Smooth transactions every time I have been here. It’s always been for an Amazon return so it’s something simple. Never any issues though, hand over item, scan code, get receipt….doesn’t get any easier…
I live in Washington State and had a family heirloom down in Louisiana I wished to have shipped to me. Its a very large item ( a steamer trunk given to my Grandmother for her wedding in the 1800s) so I was very concerned about it being damaged or lost. A friend picked the item up, brought it to this UPS store and they got on speaker phone with me during the process. They were so very courteous, professional and helpful AND my family heirloom was here in about a week. Exactly as it was when they boxed it up. They did such a wonderful job of packing it carefully. Thank you SO MUCH!! Highly recommend!
This is absolutely the last UPS store you would ever want to handle your shipping. Other UPS stores are well worth the trip even if out of the way. This is the ultimate penny pinching/self centered UPS Store bar none!
I love the employees at this location! They are knowledgeable and helpful! I don’t use any other UPS location! These folks are awesome!😊
Super quick and easy return. Literally walked in, scanned my Amazon return QR code on phone, gave item and walked out all in less than a minute.
I just left the store in a rush, I could see on my phone through my video doorbell that my dogs had escaped the house and my neighbors were ringing the bell.The young man who helped me kindly finished putting together my package, a young lady sprinkled my confetti throughout my packages for me since I had to rush to my dogs. Super great customer service and I am very very appreciative of that help!

I normally get good service when I come in here, but today, the young lady that helped me didnt acknowledge me. She looked at me to see what I wanted, scanned the barcode in my phone, handed me the receipt and never said anything to me. That is horrible customer service. I dont know her name but she has a nose ring. I said thank you when she finished and she never acknowledged me. I just want someone to know that this is not acceptable customer service.Update: I have been back several times to this location and the customer service has been much better. I realize that people may have bad days, or whatever the situation may be, but it should never show in your customer service.
I shipped a package to Houston. Tracking number system status is delivered. Package was not delivered and currently missing. This is the second time this has happened. Highly discouraging. Do not ship important documents or other other items via UPS. Their drop at your front door policy without signatures relieves them of all accountability. The sad part is that the recipient of this package told me to use FedEx to avoid this problem. UPS just proved her right.
Brandon & George are amazing! This store is the most professional, knowledgeable and FAST/PRECISE UPS store I have ever used. I drive from Blanchard to Youree ( 25 minutes) just to use their store.I also love that they have a frequent shippers card, so after 10 shipments you get $5 off.I work in business consulting & management oversight and I usually am disappointed by customer service due to my high expectations, but they have never disappointed me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I had a very complicated shipment — 18 books that needed to be shipped to 18 different APO addresses overseas — and UPS really came through. Especially Brandon who works there and helped me out. He was incredibly fast and efficient as he entered all the addresses and prepped the packages for shipment. THANKS so much, Brandon and UPS! You saved me tons of time and from having to go through the huge headache this would have been if Id had to go to the post office.
Giving one star! The ups carrier did not even deliver my package and said I refused it and sent it back. When I called to ask why it never got delivered, they informed me that the driver thought my package was empty so he took it upon himself to not even bother delivering it!!! I Informed them that WAS NOT their job, that THEIR job was to deliver my package and if was in fact empty then I would take it up with the sender. It was a wine stopper...hello...those things dont weigh very much. But thanks to the apparent package police I never got it.
I’ve always received good service here; today is an outlier so take that as you may. Came in to return an iPhone to apple to be repaired. Lady at the front desk (not the one with the nose ring, she was nice) explained that they couldn’t process my return 20 minutes before close because they had shut their computer down for the day. Why? Why would one elect to close the till when you still have customers to serve? But it wasn’t this that is upsetting me. She was very inconsiderate with the way she delivered this information and acted as though I was inconveniencing her by patronizing the store she works at. Store owner: fire this brat and I’ll remove the negative review because I know today isn’t emblematic of the service I typically receive here.
Everyone here was super friendly and helped me sort everything out. All visits to this location have been very smooth. Great employees.
Racheal helped me with my returning package. She is very nice, warm-hearted and hard-working.She was trying to help me since I was late for the business hours. But it all worked out with her great solution! This saved me a lot of time while I still got my package delivered next morning. I will come back to that store!
Most helpful UPS store EVER!!! I had a huge farmhouse sink that I needed to send back. It was super heavy, and not only that, my 2 year old daughter had finally fallen sound asleep in my car. I called them and told them my situation, Mark came right outside to my car, grabbed the huge box and then brought me the receipt out to my car!!! Talk about above and beyond!! Thank you Mark for being so caring!!!
