Ive been washing my car at the Hamilton location several times a week for the past 6 months. They have always done a great job, been professional and my car has never looked better. Always go for the Platinum Plus wash. They use a two-step ceramic coating that really makes it shine! The memberships are a great deal if you wash at least 2x a month and if you have multiple cars, get a wash card - use it on all your vehicles, at all locations and it doesnt expire. Cheaper than buying a single wash every time.

Love it it. Manager and everyone is so nice and friendly. Where else can you get this for a great price and affordability. We will keep coming back. Thank you for everything you guys do.

Every time I get my car washed here, it comes out sparkling clean! I love the towels they provide and the staff is awesome.

Was nice to go to a place like this got my truck cleaned and was awesome that they had the free vacuums as well.

At the booth, I mentioned I wanted to make sure the bugs were removed. As I was vaccuming the interior, she came to make sure I was happy and offered go run me through again if I wasnt—but I was. Terrific value!

Got my car done 4 times. 2 at 1 location and the other 2 at 2 at different locations and they could not bugs off the wind shield all within 1 and a half

No towels in either area. There were 3.or 4 employees and one walking past the areas where towels are kept. This was at Floyd location.

This is the best carwash ever. I love the colors. The towels and vacuums were good. I would recommend this carwash.

Its pretty nice and quick, I like the vacuums but one of the vacuum stations dont work very well. It bends our lisence plates really badly. It literally makes them look like a tri-folding brochure. The customer service is okay some days, but one of the guy who tells you to pull up to the belt is pretty rude.

It has 4 different plans for unlimited washing for the month. It has a good system and on hand staff. Many car washes these days are automated so a personal touch is nice.

People who work there have poor customer service skills. All it takes is for a couple of employees to bring the whole entire organization down. I wont be returning.

Got the highest package which was affordable. They sprayed and wiped down the car thoroughly before going through the wash. The car looked great! The part I was most pleased with was the free vacuuming with no time limit afterward, and free towels to get any spots the dryer missed! Will be coming back.

For $30 I expect a clean vehicle. There were several spots on my truck that didnt get wiped let alone cleaned. I will share this information with anyone who will listen

Only complaint is it bends my license plate. I have the membership and its awesome to just go whenever you want

Easy to sign up online for their Platinum Package ($38), was given a code and presented it at their kiosk and received an RFID to place under rear view mirror. Car was washed after taking it on a road trip so it was COVERED in bugs. Just after just one wash it left it sparkling clean! Vacuum station worked great and the towels are an added benefit too!People leaving 1-star reviews dont have a clue what they are talking about. Silverstar offers to clean your car again if not satisfied.

I dont understand why all your places are different I have the monthly pass one pls I get Express wash and the other I get the second best wash so I prob wont go to the Hamilton one

Not friendly whatsoever got yelled at for going inbecause no one was there to signal me in thought it was ok and the guy was being mean and its not the first time he has acted like that

Car was still dirty, the guys doing the prewash scrubbing do a light job. Make sure you get out and check your wash. I didnt have time to go back thru the line

Great price plans on monthly deals, if you wash your car more than twice a month its worth it, plus you dont have to pay to use their vacuums

Somehow, hit a car in front of me, both times through the wash! And the car wash scratched my car(most brush washes do). Customer service is horrible/no help. The only safe car wash is touchless, not brushes and clothes that catch rocks from other vehicles all day long.-and no I don’t want your help or assistance. Just look at everyone else that has complaints about your service. Nothing would get resolved. Sit in front of the screen, type a few words and keep trying to fool your customers.

Best car wash we have in town 💯 Thats no joke! Ive never seen my car this clean, not since I bought it. Definitely worth the money & they have awesome membership deals.

My vehicle got stuck in the wash and I ended up losing the cover over my trailer hitch. There was a malfunction and I thought I was going to have to pry the vehicle out of the wash. I know they were newly opened, but they should have worked the kinks out before hand.

I really like their car wash. And you can vacuum & wipe your car out for free.

Just ok, car was clean, but the wash was supposed to have a spot free rinse, but when the car dried there were water spots and streaks everywhere!Also I ask the employees to make sure my wheels were clean, they were not clean after the wash! Our city has car washes that do a better job for less cost....

I live out of town so its hard to get a car wash but i left earlier today to get one on my way to work and as i looked around my car front end of my bumper still full of bugs some soap stuck to my passenger side door and my back bumper is still covered in dust from gravel road. Please educate the washers to look out for spots like the dust on bumpers or bugs and whats with the soap remaining on our vehicles?

Worker that was spraying my vehicle was rude. Never been there before and he got a little upset with me because I didnt know exactly what to do next.

Go through 3 times to try and get them to clean the wheel well and they cannot accomplish it. Guy said its not their responsibility to clean the wheel well. Very poorly operated.

Great place. They may not towel dry for car but they supply the towels and vacuum at no cost. What more could you ask for?

Wish they would have paid more attention to the windows and mirrors. Theres still water spots. But the vacuums were great.

Great car wash!! Friendly staff and they work hard to make sure the cars come out clean. If you have an issue they take care of it right away and if youre unhappy about the wash theyll send you through again!

Thanks for the free car wash, but now I have to wash it again considering its covered with soap still. The rims are still covered in brake dust, grill is not clean. I give you a 3 star because it w as s free, or it would be a 1.

This place is a joke. I gave it a try since they were offering free car washes today to try to get people to sign up for their membership package. It did not get the bugs off my car at all. I will stick with Hamilton Touchless.

Disappointed by Silverstar, new car wash in town. Not personable folks and the only words we heard from employee was “did you pay yet?” The kiosk we used was difficult to use if you aren’t a paying member. The actual car wash workers were great and worked hard, though. I hope they are taken well care of by management...

I do like taking my car here for a wash!but I didnt like that the towels they put some had like flakey hairs and it got stuck on my car and that is why I give it a 4 star,but other then that I like it!

I had no scratches on my vehicle before using this car wash since using it I have very deep scratches on the hood of my car also there is so much wax buildup on my windows it has been impossible to get it all off very unsatisfied with this company
