Car wash does a good job - have never had a problem. I like the options. Id like to know what hours the pre-wash staff is there.

The self wash is fine. But the drive thru wash scratched my truck on the passenger side door and top of my hood!

Excellent place to have your car cleaned it is better than all the rest Ive been to except I was in an accident with my vehicle and I cannot get them to cancel my membership for right now

Went to wash my truck and the rinse didn’t clean off all the soap, then the dryer wasn’t on so the soap didn’t even get blown off with the water. Now I have frozen soap all over my truck and will have to go elsewhere to wash it again. Would’ve been a nice wash otherwise.

Hand bays are good. Personally not a fan or their automatic system. Prefer touchless.

I put a $20.00 dls. Bill and spend around $3.00 I want my money back.The person in charge there said he dosent have a key and the owner is in vacations, so I called the owner, nobody answered so I dont get any cash back!!!

I love my truck

It was way too cold to be doing what I was doing. I used a credit card and ended up having to swipe 2 times as the wash timer gave no audible warning.

I have been using the power wash for years and I like it because I do it myself sometimes better that way

I love my car and this place does its little job.

I used the self service yesterday. My car was covered with moths from the night before. I spent only $4.50 for the soak, wash and rinse. Not a trace of the insects left on the windshield! I thought I would have to scrub to get them off. I met Mike the manager. He does a great job of making the soap at Power Wash.

If I could give zero stars in self service I would. After $7 my car actually looks worse than it did when I started. It isn’t even a little clean. So disappointed. Don’t waste your time or money. There are much better ones out there.

First off when pulling onto the track system they put you right on top of the cars that are in front of you so I always hold off to try and give a little space between the guy in front of me. Well the guy behind me didn’t and so half way trough he drove off the track and rear ended my truck. Workers did emergency stop but only thing she does after that is have him back up and start the track again didn’t even say a word to me. So I pull out and look at the damage and try stopping the guy as he comes out and he just drives off. So I try telling the workers there and they had not a care in the world that happened and acted like it was no big deal and that I should just move on. Very disappointed with the professionalism there and the lack of handling on situations like that. Not to mention my truck wasn’t even clean afterwards either!! Lucky for them one star is the lowest I can rate.

Bought the unlimited monthly package at SilverStar went back a couple nights later and they were closed! Went back and got a refund. Why build a new car wash in 2020 and not have it 24 hours? PowerWash USA lets me simply scan my phone anytime boom done. Great car wash 👍

Gets the car semi cleaned. Not spectacular but it works to get the salt off during winter.

Price is high, but they have increased the water pressure some.

Runs vehicle too fast and had to stop and pay $2.50 to rinse off the soap from my truck. 2nd and last time through it. It sucks!

I would not recommend Power Wash USA. My grandma got talked back to and made it very difficult to work with. my grandma should not have to deal with this. Service is very disrespectful and doesn’t answer their phone.

You must put your car in neutral and let the machine move your car through. When I was worried about that, the Manager offered to take it in, with me as passenger! What a relief! Great service, sparkling car!

Bent my license plate, didnt get very clean

The gentleman that washed my car on June 24th at 1:45pm spent extra time on car making sure to get all of the bugs off of my car. After I went through the car wash I dried off my vehicle and he offered me some armor all for my tires out of his own car. He went above and beyond what I expected. This car wash has always been good to me. I will definetly be back.

Very disappointed. I typically purchase the $15.00 wash as I don’t always need the polish or RainEx. Going through the wash the side brushes didn’t even move nor did the cleaning strips that hang from above. The only dirt removed was by the employees spraying at the start. Will never

Let me tell you how their customer service is. I went through their car wash last week and my hubcap was broken off while going through. I was informed that it was MY fault for putting my car on their roller/conveyor system and that they will NOT pay for any damage that was caused to my poor little car. I asked the manager Dana (rude little man) for his bosss number. Dan Gesy the owner of LOTS of Power Washes would not even answer or return any calls made to him., Well, after I went to the dealer and found out that the hubcap is over $100, I called their corporated offices in Denison. Dorothy checked into it and told me that it was my fault and they would not cover it!!!! I told her I would be sending her the bill and we will let a Judge decide who is responsible for THEIR car wash damaging my car. BEWARE OF THE POWER WASH COMPANY!!!
