If you want quality work done on your vehicle, you will go to Brake Masters. Dont waste your time or chance your vehicle to anyone else. I took my 1991 Jeep Wrangler YJ (with 4 inch lift and 33s), and they were able to accommodate him. I called prior to see if he would fit on their machine, and they gave me an honest answer before I drove an hour to their shop. Josh and Eduardo are the absolute best! From Joshs entertaining stories while I waited to Eduardos courteous customer service, you cannot find a better set of guys...and God bless Elijah in the alignment booth who double checked everything to make sure it was securely tightened down. This was probably the most enjoyable mechanic visit I have ever had. Even if you dont need mechanical work done just go hang out in their waiting room. It will definitely make your day.😁

This place is amazing, I live in Tucson and work here and have done business with them . I had my motorhome serviced here and other places in Tucson wouldn’t even take my rig in . This morning I called to see if I could do a walk in, and Danny Coyle right away he answered my questions and immediately I felt this guy is honest and super friendly that I wanted to make sure I dealt with him . And amazing I work at a car shop as well and we couldn’t even restore my headlights there but brake Master did it. I just had my shocks done elsewhere and as soon as he lifted my car it practically fell off, and I told him I would take it back to the shop I had it done but Danny didn’t want me to drive the car unsafe, so he he did it as a courtesy and don’t charge me . Who does that ? I’ve been in the car business for 24 years and never had anyone take care of me like that . I was blown away, I will definitely not go anywhere else but these guys . We were traveling from Las Vegas back to Alabama and had an ABS and Service All Wheel Drive Light come on with a grinding noise. We had to stop in Sierra Vista so I could work for a few days. I went to Lawley Dodge to get the car looked at and they acted like I was bothering them so I started searching for a repair shop. I stopped in Brake Masters on Tuesday and told Josh what was going on and we had to leave Thursday to head home. He asked me to bring the car in Wednesday morning and they would look at it. I came in Wednesday morning and the not only got right on the car.. they also gave me a ride to work. Within an hr they had the problem diagnosed and told me they had to get the part from Tucson but it would be done by 4PM. At 245 I got the call that everything was done. Well we made it home with zero issues. Josh and his guys are top knotch. If I lived in Sierra Vista, they would be my regular shop for all my vehicles. Thanks for the awesome service.

My wife took her older car in to ONLY have the radiator flushed. While there they did an inspection of her car (which she didnt ask for). They found a laundry list of things to be repaired, one of which was that the rack and pinion was leaking. When she left she had NO power steering fluid left in her car. When she got home, she looked at her parking space and there was no sign of leaks on the driveway. Now her car is leaking power steering fluid constantly. Was this from their free inspection? You decide.

Danny and Elijah were friendly,,helpful,,and professional. They let me look at my k2500 while on the rack because its not easy inspecting a truck on the ground. I went there today regarding wheel lock keys as I lost mine and they said they would see if they had one that fit, I was told by all the other places in town I would have to cut it off and the dealership wanted $89 to order a new set since they refused to go and see if they had a key on hand. I went here and they took all 4 locks off for me free of charge which was great! I’m completely okay getting new locks since at the parts store it was only $14 for the kit. they were very nice and understanding of what I wanted. Will be going there for now on if I need help with my Jeep.

I went to brake masters several times and each time the staff there was very professional and did amazing work on my car.

Had them check car for a starting issue. Said didnt find anything. Take to dealership and they say the fuel pump is going. Now Im driving cross country with a faulty fuel pump thanks to Brake Masters inability to detect the problem. Not to mention, my appointed was for 8am. Didnt take it into the garage until 9am.

The Manager Danny runs an amazing team. They are fixing a problem that Midas never told us about the first time I took the car to them. I took my car to midas after replacing the outer tire rod on the left side, exactly what Midas told me I needed. Well I went back to Midas for a Alignment and they told me they wont do it unless I replace the other outer tire rod and the ball joint on the right side. So I left there and went to Brake Masters in Sierra Vista. They have fixed the problem cheaper and faster. Thank you so much Danny and your team for the help. You guys are amazing!!!

Went in to ask how much time will it be to get an alignment and the guy says “ Where are you from” and we are from Tucson and he was like “oh why don’t you go over there there are plenty of places” So we end up just leaving since the man that was working in the front couldn’t answer a simple question. Went to just have an alignment on the vehicle and thats all that I authorized them to do. The manager comes back telling me that several parts need to be changed and repaired and had nothing to do with the alignment. The parts they said needed to be changed were later inspected and nothing was wrong with them. They did the alignment and the car seemed to drive straight but the steering wheel was off center when going straight. They had me bring it back in to have the alignment done again another day. Went back to get it done and the manager wanted to change those parts again. I told them just the alignment. They got it done this time. I will not be going back if they are trying to sell parts when nothing is wrong with them trying to make money off of you.

Cheater ! They tried to give us the service with 600 dollars, then the car runs for 10 days, they want to charge another 1000 to fix it, why don’t you tell me before you even try to fix it. Especially the manger in Tucson, please don’t go there if you have other choice, if you want to waste your money; yeah go breakmaster! Such a horrible experience!

So, dropped by Brake Masters only to get my coolant level and strength checked. They jumped on it, but included a full vehicle check. Needed a flush, I had them do it. Price was great, quality of service was excellent.If you go there, be prepared to get better service than you ask for.

My car Wasn’t starting and had shut off up to two times within 48 hours, I was worried that it was gonna cost a fortune. However when I took my car to brake Masters, they found out that it was just a simple connection problem which fell under their free category. Now my car works again, and my pockets aren’t hurting!!

What a bad experience. They tried to charge me well over the special they told me about on the phone the day before. Then they gave me a quote in person and the man next to me said after hearing your prices, Im taking my car elsewhere! Which prompted me to call a parts store . Buying my own parts and them installing them cost me way less! They originally tried to charge me a $260 mark up. Maybe b/c I was a female by myself? They ripped me off again when they charged me $30 more for labor onlu after giving me a solid quote. Very Disturbing!!! I wont return here

Mechanic that looked at my car was a really nice guy. Actually took the time to explain what was happening with my car and even tho he was unable to fix it he made it so i could atleast drive it back home. They didnt charge me for temp fix. Idk if it was because they felt bad for me or they were just nice people but i really did appreciate their help and patience.

I cant tell you enough about this particular location! The manager Danny is probably the nicest guy I have ever met, as well as honest. I have several different types of vehicles and have brought them here because I know that they will be fixed correctly, and at a reasonable price. Being a mechanic, I am picky who works on my vehicle when I dont have the time, or equipment . I would endorse them 100%.

These guys are great! My brand new car broke down just a few miles from Brake Masters and the friend I was with said she always takes her car there, and the tow truck driver suggested them as well. It was somewhat traumatic but we were treated so well it took some of the sting out of the situation. Justin, one of the main guys there, was kind enough to give us a ride to where we were going, which was way b beyond the call of duty. It didnt take long before I got a call from Danny, who said my engine was blown. It was terrible news and I wasnt sure if my warranty was valid, and he suggested I not mention that the car engine was blown when I called the warranty company. Smart advice! As it turned out, the warranty covered it, and life is good! I am so grateful to both Danny and Justin for their help and want to say Brake Masters is an excellent place to take your car! Having come in for the weekend from out of town I was sorry to hear my brakes grinding....no squeal..just straight to grinding ..had a free brake check and had it taken care of without giving up my first born to pay for it !!!!AND they all had great attitudes....very important!!!

I went to Brake Masters in Sierra Vista, AZ yesterday Friday 28 July 2017 for the first time. I have a Honda Civic 2013 with 39968 miles and was under the impression that I need brakes since I was told two months ago at a different location, that I would need brakes during that time frame. I met the Store Manager, Mr. Danny Cole. After having his technician check the brakes, Mr. Cole informed that my brakes were fine and that as much as he would welcome the opportunity for his store to make money, he could not in good conscience have me pay for a service that I dont need. How is that for honesty? Thank you Mr. Cole for your honesty! I strongly recommend anyone who need an honest location to take their automobile for service to use Brake Masters in Sierra Vista. I can assure you that after this experience, Brake Masters is the only location that I will take my car for any service.

Ive been a faithful Break Masters customer for some time and always been taken good care of by Justin... When I went into my Go To break shop this time I was told that Justin was no longer with the company. Danny (the new manager) offered to help me find a solution for my break issues. As a single mom with three children working two jobs and attending nursing school. I was hoping for the honesty and integrity that I had received with Justin. Danny gave me an estimate of $900. He proceeded to tell me that the issues with my brakes were so dire that it would be unsafe for me to drive either myself or my children away from the store. I asked if it would be OK for me to go across the street and get second opinion which he proceeded to tell me that the brakes were so bad he was surprise I made it to Brake Masters. This is where honesty and integrity went out the window. My truck was in the air when I decided that it was best to get a second opinion… but was then told by Danny that my truck would not be surrendered to me because they already had it on the lift. A $900 break job later I found some coupons online and asked about a Military Discount, which he proceeded to tell me that he had already given me the max amount of discounts allowed for a Grand Total of $30 off !!! Upon further research and I found that I was charged 50% more and then three shops in SV. For a small town like Sierra Vista this is very disillusioning. Not only was I taking advantage of, but Danny use intimidation tactics to force me to buy my brakes from Break Masters! So for anyone looking for an honest break shop, Danny is definitely not your man and Brake Masters is definitely not your shop! Maybe Brake Master should take a long hard look at who they put management because service ...or lack there of ... Is not the reputation Break Masters wants ! Thank you to Danny and Break Masters for making Christmas for my kids basically non existent!

Today I went into brake masters just to get an oil change, sadly I was informed that my brake pads needing replacing. The damage was so bad that I would have been driving metal to metal and i Was sure I wasn’t going to be able to get it done today. HUGE Thanks to Danny Coyle the store manager, he was able to make sure that I was able to get my brakes done at an affordable rate which is very lucky for me because I am a full time student and server so I’m not made of money. They really helped me out and got my car serviced taken care of and ready to go in a fast amount of time. If you’re looking for a brake company that is going to take care of you in town this is the one. I am truly grateful for the employees of the Sierra vista brake masters.

If they were honest, they would get 4 stars. If you could get in and out in under 2 hours, they would get 3 stars. If their prices were more competitive they would get 3 stars. If they were honest AND either of the other two they would get 5 stars. They claimed I needed something done, and I was doubtful. THREE other mechanics looked at it and said no I do not need that job done. Also they wanted double what 2 of the others quoted me over the phone.

Wonderful helpful staff

Brought my 97 Dodge Ram 1500 in for brakes, they did an assessment and told me that I had a bad water pump and some other things. I agreed to the repairs, they fixed it, took the truck home that day, the next day a waterfall of antifreeze comes from the pump. Had it towed in, they confirmed it was defective and replaced it. Picked it up again after they told me they test drive it 20 min. I couldnt get it 4 miles before the temp gauge indicated overheating. Drove it back to same route, thermostat finally kicked in to regulate temperature. They replaced thermostat and sensor, took it for a test drive and now the fuel pump went out on their second test drive....now that I have had my feel on guessing from them and other things breaking, Im taking it to the Dodge dealership to get it fixed to at least where I initially had it. So now Im at Brake Masters and the truck wont even turn over. Least to say...pissed. So now that I told the manger Dodge will fix it, he had the gull to ask me to bring it back even though he said if I get the part they will install for free.....why, so something else can break...no thank you. Dodge has been caring for my trucks with no issues. On a good note, the brakes they replaced, are good to go.

Been going to them for a decade now, even got my company to move our fleet maintenance here because of the turn around time. I wont say they are the cheapest, but they are more than fair. Management is easy to work with, and for once refreshingly honest, and they stand by their work.

I took my Vehicle in for there FREE inspection,I was quickly seen.My suspicions were confirmed, I needed a new/replacement Master Cylinder.The price/quote given for a NEW replacement Master Cylinder, As well as flushing, refill & bleeding of the break system was fair and reasonable.I was impress as to how quickly the entire process took...Right at two hours.I was even more impress that they did not attempt to sell me anything or service other then what I needed...No pressure.I shall keep this shop in mind for future needs.

Updated review: I previously gave a poor review. I decided to go back in one more time as I have received good service in the past. The manager remembered the incident that caused my poor review when I came in, apologized for it, and took appropriate action. Later, when he found out I had left the poor review, he called me to see if there was anything else that could be done to make sure I was satisfied with their customer service. For me, apologies and explanations go a long way in correcting a bad experience. I no longer think my previous review applies, hence the update. I recommend going to Brake Masters as they do their best to make sure their customers are taken care of.

Anytime that my car has a problem, I always take it to this location. My most recent visit I was helped personally by one of the managers, Justin, who assisted me with getting a new fan in the engine in addition to offering me a free oil change after the service. The crew here is amazing and knowledgeable and the customer service is always exceptional.

I arrived on a walkin bases recieved very good service with an hour. Did not get everything fixed but the things they did fix were done well.

Ive been taking my vehicles there for over 4yrs now. Ive only had 1 issue with one oil change. After my car had an oil change we brought it home and noticed a slow oil leak on our driveway. I called them and told them what was going on. They told me to bring it in so they could check it out. They found that the oil plug was stripped and replaced for free. There was no hassle with any of the guys. I would recommend Brake Masters to anyone.

I just want to say that “Danny” and his crew did an amazing job on fixing my car. I own a 9th Gen 2012 Honda Civic Si (6-Speed Manual/K24 I-Vtec engine). I needed a new clutch installed and doing so Danny and his amazing team took the time to run a diagnostic test on my car to figure out an issue that we kept running into. With my car being an import the ecu is very sensitive when new parts are installed especially if isn’t the OEM piece that your replacing. The issue at hand was that installing an after market flywheel will throw the ecu off. My car would go into limp mode where all of the lights from hell would go off such as your “Emissions, Power Steering, VSA, & Check engine light” would all flash causing you not to accelerate to go forward. Your car would jerk back and forth and eventually just come to a halt.. However the new clutch was installed but my OEM Flywheel was refurbished and reinstalled so that the ecu could recognize the original weight that was programmed for my car to run correctly. Please note that yes you can install aftermarket flywheel clutches (Stage 1, Stage 2,ect..) doing so means that you would need a “Hondata Flash Pro Auto Tune Kit” to reprogram your ecu so that it can overwrite the misfire errors that will cause your car to go into limp mode. For last minute emergencies having to replace your clutch isn’t a cheap expense and then finding out that if it’s an aftermarket flywheel clutch that’s being installed you would need to purchase the Hondata Flash Pro Auto Tune kit separately which on average is about $750-$900 is definitely a wake up shock 😬😱. My overall experience was “Great” a bit overwhelming at first because of not knowing after my new clutch being installed those misfire errors kept showing up on my dashboard. But left feeling grateful and happy that Danny and his team showed that they cared and worked very hard to accommodate and fix the problem.😉💯 Will highly recommend Brake Masters for handling a tough task representing the local Sierra Vista/Fort Huachuca community.. I personally will give Danny’s Team at Brake Masters 10 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟(Please note that this matter only pertains to 9th/10th Gen Honda Civic Si because of the Japanese parts it has)

As a 19 year old female, I know literally nothing about cars. My 97 dodge was having all sorts of problems and i went to various places like Autozone or Orileys and they all told me varying things and disagreed with what the others had said, so it was very hard for me to figure out what exactly what wrong with my car and what I needed to get fixed. I took it to this location and they were able to tell me what exactly was wrong and what needed to be fixed within the hour.The manager was able to show and tell me (very appreciated!) what was wrong with the car and explain to me in a way that made sense and didnt make me feel dumb, like a lot of places tend to have done to young women in my position. They showed that they cared about the car and car owners instead of just making sales, like so many other places Id gone to had done. :)

Awesome service! I rarely leave reviews... tried TWO different alignment shops in town before finding these guys. I drive an upgraded off-road rig with many adjustments. If they can get my alignment right they can get anything in spec!

This will show how awesome this place is. Ive moved back to Texas and the one place I miss is Break Masters. Fair prices not the cheapest place in town but the work is done right. They will give you a few difference price options the pros and cons of all of them. I had my car looked at by two other shops In Town they were the only ones to fix the problem and the. I was able to sell my car at full retail value and buy a brand new car. The 700 dollars of work put in the car added more then 3 grand to the car because of how well it was fix. Cant beat that.

I get my oil changes exclusively from Brake Masters, but this particular location tops them all. Honesty at an auto repair shop is hard to beat.

Unless you schedule an appointment with them, get there early. They get busy pretty quick esp. on the weekends. I took my truck there to look at my brakes cause I was hearing noise. They told me exactly what I needed to get replaced and what could wait. Great experience and great customer service. Will go back when I need get something done with my truck.

He explains in detail as clear as possible for what services are needed, what can wait, and what will be needed for the future. Justin takes his time with each customer and always puts the customer first. I live in Bisbee and will continue to drive the 30 minutes for all of my car care needs at Brake Masters!

After a period of absence from the area I was pleased to see that Jeff and his team were still intact. In the past they provided excellent service for our vehicles and did so again these past weeks. The RV brake check was not an easy process for them, but they accomplished with good humor and without charge, For me, it is a no brainer....courteous, knowledgeable and low turnover team of professionals.

I had a great experience with the manager Danny Coyle today. My wife and I brought in newer GMC Yukon in to have a diagnostic done on the breaks. Mr. Coyle was honest and fair and pointed on that the problem that we where experiencing was due to a recently recalled part being faulty. He stated that we should go to the GMC dealership and have them fix the problem due to the recall. My wife and I really appreciated the honesty and integrity that was given to us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone looking for some help with their vehicle.

Horrible Experience! Went in for a routine coolant flush and they tried telling me I had a crack in my radiator. Gave me an estimate for over $500. When I said I was going to call around, I was given another estimate for just under $400. After questioning more about the crack, it was determined my car in fact did NOT need a new radiator as it did not have a crack and nothing was wrong! Glad we questioned them instead of taking their word on needing the new radiator. I will never be back to another Brake Masters!

Had some communication issues at first but Robert and the new guy Raymond apologized and made up for it and I left happy. Got my oil changed and new brakes all around and am satisfied with the final product. I do recommend this place, just ask and make sure the lube guy isnt on lunch when you go in if you are in a hurry 😂 lol

Very pleased with the service there at Brake Masters & their staff is great! I talked to a man upfront (I believe his name was Robert) very kind, helpful, & professional. He got my car right in & made sure my car was all taken care of before I left out of town.Danny the Manager is straight foward & honest guy they take great care of my car everytime!

Everyone knows how mechanics cant be trusted. Not at this Brake Masters. We have been taking our vehicles here for over three years now. The Manager, Jeff, is always honest with us about what is wrong. He has provided fair and valuable advice on our current cars and on cars we are considering purchasing. I have never had a mechanics shop that I value as much as this one. We recommend them to everyone that we know!I will really hate it when we PCS away from them.

Ive been using the Sierra Vista store for about a year now for oil changes havent had a problem to the last couple times took my wifes car in for an oil change took over 2 hours for them to get it done and I was waiting so I decided to make an appointment the next time showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time ask the service writer how long it would be so Ill will get you in right at 8:30 your appointment time shouldnt be too long 9 still hadnt touched it so I just took my keys and left

They do a good job and usually pretty quick but had a shortage of employees the day we went so gave us a huge discount.

Happy with the speed of the service. Cannot give them 5 out if 5 until I see how long my repair will last.
