Needed a one way rental from Shrewsbury to Denver. Matt was really helpful with all of the details and made sure the truck was in top condition before I left. Truck ran great and everything went well. Matt was very professional and efficient. Will be back when/if I need a truck in the future.

I have rented a few trucks from Matt the Manager. He was very helpful getting me what I needed and making sure I understood all the paperwork. He has a positive attitude and goes the extra mile. Anytime I need a truck I will be going straight to Matt and recommend him to anyone I know..

Im usually use uhaul..i only found out about this place because uhaul didnt have anything for me..but the manager at this location matt was of great attitude and i can tell he did the best in his hands to provide me with what i was looking for...

Had a very good experience renting from Matt at A-Tech Auto this past week for a one-way truck rental to Florida. Matt took the time to explain what would be the best sized truck for the drive and even upgraded the truck to the next size at no additional cost to make things easier for us. Truck was in good repair and drive and return in Florida went well. Would recommend to others.

I would recommend anyone to choose a different truck rental company. I made a reservation on my moving date and the truck was unavailable when I went to go pick it up. Im not sure what the point of the reservation is if I dont have a truck available when Im supposed to move.The guy at the Shrewsbury office was thankfully apologetic enough that he transferred my reservation to an available truck at Marlborough and gave me milage credit.

Worst service ever the guy kept calling after two days saying he was going to report the truck stolen when he had all our info and it was oayed for ima stick with uhale budget is no good

Worst customer service. dropped the truck off and was told I didnt fill the truck up all the way with fuel. even though the level was at the bottom of the filler neck which is dot law. after arguing with that and explaining that I have a cdl lisc and dont believe that the truck should even be on the road with how the brakes pulled and the steering was so loose. they guy stopped fighting it, just called and spoke with a guy and he told us he had no 24 foot trucks for this weekend even though the website said it did. im over these guys
