Wash my car yesterday by hand. When I left and got home I noticed I had big scratches all over. I went and talked to the man today which has 30 years experience and he admits that the scratches are from their brushes. Then he proceeds to tell me that its my responsibility and that they will not help me take care of my car. When I told him that I should not have to take care of this he asked me well why dont you get your husband to do it lol I am a single mom does that matter. I called the 1-800 number and the girl on the phone tells me that theres nothing else they can do for me so I have to talk to a manager and I get told theyre busy.What kind of business is this? Not a very good one I should have known to go to silver Star.

Overall the wash I received was good. It really got off the bug splatter from our trip. The only bad part is the back of my van did not really get clean at all. That was the most disappointing part.

Car wasnt quite clean in a couple small places when done, but overall good.

This car wash has 3 automatic, brush free, wash bays, but only one that works at any given time. Almost always have a 15 plus minute wait.The monthly membership is cheap, which is good for a mediocre, half functioning facility.

Dont waste your money! Pressure sucks spent 7 dollars n it dont even take the grime off this place is a joke.

Its in the neighborhood or would be my last choice for a do it yourself car wash. 25 cents higher than most and less timeSoap or wax runs empty. The water will spot your vehicle terribly if you do not wipe immediately.

I am hesitant to even award one star. I went into the location in Denison, Iowa to get a car wash in the beginning of April. The carwash accepted payment but upon entering the carwash, it didnt work. I called the number provided for help and was told I would get refunded my $9.00. Seemed fair enough. I provided Dan (who I assume is the owner) and he said just sendmy address and it would be no problem. Well after 2 months, it is still a problem. I waited about three weeks and no refund or credit for carwash. I called Dan back and he assured me it would be in the mail as he forgot to send it; I will have my girls in the office send it out. After another 2 weeks no refund. Girl in the office said she will send another check as the first one must of got lost in the mail. Of course still no check. I need to mention when I inquired with Dan, the third time, he hung up on me. I realize this is a somewhat paltry sum of money, but now it is the principle. It would have been easy to be honest and resolve the issue if Dan would have just sent a coupon, but nope, just lies and lies and refuses to refund the money. There is a much better carwash just down the street. Try them.

Perfect for winter cleaning! This one has the undercarriage spray that will knock off that salt and junk that builds up!
