I got an oil change and tire rotation from Lawley Kia and asked them to check the front passenger tire. There was a nail in it and it was leaking air. I got a call that the vehicle was done and that they dunked the tire and found no leak. Wierd seeing as how I saw an actual nail and the tire pressure kept getting low. When I showed up to get my vehicle, guess where the tire was that was leaking? The front passenger area....so they 100% did not rotate the tires, even though they said they did on my paper copy of work completed. And the tire was sitting at 21 psi, and obviously low. When I brought it up to the attendant, he offered to fill the tire up so I could get it to Discount Tire to be repaired because they were closing. I had a 8 hour drive ahead of me the next day and this had to be done. Felt like I didnt rate as a customer because I didnt pay for a service, even though I did with what I paid for the vehicle from them a year and a half ago. You can do better Lawley and you have in the past.

I give you no stars I drop y truck off a day earlier and you keep it two days and still didnt fix it . I had to find a way to work for two days thinking my truck would be fixed only to find out it wasnt and i was told we dont know when it will be fixed but just leave it with us and we will call you when we get it done .My dealings with your service dept has not been good and i do regret buying a car from your dealership. If i ever buy another i will shop in Tucson.

I missed my appointment so I stopped by to ask when it was. Well I missed it by 2 weeks. So they got me in the next morning. I was very happy. Great ALL around experience. I called Tony in Sales about 30 minutes from closing on a Saturday about a truck. I live about 20 minutes away. He said come on down, we are open until your needs are met. Tony, Tony in Finance, and the desk manager (and the detailer) all stayed about an hour and a half late on a Saturday, working with me to get the deal done and where I needed it.Follow up has been great, awesome over all experience. I dropped my car off for a routine oil change the first week of June. After picking it up we noticed it was driving weird so we took it back to have it checked out because it’s a brand new car. After diagnostics they discovered that a rodent had crawled under the bumper and chewed through some wiring but were ordering the parts to fix it. While COVID caused delays in the shipment of parts my service technician Eddie kept me updated as often as he could. They had great customer service and ensured my car was fixed and I was taken care of. Thank you!
It was 108 degrees outside and our nearly new Ford Edge decided it did not need AC. We were definitely not in agreement. Took it down to Lawley Ford in Sierra Vista, AZ and they worked us in to get a new AC compressor and the AC fixed in 2 days. Eddie is the man to see. Cares about the customer and tries to satisfy.
The staff was incredibly helpful. I went to several dealerships before going to Lawley, and nobody was as attentive. Nobody had nearly the inventory in stock that Lawley had. And Isaiah Ramirez got me a GREAT rate for financing.

An early appointment on a Saturday. First visit to this service shop for service on our Kia Sedona. Met promptly by Gabe. The service appointment took about 2 hours which included diagnosis of a leak somewhere on the windshield washer system. They found the pump was the problem. Gabe covered everything thoroughly which I appreciated. Looking forward to having the new pump installed. A very good experience.
Fast courteous service! They performed and all points inspection on my car and advices me on making future repairs, very grateful for that!One problem and its happened before at other car service businesses. They get in my car with oil stained shoes and mess up my floor mats.Its hard to remove oil from carpet mats!!!! Ive had to replace a set so far.
I believe my service writer was named Joe, and he provided the best service I have received in Sierra Vista. I needed a simple update to my navigation and he quoted $142, which I agreed to. He called me in about 15 minutes and said it was ready for pickup. When I got there he said he took care of it (instead of a technician) and it only took about two minutes. I asked where to settle the bill and he said it was on him, since it was so simple. I know businesses are not in business to give a way services, but what an example of doing the right thing to ensure returning customers.
Daily driver died on a Monday. I made an inquiry on a Tuesday about an F-150 (saw a couple in-stock that I was interested in). Mark reached out to me within a couple of hours, met him around noon and drove away in a brand-new 2020 Ford F-150. No pressure, didnt attempt to move me to something I wasnt there for. Second vehicle Ive purchased from them and both times Ive had no problems whatsoever. I was in and out of there with a new truck in a matter of hours from start-to-finish.

I was disappointed in my experience the last time I brought my vehicle in for service at Lawley Ford. Upon arrival, check with the morning staff was friendly and efficient and I was quickly whisked away to work in their courtesy van, but when I was dropped off, the van driver asked what time I wanted to be picked up. When I informed her that I finished my work at 4:30pm, she responded with, well, afternoons are busy for me and I cant guarantee I can be here to pick-up before I leave for the day, which didnt feel very courteous at all, so I told her to forget about picking me up and I would get a ride with a co-worker, which I ended up doing. Upon arrival in the afternoon to pick up my vehicle at the end of the day, I stood and paced outside the service department offices for 10-15 minutes holding my briefcase and lunchbox waiting to be noticed and assisted when a man finally asked, have you been helped sir? to which I responded yes. I gave him my last name and he asked with whom I had met earlier in the day. He found my service slip, but offered no explanation of the services provided (as has been customary with every other service appointment Ive ever had). He looked at the receipt and jokingly commented, okay, that will be $350, which I found friendly and humorous, but hardly the expected professional behavior of someone who works in a vehicle service department.

The technicians/mechanics/sales/support personal are always courteous and very professional.I hope to trade in my Kia in a couple of years for a SUV. Lawleys service center had my truck for two full business days before finally quoting me to fix the IWE and a missing sway bar bolt. There was zero communication from anyone regarding the status of my vehicle, or what I could expect after drop off. After no response for a second day, they finally quoted me twice what was originally estimated to fix the system (and twice what other local mechanics quoted). I am not only disappointed in their lack of communication but how they explained the possible causes of the noises I brought the truck in for. I may be a female, but Im well versed in how a truck should run. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business to a more communicative and fairly priced establishment.

My 2018 Ford Escape needed a water pump replaced. The repair was covered under warranty. The Lawley Team did an excellent job at replacing the pump promptly and efficiently without hassle. Thank You to Team Lawley.
Went to look at a truck and was informed that due to Tucson and Phoenix taking on the business model of charging required fees, that Lawley followed suit. We were told that the sticker price was, in fact, no the final price. They charged $599 for a Karr Alarm and $1,995 for detail and safety -- both listed under accessories in the full price break down. We asked if we could opt out of both and were told not. Apparently these fees used to be included in the sticker price and they were following suite of other dealerships.I consider this in extremely poor taste. They drag you in with the sticker price, go through the whole process and love the car, to then being told sike! Fooled you on the price. The truck I drove was legit everything I was looking for in a truck and I had to walk away. I found a truck very similar for just a few hundred more in Tucson, but at least they were honest about the price. Would gladly give my service out of town if they continue to falsely advertise prices.(But the new cars manager is really nice. Two stars just because of her)RESPONSE TO OWNER 12/1/2020:As much as I would like to agree, I cannot fully. Reading the fine print the detailing and reconditioning fee is there, although with no explanation. However your mandatory Karr Alarm is not. The issue I have, and why this review was written, is that if these are mandatory fees you need to add them to the ticket price. Car dealerships have gone generations without full on charging for cleaning the car before it is sold. Why the changes now?
After going in to find out the cost of a new key for my vehicle they never called back with the quote and when I finally got ahold of them again they claimed to have the number wrong even after repeating back to me when I had stopped by. They quoted almost $500 for a key. I called a Ford dealer in Tucson and was quoted $195. Terrible service at Lawley and they are way over charging customers!! Will never go there to buy or service again!

Both Tom and Eddie from the service department were very thorough in informing me what would be done with my car to bring it back to top working condition. Id also recommend The Works detailing (Kenny does an amazing job). Is it cheap? Nope. But as my late mother said, you get what you pay for. My 12 year old car has NEVER looked so good! Id recommend them to anyone who asked.

I always hate going into dealerships to buy a car. I expected the same experience that I pretty much get at any dealership. For the most part it was but it was also different in many ways. The car sales people don’t earn commissions so they definitely were not pushy or in a hurry to sell the first vehicle I tested. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and personable. I was looking for a pick-up truck and they made sure I found the exact one I wanted. Negotiations went well and I left the dealership very happy with the deal. The next morning the truck did not start due to a bad battery. I jumped it and went to work. While at work, I called the dealership and they were very urgent in wanting to help me out. They came to my work and picked up the truck (after another jump start) and took it to the dealership where they installed a new battery for free. They then brought the truck back to me. Excellent customer service! That’s enough to recommend them to anyone.

I called Lawleys Ford/KIA service department to get our 2020 KIA Sedona vans in for a recall on the alternator terminal. I was expecting to get an automated machine telling me different options to get a hold of the service department but yet to my surprise, I was greeted by an actual live person which is nice for a change. They got me connected to the service department where I was greeted by John Thomas and he was able to get us an appointment very quickly which was a surprise because usually you get placed at the back of the line when it comes to warranty and recalls. They were able to get both vans in at the same time and get them washed and back to us within 1 hour which just made our day. Thanks Lawleys! The rest of the dealerships should be looking to you for advice as you are hands down the best!
Had to get in for a recall. They got ne in the next day and even did a full service and checked my brakes as I was about to travel cross country. This company really is here to help you. And I greatly appreciate them getting me in so quick and the professionalism and friendliness of their staff.

I purchased my Explorer from Lawley a few years ago and being I am in the market for a new vehicle, I went straight to Lawley. The first sales rep was very accommodating but was not set up to make major decisions. She reached out to the sales manager and came back with this: My sales manager is prepared to offer you $23,683 for your trade. However, if it is in great condition with no damage, he said he will go up to $24,100. How does that sound?, I responded with what I felt was fair based off the mileage and model, and Kelly Blue Book. This was immediately turned down by the sales manager. There was no attempt to negotiate. Final word from the manager: “So he says we cannot match the 27,500.” Of course I will take my business to Tucson, along with the business of a few friends who are also in the market for vehicles. My advice to this manager is to seek training to update negotiation and marketing skills or else lose more local business. On the other end of the spectrum, my experience with the service department has been phenomenal.

I was having troubles with the computer throwing a code. Service tried reprogramming the computer and it seems to be working great. This happened just before I was supposed to be pulling my fifth wheel in a elk hunt with my family and if I didn’t make it, it would have ruined the entire family’s trip. So I am extremely pleased that it got repaired when it did.
I was visiting family and the day before I was heading home I realized I needed to have my vehicle serviced before taking off on a 6hr drive home. The service department was amazing, they fit me in and had my vehicle ready in a short amount of time. I was very thankful for both. Everyone was very nice and professional!

We liked our salesman, Mark, and the Sales Manager - Nate Stover - helped us work through some challenges with our letter of credit, and the intricacies of out-of-state purchase. They had what appeared to be quality inventory - and weve been very happy with our car!
I was looking for a midsize truck and it was either a Ranger or a Tacoma. The Taco drive like a larger truck and the V6 Sport Turbo was very hesitant. The 4-cylinder Ranger jumps when you hit the gas and drives more like a car. Ive heard horror stories about Lawley, but they never pressured me, gave me everything I asked for, and service has been excellent.
Their svc dept. did a good job with my new vehicle. I recommend Tom Ryan for your service advisor. Nice job Tom!
I took my truck in for another warranty repair. My service manager Jose is great at letting me know what is going on and does whatever he can to help me out. This would be five stars but Lawley Fords contract with enterprise to get a loaner car is somewhat stressful.

Lawley was not able to beat prices of same vehicle in Tempe. Sierra Vista tax rate is lower than both Phoenix and Tucson however, the dealership I went to in Tempe was able to match the Sierra Vista tax rate. I have lived in Sierra Vista for over 15 years and Lawley has never been able to meet or beat the competition in Tucson or Phoenix. At least in my car shopping experience.
First time buyer here.. This dealership is awesome. Everyone I encountered yesterday spoke and were very professional, they have a welcoming atmosphere. The manager Nate at the front desk was a huge help and very professional. Greg the finance guy was so pleasant, he explained everything and answered ALL of my questions. A special thanks to the sales agent Christina, she was big help, a sweetheart and she helped me each step of the way and answered ALL questions I had to ask. She gave me a great deal on an awesome car. I have been to many dealerships and Lawley Ford-Kia is the first I have been to where the sales agents are not pushy trying to get a sale. I will definitely return in the future and refer others to this dealer.

Oil change.. on warranty. Took about an hour and a half . Full inspection . Nice waiting room . Snacks, coffee and water no soda . I think in the Ford side they have that. . Would have been nice to have been told that.

Always take our trucks to Joe W in the services department. Joe has taken the best care of our 2 Raptors for 7 years. Ive never had our trucks worked on by any other team than his! Supposedly, I should be receiving emails to rate my service. Well, that is the only complaint that I have! Ive NEVER received an email from FORD asking about how my service experience was or how I was treated? Joe deserves recognition for his positive attitude and attention to detail. My 15 year old Kia Sedona had a check engine light warning and was misfiring badly. Ive had good experiences at Lawley Kia before so had it towed there. Within one day they had diagnosed the problem(s) and presented me with an estimate. I OKd the work to be done and a couple of days later I picked it up. Final price was the same as the estimate, and they had even had it washed. It now runs great again. Very satisfied.
Please do not buy from this dealership. I was bidding for a price on a vehicle and they upcharged me $1600 on what they call accessories. Basically they wanted to charge me for items that were already on the vehicle when it was built. When I called them out about the upcharge and I told them that I did not want them, I got no explanation. This is a bad dealership doing typical bad dealership things. Please check for these things when in negotiations. They like to sneak in these extra charges to unsuspecting consumers. They lack integrity and lost my trust. So buyer beware of these scam tactics.

I went to a week-long off-site event they had to check whether my flyer won a prize one evening after work. At the time, I had an idea what type of vehicle I was starting look for. The salesman, Anthon, was very helpful and polite, listened to what I had to say, showed me just what I asked for and was not at all pushy (unlike some car salesmen Ive encountered). I test drove a couple vehicles that night,so I had an idea what they were. The next night, I came back and less than three hours later, I was leaving the lot with my vehicle quite happy. Its been a very nice ride in the couple weeks since and Im very happy and looking forward to many more years to come.A little over a year later and still going. Had to go to the service department a couple times recently. One was for a leak fixed under warranty when I went in for regular service and wiper replacements. Travis was very helpful with everything and even put on the replacement wiper blades himself. Then, Gabe scheduled and helped out with some factory recall repairs. Everyone was great through both issues.
I recommend Lawley Ford. My salesman, Phillip, kept his eye out for a Jeep Wrangler and when this one came in on trade, he called me right away. The vehicle was better than what I was looking for and it had better features than I needed. The price was very reasonable, they gave me a good value for my trade-in, and the financing was smooth.

We rarely need to get repairs on our 2013 Flex, but recently had to have some work done. Eddie Cunningham has been our service writer since we bought the car. He got the car in and repaired in a short time. He was professional and caring due to the fact that my husband had been ill and I was handling this on my own.
Had routine service on my F150 performed here while I was in the area on vacation. Service personnel were friendly and efficient. After service was completed they went over the inspection to inform me of the condition of my vehicle. Very professional. I wouldnt hesitate to come back for service.
Janelle and Matt helped me surprise my wife for Christmas. They really provided customer service, and did not see me as a sell but as a friend. I just bought my third vehicle from Janelle and she has always been professional and knowledgeable, I will only shop there in the future. They were honest with me throughout the process and I felt they listened to what I was looking for. Some car dealerships get a bad rap but Lawleys Ford gets my respect. Also Joe, in the service department, is one of the most honest service managers I have ever met! They are fair, polite and no pressure selling.
