Great job trimming trees/cleaning up the yard in five forks.

The best quality & price of any tree service I have used in the Upstate. I was planning on doing the job myself but it was worth saving my time for other projects and simply calling them. Will be using them again.

These guys were GREAT! Hardworking, efficient & professional. They removed 3 trees from my yard and ground the stumps for a fair price. And then cleaned up after themselves and before they left they asked me if everything was to my satisfaction. Stephen and Stanley are good people! I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again.

Arbor Master Tree Care was fast in getting what I wanted done. Stephen was easy to deal with and did more than what I had paid for and had expected. I am very pleased with the work they did and completed at my property. The work and result turned out great. It was a lot easier of a process than I had thought on a big tree job when you have the proper equipment and they did! Also, their price was substantially less than two other quotes I received. Great service & quality!

Got a quote from Steven last year for a large tree that needed to be removed. His quote was the most competitive, and he and his crew did a great job taking my tree down. He also did some rope work to trim some of my other top heavy trees which got a lot more light into the yard and saved me future problems. Couldnt have been more pleased.

These guys are professionals. They came and trimmed my trees like i requested, and ahead of schedule. They even raked my backyard and blew off the driveway. Cant really tell that any work was done, they cleaned up so well.They exceeded my expectations and i highly recommend them.

We had several trees removed. Unfortunately, they broke my neighbors fence in the process. It is has been over 6 weeks and they will not return calls or text messages. Apparently they dont plan on repairing the fence.

I did not hire Arbor Master Tree Care, LLC, my neighbor did but Arbor you guessed it, totally Master Tree Care, LLC staff drove their heavy equipment on my lawn while they worked at my neighbor. The lawn was newly seeded and somewhat fragile when they left ruts ruining my hard work. I asked one of the workers for an explanation as was totally ignored. I called the owner, twice, and was totally ignored, I wrote a letter, twice, and was totally ignored, I sued the company and was totally ignored, I won the lawsuit and was totally ignored and the Sheriffs efforts to resolve were, you guess it, totally ignored. I dont care how well Arbor Master Tree Care, LLC does its work. They are deadbeats who have not a shred of respect or decency.

These guys are professional. They do great work, are priced well, and CLEAN up after themselves which was excellent! Highly recommend them for any tree work!

They responded fast and with a reasonable price. Took 7 trees out of my yard, 3 of them over 40 feet tall. They arrived on time, took steps to minimize damage to the property, and completed the job with no drama. They cleaned up the area well, and had the stump grinder guy there just as they were pulling out. Nice!

I called the Arbor Master Tree Care for tree removal service and they did really great job and quickly. They also blow the leaves out the drive way. The price is so reasonable. I will hire them again for tree service .

I hired Arbor Master 4/7/17 to remove 2 pine trees that had fallen on our house from a storm. Stephen and his crew displayed confidence which assured me there would be no issues with this big job (2 story house and one of the pine trees was huge). They arrived promptly as stated and were very careful not to damage any windows as they removed the trees. They completed the job perfectly and avoided any other damage in the process. I give the actual tree removal portion of the job a 5 out of 5. The branch cleanup was good but not great--they missed a few obvious branches that their equipment dropped along the way to the chipper. Not a big deal really... I give the cleanup portion a 4 out of 5. My only complaint with this whole job was a BIG puddle they left in my driveway. At the time they were getting ready to leave, I noticed it but it just looked wet like water so I thought it would dry. The next day it was still there and I realized it must have been some kind of oil from their equipment. This stain is approx. 3-4 feet in diameter, so not just a little spot. Stephen called me the following week on 4/12/17 to ask how the job went and if we were happy with it, but he was really calling to ask if he could deposit the check we gave him (money was not an issue, I did not post date the check). I explained to him that they had left a big puddle in our driveway that did not clear up. He seemed shocked by this and said he would ask his guys what the puddle was. I sent him a picture after we hung up. I got no response after this, but they got their money so why would I? I sent him a follow up on 5/2/17 to see if he found out from his guys what the puddle was. He replied that it was hydraulic fluid and that it should wash off and that the rain should have taken care of it. I told him it had rained a LOT lately and the stain was still there as unsightly as ever. No more responses after that--thats the last I heard from him. To my knowledge no one ever came out to see it or try to wash it off as they said could be done. Thats why Im giving the customer service a 2 out of 5. Again, the job itself was great and they know what theyre doing, but the lack of concern for their stain that was left behind was what prevented me from giving a 5/5 overall.

After struggling to get other tree companies to respond to my requests for service, I called Arbor Master. Stephen came out that same day to provide an estimate and then followed up to schedule the work. He and his crew were prompt, professional and thorough. Im glad I hired them and I highly recommend this company for tree service in the Upstate!!

Second to none for tree care in the upstate...Stephen and his team handled the removal of some trees in our backyard. One phone call to Stephen and he was at our home, inspected the trees and let us know what needed to be done. He gave us a phenomenal price and was able to arrive the following morning to get the job done. Except for the removed trees, there was no evidence they had even been on our property. Everything was done with utmost care and professionalism.I will only use Stephen and Arbor Master Tree care for my tree care needs in the future and I will recommend them to anyone.

I have never given a 1-star review before. I actually had to call the Greenville County Sheriff and Greenville County Codes enforcement on this group, though, and Im still doubtful they will fix the issue they created. So, I thought the public should be warned.We caught them on our security cameras dumping debris from a job or something on our property - perhaps the reason their prices are low in some of the other reviews.I confronted them (again, with photos with logos on their truck), and they essentially act like its no big deal. I gave them 2 weeks to remove, then another 2 weeks when they failed letting them know I would eventually have to call the sheriff. When that 2 weeks was up, I called to let them know I was calling the sheriff, and they asked for 2 more. So, we waited again, but the pile of debris is still there after we gave them that time as well.We updated Arbor Master all along the way. They dont seem to think it matters in the least.Ridiculous. Bad practices in the community._________________________UPDATE: The sheriff actually did have them fix the issue - even came out to make sure it was done. They ended up pushing the pile into a nearby wooded area on the church property, but at least its out of the way.

Great service, I highly recommend them.Price was good, they came the day Stephen said and they cut that dead tree like pros, left my yard cleaner then it was before they came. I would do business with them again for yard work.

I hired them to cut down a 35 foot tree around my pool. My family was going on vacation on Friday and they came out on Thursday. A large limb hit my gutter and bent it badly. After they cut the tree down I was told there was a clean up crew to remove everything and they just removed the major limbs. There are large and small pieces of stumps and limbs all over my yard in which my 3 year old couldnt even walk to his sandbox. Not to mention all the ruts that were left in the yard. I called SIP, Stephens right hand man, and sent him pics of the house damage and limbs everywhere because we were leaving for the weekend. He told me Damn Im so sorry, I will have that cleaned up for you by the time you get back Im so sorry that is unacceptable. Thinking I could take him at his word, we left and returned Sunday to the exact same mess as nothing was done. Not a phone call or anything. Funny they cashed the check I gave them in less than 24 hours but didnt finish the job.I dont recommend them to anyone and I will be filing complaints with the BBB and making it known of this behavior and lack of professionalism.

Stephen and his crew exceeded our expectations!! The tree and stump removal and clean-up could not have been done in a more professional manner. We had a large maple tree removed close to a beautiful Japanese maple and our home and neither were in any way disturbed. No one would never had known a large tree was standing there 5 hours before! Our highest recommendation to Arbor Master. And, Stephen, himself, trimmed a second large maple. It was amazing to watch him go from limb to limb. The result: a beautiful crown on our maple from what was an ingrown, scraggly tree to one which is a beautiful maple tree as Nature meant it to be.
