the old acrylic off. My real nails have been so bad, thin and brittle, that when I take off my own do powder nails, they hurt And feel disgusting. My nails used to be so healthy. Pulling acrylic Off your nails damaged then so much. It pulls off your actual nail. Never want to go back

I love Lynn, been going for so long, going in today to get acrylics. Jimmy and Kim are the best ones. Jimmy never lets me done at the quality of my nails. They make me so happy!

I called to ask how much they charge for little girls nails to be done and the lady asks me what kind so I said that my little girl is 5yrs old. She continues to ask what kind. So I asked her; what kind do you have? She hung up on me! I cant beleive what horrible customer service. It will be the first time I take my little girl and it will never be at a place that has people without manners working! I dont know much about nails so I had no idea what she wanted me to tell her.

I always come in get my nails or eyebrows done here in they do a great job on my feet but I was not satisfied with my eyebrows but they always did a great job on my eyebrows but not this day I told her I dnt like my eyebrows thin then she mess up my eyebrows . I’m sorry for the miss understanding but this was the wrong place

Went in at 3:30 with a 3 other women, we had an appointment. Took 3 and a half hours to get a pedicure and manicure. Beautiful finish but an hour later I c that the gel is Peeling from the acrylic nail on my left hand. I paid 61 bucks to get these nails. This is not ok. Felt rushed and like the artist was annoyed.

I love the convenience of Lynn’s and how I don’t have to make an appointment. They are always welcoming and will help you if something is not how you like it. Highly recommend a girls relaxation day here

Establishment seemed fairly clean. Staff was nice. My pedicure was awesome. The 3 stars is for my nails. The nails were not shaped the same and my shellac peeled completely off in a sheet after 48 hours.

At Lynn Nails, I told my nails technician that I only wanted a plain manicure and pedicure, none of the nail art or gel stuff. She understood me. She did a great job and did not try to sell me on anything. I was happy with my nails. Moreover, it lasted so long, the day after, and a few days after that. I will be back to this salon.

Did OK with the nails but the workers are not particularly friendly. Tonight I waited for an hour without getting waited on. I needed a fill and apparently all they were interested in doing were pedicures. Walk-ins after me got a pedicure and I just sat.Ive been going there for six months. Wont be back.

Excellent service, have been going there for 5 years and have been very satisfied. Get many compliments on my nails and asked freq where I get them done.

My mom went in today (12/30) to get her nails done. She came back furious about her experience. When she went in she was asked what she wanted and she explained she wanted dip and a manicure if possible. The owner then said well that is expensive, she embarrassed my mom in front of all the customers. My mom went in no matter the price to get what she wanted done she can pay for it. Not only that, the nail tech next to her, said in English, while looking at my mom told their customer they were helping that “this woman never knows what she wants” and my mom knew it was a directed comment about her. The nail tech helping my mom was gone during that time and when she came back my mom complained about her experience with the owner being very rude and the nail tech agreed to talk to the owner. Worst experience ever and never going back.

By far one of the worst places I’ve been. Called I’m the am on New Years to see if they are open! Yes they said, when I get here they tell me they have a 1 hour wait. Could have said that on the phone, but, No problem, while I sat and waited they tell me that I can go somewhere else and proceed to ask me many times if I heard what they said! Aside from your broken English, ma’am, with all do respect, yes, I heard you! I’m just waiting for a ride! I would never suggest anyone to come to this place, nor will I be returning!

Took excellent care of my mother who is wheelchair bound.

More like a polish change than a pedicure. My feet are still rough and massage was a lotion rub in. Only saving grace was it was cheap.

If I could rate them a zero I would horrible pedicures they barely want to touch your feet then try and charge you extra for thing you do in a basic pedicure which is dumb but I guess they have to get money some way.
