Great place to live. Well taken care of for the most part from the trailers to the landscaping. Basic maintenance on site and The owners/landlord will call any specialized businesses as needed. HUD accepted. Yards filled with lots of fruit trees 3 or 4 apricot trees, peach tree, pomegranate tree, figs, plums, and occasional gardens, lawns kept trim. Office mostly just for payment drop off. Rentals posted in the local newspaper. I believe you can call or leave a message at Sunset Vista assisted living for Elizabeth regarding any specific questions or concerns.

The location is top notch, next to drifter hotel, super snappy, CVS, Dennys, Dominos pizza, McDonalds, and Exxon. The park is well maintained, but the trailer I stayed in was great...... on the surface, but when u start scratching that surface, you start realizing the major flaws. My lil trailer had a major leak from the cooler, which ran down the north side of it. This in turn caused the windows sills and wood paneling to start rotting. The floors directly under my windows also started to deteriorate. I didnt notice it until I spilled sum bird seed under one of the windows, and from all the moisture they started sprouting. When I turned the rug, it was full of black mold!! I asked the landlord about getting this fixed, she basically told me she couldnt afford it, yet shes driving around in a Lexus? I had a major falling out with this landlord, and she ended up getting a CTW on my mother and I. I recommend this place for location only. Not for how its managed or the upkeep on the trailer I lived in.
