The people here are rude. We placed an order in advance for one of the larger trucks. The day of the move we’re told we have to return the vehicle after we’re done moving. No extra time added either. This is a move from Shrewsbury to North Providence with A LOT of stuff (hence the big truck). What’s the point in using them if you can’t return the trucks to your new location?! They were rude and unhelpful and unapologetic towards my pregnant fiancé. Super disappointed in this location. Made moving day even worse and more stressful than it already was.
