This location recommended by a different Home Depot to get a power tool repaired. After waiting a while it was my turn.I ask about the repair. Yes we can he says. Takes 6-8 weeks, we ship it out.I ask for a baseline price (this is $79 new)He says he can’t give me a price.Not even a ball park.Okie dokie. On my way to Lowe’s to buy a new one.Nice job guys.

They were very accommodating when I rented a trencher, They helped me fix an issue with the tool that may have been my fault— the front wheel came off, probably due to excessive vibration. Because it took time to address this, they didn’t charge me for the first day of the rentals. Like I said, very accommodating.

This is your standard Home Depot. That doesnt mean its not great. It will have everything you expect and the staff is really good. They are ready to answer any DIY questions you through at them. They have rental trucks, sheds, trailers, and a good size rental center.

Mega Tools.

Tool rental department is run by a bunch of idiots. They can never answer your questions. When they do have an answer its yes we have that only to show up and be told it is broken. So many wasted trips there. Honestly they deserve -6.3 stars.
