Although the two guys in the front that used to be there are now gone, I will still bring my car there. The pricing is fair and never had a problem with the work.

This place is a rip off, do not go there to get your car repair, they offer Military Discounts, but will not give you the discount if the labor is over three hours, @ 105.00 a hour, they had my car for two and a half weeks, charged me $627.00, never called to give update, all contact was initiated by me, they got a fuel rail sensor from Tucson that took three days to make it here, last time I checked Tucson is about hour from sierra Vista. The part was $274.00, labor was $105.00@ three hour and no Military Discount, pickup car drove for three miles, turned the car off for one minute turned it back on, check engine light again, same codes as before, took it back, three days later, they replaced a relay, car runs ok, I asked if the relay was the problem, of course the answer was no, they did not charge me for the $20.00 relay.

Jeff and crew are always thorough. I thought just my front shocks were bad (over 10 year of wear) by he found a bad ball joint. Got it fixed and the ride is great on my 21 year old SUV. Paul rocks it by keeping the customers updated on status and cost changes of the repairs. The drive is worth it if you want reliability.

Brought a car my son just bought here to get checked out. They told me he needed a new transmission and other repairs and estimated $4k for repairs. I took the car to a real transmission specialist. No codes and no problems with the transmission. First of all you are not a specialist. You shouldnt play with transmissions. I will never come back and will recommend others to avoid this shop at all cost!

Seriously they want to charge me almost $4000 for my transmission. I really dont like people ripping me off !...I have my friend for many years and is a honest mechanic and told me right away. Take your car from those people. That doesnt cost that. He is going to install a new one for half price !

Went there with a flat tire. They repaired it in a short time and to my surprise, they did not even ask for money!!! Apparently, they dont charge for tire repairs.The people there are very friendly and helpful. You can clearly see that they are quite reliable as there were plenty of cars lined up for repairs and such.This will be my address whenever I need something about my car.

Back in October, my wife and I broke down driving from North Carolina to Sierra Vista. We got towed in to priority auto and were taken in immediately despite them having their hands full (and the damage our car sustained was rather serious). We werent done taking our belongings out of boxes at our new apartment when they called us the same day to tell us our car was good to go. Some time later the car was acting up again for different reasons and Steve (the manager) went above and beyond ensuring our vehicle was taken care of. Much more than just a positive review, this is my sincerest thank you to Steve and everyone at Priority Auto. You guys are amazing at what you do.

I will never take my car to this place again. I have a care plan where they are only supposed to charge a little more for synthetic oil and one qt of oil. Charged me$57 $34 discount for my carplan$90 oil change???? Ripped off!!!!

Steve was fantastic! Was very personable and when I tried explaining something to him, he looked it up and validated my belief. When I asked if he could fix the problem today, he told me of course and checked on the part to ensure it was stocked. It wa . Told me that he wouldnt just put it it but would review the system to make sure it was right. All of my lights are off and the computer system is cleaned up and all warnings taken care of .From pick up to drop off it was what he told me. He was awesome. Would 10/10 refer them to anyone else. Trustworthy was another adjective I wish theyd put up here for mechanics..

Ive been a customer here for almost a year! Being that Im a female most shops try to screw you over but not Priority!! I enjoy coming here because either Mike or Steven will make sure everything is done properly and quickly and you leave with a smile on your face!! There was a mishap a while back and Steven being Steven(really great person) gave me a tire free of charge! These people are the best hands down!! Best service in town ... update 20200804... this is the only facility anyone should take their vehicle to the level of professionalism and knowledge is unmatched i have a extended warranty and had to us a different repair shop and they literally tried to have me pay for services that was not even the reason my truck had its check engine light on. So out of curiosity I took my truck to Priority and they found the real reason... they walked me through the diagnosis and showed me other cars with the same issue showed me things online that confirm that this was a common thing in chevy trucks for tge year make and engine type and gave me honest and clear steps I could take moving forward to fix my vehicle. I will never use any other shop and nethier should any one else they are the best in my opinion.

We went on a busy Saturday with two cars, short notice that we needed oil changes and tire rotations. Owner Steven was very accommodating to our situation and had both cars done in no time. We drive from Tucson to have our cars serviced at this location because we know we are getting great quality service.

I do most of my mechanic work myself, but when it comes to something bigger or that I dont have the tools for I have brought it to Priority. Mike behind the counter is friendly and gives me upfront pricing with no funny business at the end. I do still have an issue that has never acted up when I bring it to them, but that is not their fault.

I highly recommend this business. Most people pass by places like this that arent well known names but in this case thats a huge mistake. Back in March I got a flat tire had to get a tow because two bolts on the tire broke during the process of changing the tire. I got towed to Discount Tire they told me they dont fix tire bolts. The tow truck operator told me he would check out Priority Auto but they were already closed according to Google. We drove there to what seemed like a closed shop but the guys although off the clock were helpful and fixed the bolts, put air in the spare tire and and got me back on the road. Very reasonable with pricing and professionalism. THEY DID NOT ATTEMPT TO UP SELL ME! I will be back very soon

Ive know the owner Steve for a few years now. Hes ALWAYS been a wonderful mechanic. He can literally fix anything. One thing he wont do is tell you lies and take your money. I have gotten both of my vehicles worked on through this company, and they have always been amazing and pleasent to deal with. Customer service was very polite and informative. The do get busy because they are highly recommend but they are worth the small wait time to get seen.

Finished up with a dental appointment, walked out and my 2002 Jeep was dead to the world. Not a pleasant surprise. Called Steve the next morning. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it IN A DAY. Steve is knowledgeable, congenial and knows what hes doing. You even get a warranty on parts and labor that lasts more than 30 days. Id give him 10 stars if possible. I highly recommend Priority Automotive. If you are thinking of using any other repair shop, stop and think again.

These guys are on it! Just pull in and ask, I have seen a woman show up needed a blinker fixed. Boss had a guy on it right then and there. Knowing them, probably didn’t even charge her. I brought my RV there for an AC issue, expecting to have to leave it, they rolled out the AC machine and went right too work. Steve runs a tight shop, knows his stuff, and it won’t bust your wallet.
